Peu d'ambiance.

Atención de la señora de servicio
Atención en el check in y check out.

Room size, early check in for no additional charge, exceptionally polite ladies on the reception, very good breakfast with many options - everything exceeded our expectations. The location is great too - it's right in the spot from which it's convenient to explore all the main city sights. We're very pleased by our stay! And the compliment in the room was unforgettable too!

The staff were pleasant, extremely helpful and professional. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. A great night’s sleep in a comfortable bed, a lovely shower and a great breafast!

Everything is very clean. Personal is very helpful and they even let me keep our baggage at the reception a few hour until we visited Malaga the second day .
Breakfast is very good and a lot to choose from
Definitely will stay there again

Location is perfect, walking distance to almost everything. The staff where very helpful :) The room was clean and comfortable.
No shower cap, asked for one but it wasn't available.

The location is very good, and the hotel has the spirit of the city, the patio is very nice, and everything is very clean, the staff were very nice and helpful
It was overpriced for the summer while the temperature was above 40 all the time, and there is nothing to do in the hotel, just staying in our room waiting till the sunset so we can go, and they only serve breakfast so we had to order food every time.

Wry clean modern place
Parking is very difficult and far away

Location was very good. Convenient for hop on hop off bus stop. Next to restaurants and bars. Interesting Roman remains in hotel. Nicely decorated.
Lack of air conditioning in bar and patio areas made it impossible to spend time there, unfortunate since they were lovely.
Staff were efficient and business-like but did not engage.

Almost everything was good. The hotel had a very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were comfortable and clean and every day the hotel provided free bottles of water.
The hotel also offered a nice breakfast at a very reasonable price !
Actually, nothing. I only thought the hotel would have more historical or classic touches. I came from a historical place on my tour in Andalucía.

The hotel is located in the city center in the historical biulding. It was a modern, nice room. We also enjoyed the excellent breakfast in the patio under the orange trees.

Great room, squeaky clean, lovely common sitting area. The location was 10-15 minute walk at most from the Judería and the Mezquita, and from restaurants. The staff was very helpful.
The bar was closed every day I was there. I has to do some work on Zoom with the US - the wifi signal was a bit iffy in different parts of the room but I managed.

We asked for a quiet room and got one. The bathroom was luxurious. The courtyard patio for breakfast divine.

Rooms large and airy. Bed large but mattress not very comfortable.
The staff was very unhelpful, refused to help us with reserving train seats ("we don"t do this here, was the usual answer"). We Israeli like to have fresh vegetables for breakfast, It seems the Europeans do not...
8.0
Central location in the heart of the old town, steps from everything.
The parking garage closest to the property (no discount, you’ll pay regularly daily rates) is about 1/2 mile away, so drop your bags at the hotel first. We like to walk, but that distance made getting/dropping the car a hassle). There should also be some free coffee available to guests without paying added charges. We also waited at least 30 minutes to check in as a group was ahead of us and there was only one staff member (the group was paying in cash and each bill had to be verified). During peak afternoon check-in hours, one would expect a 2nd staff member available to work in reception as needed.

Doesnt matter how good your breakfast is, if you didnt sleep well. Marked 2 instead of 1, because of good breakfast.
Extremely terrible experience. We were relocated from Patio hotel to another one, coz they had some water problems. we have lost our precious time. And there i have asked to give us quiet room, coz we had a long trip, and wanted deep sleep. They gave a room right in front of a street with massive car traffic and garbage cars from 6am. So i slept for a couple of hours(((.

We didn't try the breakfast
The air-conditioning was not working, it wasn't cooling at all, fortunately they moved us to a superior room and it was good.
