Great stay and fantastic lication.

unique design touches; great staff. Bathroom needed more light for makeup and shaving. The makeup mirror was not working even after battery replacement.

The hotel in Athens was great - comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location. Highly recommend it.

Disappointing

Clea non, bell boys & part of the stuff very polite.

Entrance steps with out hand sapport. No simple written explanation on room control & service request. Cleaning girls entering rooms of old hard hearing guests without permit again and again. Breakfast not included in first three room types in ad. while price is almost twice more than other hotels with better location and facilitis. Free drinking water only on the first day, a very small room, one chair and no table.....tourists information, maps, Metro maps, totaly not available... This is not a five star hotel as booking ad. claim !!!

Loved the individual design, charming staff, central location and magnificent rooftop views!

Location, inspired design, views from rooftop bar. The staff were truly magnificent.

Room was a little small. Handbasin in the bedroom rather than in the bathroom didn’t work so well for us.

great location, all new hotel.

The hotel is a great location, easy to get everywhere. helpful staff, very new and very comfortable. Downside is it is rather close to a very busy road, if you do open your balcony door it is very loud. however windows are double glazed, so when closed it is quiet.

Value for money… although the facilities are great, I think it is a little overpriced. I was paying similar prices for hotels on the Greek islands with phenomenal service and location.

great hotel. fabulous location

fantastic location. 10 minutes walk from everything that you want to see. staff were very approachable and amenable. We had dinner in the restaurant on the seventh floor with views of the Acropolis. Ioannis the manager was exceptional in his attention to detail. The meal was very good.

AMAZING Stay ! Love IT !

Imagine that you close your eyes and have the GREAT HOTEL STUFF you can ask for... Well. Open your eyes ! .... Meet the New Hotel Stuff. Great Hotel, Great Stuff, Great location, Great Cleanings ! Great Design ! Just... Great ! Front Desk stuff, Breakfast stuff are super. You all Got 5/5 or 10/10 or 100/100.. It's doesn't matter. They are GREAT ! Managed to do a late checkout with no problems, Hotel design is really really great, location also amazing and 2 min walk from all the main places. We got the studio room with a balcony on the main street. Room are very clean, JYM IS GREAT (!) and the smell there is in the lobby... Getting back there again ! Highly Recommended

The only two small disadvantages are: 1. Our room was on the main street. IIt's was a little noise (And bell rings from the church)- But not something that will make me "can't sleep" or really disturb it. 2. Breakfast - If I needed to rate it, its 8 out of 10. Because the hotel is "WOW" I would expected that the breakfast will also be WOW. It was OK++

Stunning hotel, modern design. Love the terrace and the view of our room. The new hotel is located next to many amazing restaurants.
