Bagus dan menyenangkan

Lokasi yang strategis. Bersebelahan dengan mall. Parkir mobil luas. Staf ramah, mulai front-liner hingga security. Secara umum hotel ini menyenangkan. Direkomendasikan jika berkunjung ke Bandung

ホテルは良かったのに、対応が残念

ホテルの立地は良く、内装は豪華。部屋は広く、眺望もよく清潔でよかった。フリーWIFIも問題なかった。朝食は種類も多く、料理もおいしかった。

事前にホテル側に12時にチェックインしたいことを、メッセージで伝えた。日本語で伝えたが返答がなかったので、再度英語でメッセージを送信したが、何らの返答もなかった。その後ホテル側から、１９時までにチェックインしなければキャンセルになるとメッセージが来る。１２時に隣町に行く予定が有ったため、１４時頃にチェックインできなかったからメッセージを送ったにもかかわらず、今度は遅れたらキャンセルするとメッセージを送って来た。インドネシア人の友人にホテルへ連絡を取ってもらい、事なきを得たが、朝食もおいしく,、ホテルでの滞在も、満足であったのに、滞在前にこのようなメッセージが来ることは非常に不愉快である。

Lokasinya dekat mall

Lift nya ada 3 error semua.. pencet turun lift nya malah naik.. haduh bintang 4 koq gini.. lift di pencet lantai 6 bisa dilewatin berkali kali.. sampe pakai lift karyawan.. toiletnya di flush musti berkali kali.. baru bisa bersih.. wc umumnya jorok dan bau.. agak kecewa sih.. dl pernah nginap tp tidak se payah skrg.. booking 2 single bed.. dptnya 1 bed.. kalo pas bukan pasangan gmn??

menginap tanpa sarapan

kamar yang diberikan connecting room, sehingga jam 1an dan 3 an malam ada yang mengedor sehingga terganggu tuk istirahat

Comfy bedroom

Ruangan kamar yang luas, bersih dan nyaman. Comfortable beds. Fasilitas lengkap. Friendly staffs. Near to mall and resstaurants.

Hanya ada rain Shower sehingga agak sulit pada saat wudhu, lebih suka kamar mandi dengan shower biasa tanpa bathub dengan multiple shower seperti hand shower dan rain shower, air yg mengalir untuk membasuh di toilet kurang deras.

Nice comfort big room to stay

Rooms are still clean, big and comfort as ussual Location is very good Wifi is so so.

Fitness facilities are very bad, Not any improve for long time. Sauna etc are still not open yet !! Hotel is not pay attention ............

strategic hotel location, comfortable rooms, maximum service from all staff on duty

overall i like everything in this hotel, service, cleanliness, food, room, location... but I have something to complain about and I hope this gets the attention of the hotel management.. 1. Bidet Toilet that doesn't work optimally 2. The disposal of water in the Bathup also does not function optimally, so the water stagnates and is not wasted immediately 3. The electricity in the room is not optimal, so that the electronic devices that are being charged become hot hopefully these things get attention

Unforgetable stay.

1. View from the room was very good 2. Television signal and contents were excellent. 3. Room was very spacious.

1. Air conditioning was bad. Air flow not felt. When requested , a table fan was provided expeditiously. 2. In room safe was faulty. After notifying hotel staff, safe was eventually changed. 3. The mattress was not to our ( my wife and i ) liking. 4. The breakfast menu and spread were almost repeated throughout our 3 days of stay.

I love the ambience, the staff are all friendly, the proximity to shops, the food and the facilities.

During our stay, although the room looked clean from the outside, we found that the bed have bed bugs that cause skin itchiness overnight. I suggest the management to make sure the beds are bug free and thoroughly clean inside. During our stay as well we have problem with our room card keys which tend to be faulty every evening during the same period. Although this have been rectified daily by the counter staff but its very frustrating.

Exceptional

The rooms was spacious, and clean. I like the staff was so great and welcoming us. the Location also good. I'd love to stay in here again.

I hope the variation of breakfast will be more in my next stay. But anyway, the salad, fruit and desert bar was amaizing.

Very good

The superb breakfast ! lot of local food variety and taste delicious. The staff very kind and warm. Hotel location is prime, connected to Bandung Indah Plaza and 10 mins to Masjid Salman ITB for friday prayer.

The parking, sometime you need to walk a bit far if you don't get the parking nearby the entrance door in basement. Also the water boiler in both rooms we stayed are dirty, so can't make cofee or tea in the room.

Strategic location, close to interesting places such as parks and shopping centers, factory outlets, etc

It's a bit long to wait for the room preparation process (15-20 minutes). When I first entered the room, the bed cover installation was not neat. The toilet often has problems (leaks, water doesn't fill the tank). The telephone equipment available in the room doesn't work so you can't call house keeping, etc.

Overpriced, decaded ‘luxury’ hotel

Garden & lobby look nice, good location and security. Friendly staff. Arranged driver/tour guide for us. Breakfast is nice as well.

Dirty sheets and smell in room. Asked for new room. Same for that room, asked for new room, same again. Clearly they don’t clean well. Creepy music loop playing 24/7. Feels like a horror movie Hotel is falling apart. Glory days have passed. No maintanance. Gym and sauna are falling apart. Literally. Floor was busted all over. Food was expensive and not good at all. Advertising makes it all look really nice, feels intentional and therefore kinda like a scam.

We had a good stay!

We liked the location is near the mall and many nice restaurants. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The pillows were stained and horrible, the pillow cases was so old and it wasn’t white anymore and some of them had stained. The curtains got horrible stains as well. They need new pillows and pillow cases and cleaning all the things we mentioned.
