It's a very nice family room and swimming pool we enjoyed all my lovely family, nearly beech about 5min walk, and was All inclusive. And the price is very good

I will not repeat my reservation in this hotel

The Turkish animator Haribu was the best service we got in this hotel.

Not all kids services was active, even the ping pong table was not working. Also I did not like that our second room which was connect to first room as family suite was without conditioner and the weather in August was very hot.

All was very expressive. First this is the location.its exactly the heart of the city. Near the mall. And many network outlets. The hotel team was very pleasant and spoke good English.the food was various, tasty was delicious,ice cream and pizza Turkish., To kids it was pleasare.

Big blue hotel is very sentral,very near to everything,Comfortable , very funny water slids,evry evining show to kids and adult and great food All the poeple who works there are very friendly smile,help full And special the manager Salih very helpfull and comfortable to speak with him More ovor Haribo is very funny and kind I all rady miss him very great man . And Yasar ,Arda …..etc Very politely and smiling every day Generally all the facilities,and people who works there are great

Good hotel with a convenient location. despite the small rooms, the space is very well thought out, renovated. Breakfast starts at 7.30 and guests are woken up by pleasant soft music. at 23.00 the programs and music end, it becomes quiet. Many thanks to the restaurant team, chefs, waiters and cleaners, food is always fresh, very clean, huge selection. There are various meat dishes, vegetable, fresh vegetables and fruits, wonderful desserts.

the hotel has problems with hot water, do not be afraid to contact the reception, there are helpful staff and will try to help. My problem was solved and I always had warm water in my room.

A great variety of Turkish cuisine. Friendly staff

Music not turned down during local Azaan times, being a Muslim country I would have expected that. Slide times should be longer. Half an hour 3 times a day not enough for excited children and adults.

It was a bit disappointment as we could get a much better stay and experience with the same cost.

The location was great and near to everything we needed. Food was good. Staff were friendly.

Room service wasn't good. Housekeeping is bad. Towels and bed sheets are not clean. The lift was so small and always busy with no fans working or air condition inside. Staff doesn't speak English. The lobby is not air conditioned. You can literally melt in your clothes if you stay at the lobby for five minutes or even less.

- All Inclusive was good organized. All the time there was something to eat. - There was big Shopping Center nearby and also other Shops. - We made some mistake with Reservation of room and they gave us better room. Thanks for that. - Reception was very busy all the time, but very service oriented. We got help all the time we need.

- Food was good, but it was similar all the time. So more variation maybe needed. But there was always something to eat. - Beach nearby was not that good, because of small stones there. - Many people waited Water Slides and they were open only half an hour three times a day. Maybe longer opening times?

Nice stay

Location is very good. Near to biggest shopping center. To beach 300m. Food was good. Room big and everything was working in room ;) Hotel clients different country’s. Not much Russian people :) it’s small nice hotel

All inclusive had lots of food a good variety Pools we're clean and lots of sunbeds and seating Friendly and welcoming staff

It wasn't very clear where the soft drinks where and whether we had to pay for this as they were served at the bar. Also given that we had children not very convenient to keep lining up for a small glass.

Very bad hotel. Dirty bed linen and towels, tasteless food. During the rest, the room was never cleaned, even the garbage was not taken out.

outdoor pool, location from beach good. staff friendly. easily accessible room. clean towels were bought daily. cleaners available every day. good

the food, all inclusive options were limited. my kids prefer fries. at the times I requested them. although they could be seen on the menu. I was notified of the entertainment for the evening and always missed it. no room service. not everyone speaks English which is surprising considering how many English people stay in Alanya.

great hospitality, very nice staff and made our stay pleasant. there’s always an event every night for the kids and adults, when we were there, there was a belly dancer and some games throughout the night.

water slides timings should be increased. although they open it 3 times a day for half an half but kids wanted more time.

Good value for money stay

This property has everything you need for a good holiday. Good and interesting design of all the areas of the hotel. By the way the variety of included drinks is not too big (one sort of beer, 3 sorts of local vine and refreshments). On selected dates there was a live music entertainment which was pretty lovely. Hotel managers was very helpful and helped us to organize shuttle transfers from/to the airport.

Our windows are overlooking a noisy street, so we had to always tightly close them in all rooms to have rest. That means we had to use air conditioner all the time. Unfortunately it was only in one room out of 2. So it was necessary to keep doors open between these two rooms all the time, all of these is not very convenient. WiFi speed and coverage is not quite good. In some areas it is not working at all, at some times it's impossible to work. Coffee machine is tailored to make hundreds of cups of below average quality coffee; we certainly would prefer to have 1-2 cups of good coffee a day instead of this.

My experience in this hotel didn’t meet my standards

Foods hadn’t a good quality, and i like just fresh kofte kebab

Noise room, bad bathroom, the house keeping even didn’t recharge completely my bathroom. For safe box you should pay 2€ more. The pool accessories and billiard and tennis table was in very bad situation.

We left after one night

The rooms were very clean. Most of the staff was very friendly.

There was constant loud music on the premises. This starts at 10 in the morning and ends at 12 at night. Not a problem for all guests of course, but this really should be advertised clearly, for us it was a dealbreaker. The rooms were advertised as sound-proof but were absolutely not. There was no difference in an open or closed door. We had no bedsheets on arriving, they would be delivered later. When we came back in the evening there were still no bedsheets. After asking the staff for sheets twice we finally got a one-person matrass cover to sleep under. The food was bad. Some rice was overcooked, some undercooked, and all of it had been out for more than a whole day. The rest of the food was bland and overcooked as well. The hotel in itself is not bad, but please make clear that this is a hotel people come to party.

location is good. it is very close to the beach. there is shopping mall near the hotel.rooms are clean and all the staff are very helpfull and doing good job.everyday different and delicious food at the restaurant. we enjoyed our time at club big blue and we will definietly come back.

Disappointing

Same food almost every serving, should be more variety. Staff was friendly.

The beds were very hard. We asked additional mattresses, but it doesn't help, so we cannot sleep well.

Too loud.

Food was monotonous, no a la carte available. We couldn't eat their huge buffets.

Needed to check out to be closer to a tennis facility and they didn't refund a penny. Their rooms are small and the noise from the bands is too loud, until 11pm, especially when the player needs to rest for early matches.
