Best bang for the buck!

A heartfelt thank you to Aysal and Hassan, the wonderful receptionists at Ganjali Plaza Hotel. Their helpful attitude and excellent service, even late at night, made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend Ganjali Plaza Hotel for their exceptional hospitality. Thank you, Aysal and Hassan, for making our stay special. We had 10 rooms and had good fun.

Just the location- a bit too far from Nizami street but waterfront was close by.

Amazing time.

The hotel rooms are great, but most importantly, the staff at the hotel are very professional and helpful. They can assist you with all the matters and help enjoy the beautiful city of Baku. Great thanks to employees Miss Nara and Mister Sam.

I liked everything about the hotel to be honest! Especially , I loved the staff who were so friendly and helpful. Please go to nargiz or max for anything , they will even advise you some nice places in baku to visit. The next time I go to Baku , I’m definitely staying here in this hotel.

Great hotel in the centre of Baku! Very quiet, with a homely atmosphere! I had a luxury room booked but as I had been checked in earlier (no problems at 7am and no extra charge) they gave me another one and I liked it so much I did not want to change into a suite! I liked it so much I didn't have to move to a suite.... There were two super tasty cafes across the road at the main traffic lights. I would say thank you to Nargiz who took care of any request and Maksim who helped with early check-in. Highly recommended!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Baku They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues and Friends !

Everything was perfect, facilities, breakfast,location,the nice smell in the hotel corridors and most importantly the staff 5 min walk to nearest Metro station. The room is spacious, very clean, staff are amazing and very helpful. I would like to slightly diversify the breakfast menu

It was not bad but extremely disappointing at the end.

The location was good. Receptionist Zaour was very nice.

Break fast was not good. It was the same selection of foods everyday. Staff don’t speak English. One of the receptionists even tricked me with the coffee, where I was advised it was first complementary and then charged me around 40 manat during checkout. I was even misinformed about staying an additional night- where I had to pay for an additional night even though I didn’t stay for that night.

Superb

A very nice hotel at a great location. Excellent value/quality combination. The staff is exceptionally helpful, always trying to go an extra mile to help out. Hotel is very clean (thanks to Ayrun), well managed. Because of COVID-19 restrictions there is no buffet, breakfast, but the staff will make whatever you ask. Very enjoyable! I was there for 2 weeks 🙂
