Cleanliness - lack of We had large cockroaches 🪳 running around which frightened my kids Kitchen tops were greasy Glass on balcony door was filthy Balcony extremely dirty Everything just needed a good scrub

Modern well maintained resort in a lovely location.

The locaton was excellent, close to shops and restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. The pool was an added bonus.

I would prefer a king size bed.

Comfy and with brach view

The location is superb. Easy walk to the shops and easy drive to Surfer beach. I love that there’s a restaurant and bar, nice to have an afternoon drink

They need to upgrade and add more their kitchenware. Drinking glass size is just good for kids not enough dinner and serving plates (considering,there’s only three of us)

It was nice and relaxing.

The location was close to everything. The swimming pool was clean and looked good. Shayla and Sasha (the staff) were very friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant was good and well priced.

It was a little noisy as it is located on the main road. I didn't like that the shower and toilet were together but I suppose it couldn't be different because of the layout.

The cocktails by the pool. Bar snacks. Super comfy bed. Beautiful shower.

Fabulous 1 night stay.

A spacious comfortable well equipped room with laundry facilities. Opposite the beach which was lovely. Great on-site restaurant.

Our room was right on an intersection which was pretty noisy and our room was situated a long way from the car park so had to walk some distance with our bags. Fine given that we were able.

Fabulous stay which far exceeded our expectations.

Excellently located hotel with great views to the bay. Room was far beyond what we expected and staff very friendly. Car Parking on site.

On the whole enjoyed our stay.

The lication was excellent, clise to beaches,shops, eateries. Unit was very spacious and the pool excellent.

Plumbing issues with wash basin not draining properly. Shower floor very slippery as shower floor slope drained poorly and caused the toilet area to flood.

Cleaned, convenient and spacious place to stay. Will definitely return to this place.

Cleaned, convenient and the two bedrooms apartment was very spacious. The staffs were friendly.

No pillow cases in the other bedroom and shampoo and conditioner not provided. We went to the restaurant downstairs for breakfast at 9.30am but breakfast not available.

Was worth $ for comfort, location, cleanliness.

Breakfast was great. Rooms were immaculate, comfy bed, great view.

Shower pressure was low. Staff could have been a bit friendlier.

Exceptional

It was a lovely place to stay the staff were friendly and lovely to talk to. The room was great, clean and comfy. The restaurant was awesome food delicious and wait staff wonderful. Will definitely be back.

Very good

Spacious unit with well equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher). Appreciated the laundry (washer and dryer) in the unit too. Nice and quiet and easy parking.

Spacious apartment well equipped. Reasonable location close to beach and short drive to the main shopping area.

Being on the ground floor we we're disappointed not to have a bay view as land along the foreshore is occupied by a fairground. Not actually operating at our visit and looks fairly permanent?

nice apartment in a good location with a pool

it was in a really good location. we had a nice 2 bedroom apartment on ground floor with really easy access. the apartment was equiped with everything you need. good value breakfast of bacon and eggs. There is a nice pool too
