Muito bom os serviços, restaurante impecável, excelente café da manhá. A localização ótima e fácil para sair ao sentido do aeroporto sem pegar transito.

O tamanho das camas, no informativo diz que as camas são grandes e extras grandes porém não é possível o casal dormir juntos de maneira confortável, ou seja, a cama é sim extra grande ou grandes para apenas uma pessoa. Quando se trata de casal a realidade é outra. Eu e minha esposa tivemos uma péssima noite de sono devido ao tamanho extremamente reduzido das camas para um casa.

not perfect but great to stay if you visit the city.

grear location, great pool, great towel service for guests, comfy rooms, good service, good wifi connection.

small details like the coffee maker was broken, we only got 2 water bottles and we were 4 persons, there appeared to be an electrical issue at the room.

Great!

The garden and the bar was great. The staff is extremely friendly and attentative. I wasn’t feeling good at breakfast time and Freddy “the bar tender” came up and made me a lime juice drink to help my stomach settle, which in fact I felt better after drinking that. Therefore I wanna say special thanks to Freddy for his kindness and overall I had a great experience staying there.

Room was across from a disco, didn’t get much sleep, it was to late in the night to change rooms, be aware bathroom floors are very slippery I fell very hard in the bathroom I’m ok but watch out everyone, rooms are a little out dated could use a refresh

The hotel is nice and very well located, customer service could be improved.

Great Location in the City. The rooms were very clean.

I had a bad experience for 3 reasons: i) even though the room reservation conditions were that I was going to pay my room upon arrival and nothing was going to be charged during the reservation, the hotel charged me with the full amount. Then I got to the hotel and charged me again. They said the first amount was some sort of insurance charge in case I did not show up. Now I am waiting for the hotel to solve this issue. ii) Problem resolution should be improve. iii) The noise from the bars in front of my room was really bad, the Hotel should improve this for those rooms on that side of the hotel.

Costumer was excellent and service very very good , excellent food,the only issue was the mini fridge always hot because I try to keep my stuff cold. But the rest was excellent thank you
