Lugar lindo e acolhedor,atendimento maravilhoso e café da manhã fora do comum..

Cafe da manhã excepcional,diferente de todas as pousadas que já vi.. Atendimento de toda equipe perfeito, Ana e Renata, nos receberam com muita atenção, e o anfitrião Eduardo é maravilhoso, muito educado e atencioso com todos os hóspedes.

La beauté de la pousada, charmante et accueillante. Merci du fond du coeur à Eduardo, qui sait accueillir les gens, on se sent chez soi. Merci pour cette gentillesse :)

Rien à dire, juste il n'y a pratiquement pas de uber qui viennent dans ce coin, donc ils peuvent appeler un taxi.

A localizaçao e a equipe são boas. Cafe da manha é OK

O quarto merecia uma manutenção. Espelho manchado, tampa da vaso sanitario trincada, vidro da janela faltante (com substituiçao por plástico). A pousada nao tem disponível nem uma coca-cola pra venda.

Hospedagem em família

Da área verde, o colaborador Alisson é uma pessoa extraordinária.

Café gostoso, porém muito pouca opção, senti falta de ovos mexidos, salsicha ao molho, pão de queijo. Na pousada não tem refrigerante, cerveja, suco, água ou qualquer tipo de bebida para comprar, não vende nada, tudo vc tem que comprar fora. Tive um problema com o pagamento cobrado em duplicidade, mas foi resolvido, porém com muita demora, tive que ficar cobrando todos os dias para ser resolvido. Não tem canais de TV no quarto, no meu só pegava a Globo e mau. Não tem sabonete e nem shampoo disponível no quarto.

Cama confortável, quarto agradável, área externa dos quartos da pousada bem cuidada e bonita, ambiente agradável. O café da manhã é bom, os bolos, geleias e demais alimentos muito saborosos.

Estadia muito agradável com TV e ar condicionado em pleno funcionamento, tbm gostamos da localização fica pertinho da praia com tudo pertinho, restaurante, bar, mercado tudo dava pra fazer a pé. Além disso o café da manhã bem servido com várias opções. Amamos

la buena atención del personal y sus dueños

La falta de organización interna, desde el servicio de destino hasta la limpieza. La ubicación, a 3 cuadras de una playa donde el agua es tan oscura (sucia) que no llama a meterte. De no tener vehículo, no recomiendo esta zona, demasiado lejos del centro histórico, que obliga a subir un morro y caminar más de 40’ para llegar a el.

Gostei da localização e da acomodação pelo custo benefício.

O café da manhã não é bacana, bem simples e regrado. Não é servido a vontade, eles colocaram um pratinho(pequeno) de frios na sua mesa, tem apenas pão a vontade. Acho uma pena, porque quando se propõe ter café da manhã tem que ser pelo menos simples e A VONTADE e não da forma que foi. Uma coisa é ter um café simples, que por mim td bem . Outra coisa é comer apenas o que eles colocam na nossa mesa, meu filho foi pedir mais frios a funcionária olhou de cara feia. Ou seja, é constrangedor.

The price accommodation has been attracted me initially. It was pretty fair.

The streets around of property were quite bad since had rained in previous days. It was quite difficult to reach out the place. But it isn’t really a fault of the staff. It has bothered me however it’s most due the weak structure of this district.

First time in Paraty

Hotel is little bit out of the way, which makes it very calm place. During the night it was very silent, but it is also close to the beach and not far away from Centro Historico of Paraty. It is nice surrounded by garden. The owners and staff were very nice and breakfast was vary good. The hotel has safe place for car.

My room was not in a very good condition. Wifi was not working. There was no shampoo. There were just two sheets on the bad.

Pleasant stay in Paraty

Very friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast. Good location. Very nice garden. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

I booked a standard room but that room was much too small and kept only a bed, no table, no chair, no nothing. So against additional payment, they gave me a bigger room which was ok in terms of size. Facilities are very basic. The rooms have a bed and a small fridge No desk or table or chair. No clothes hanger, no hair dryer and this is all not available at this Pouso Atoba. The rooms can also use a bit of maintenance. Initially there was no hot water in the shower but that was fixed the other day. Internet in the room is very weak, outside it is ok.

Amazing hosts, beautiful green villa!

Very good location, wonderful pitoresque villa, in the middle of a very varied biodiversity. The owners were extraordinarily kind and attentive. We had a problem with our credit card to pay for another non related service, and they lent us theirs immediately, staying one hour on their telephone to help us sort out the issue. They also share a lot of interesting information about Paraty, surroundings, flora and fauna. The breakfast was great!

Expensive for the location and the comfort. Stairs are hell!

The place was quiet, quite close to the beach and it has a supermarket and some restaurants close as well. During breakfast some little mokeys where coming to eat fruit and that was fun.

Be aware the of the stairs!! The rooms on the first and second floor ( not groud level ) are not suitable for old people, paretns with small children or babies. People with some knee or disablities on the legs because the stairs are old fashioned, colonial style and the steps are huge, it felt like climbing on a wall! Be aware of the extremly hard beds. it felt like sleeping on the floor. Be aware of the dirtyness. The cleaning is VERY superficial. Be aware of insects in the room, like ants. The pool not clean. Interenet was very bad as well. DO NOT PARK under the trees!! your car will get pooped a lot!! ( see picture)
