Met expectations although more isolated than I had thought - not ideal for solo traveller.

Loved the studio although didn't really use kitchen but looked well equipped. Overall, happy with accommodation. Bus is a major asset but effectively only means of transport. No evening expeditions!

Young female receptionist whilst pleasant enough seemed unwilling or perhaps unable to help with e.g. nearest general store. Appeared to have little local knowledge and a tendency to be dismissive

Unfortunately booked the studio room which was rather small and attached to reception. Previously stayed in a room close to the pool and it was amazing

We were pleasantly surprised at how lovely the property is. Beautiful lush green gardens, and the villa we were in was very private. The pool area is lovely. The villa had all the amenities you need (and more).

It was so nice that we decided to come back there again.

Amazing surrounds and facilities

The gardens and the pool was amazing. Lots of privacy and space in the villa. Staff were all very welcoming. The Valentines day chocolates were a nice touch. Made good use of free bikes too!

loved it and would stay here again

so peaceful definitely need a car as it’s away from town and away from restaurants

no restaurant or little cafe on site if staying around the pool for a period of time even a couple of vending machines would be good, one with snacks and the other with drinks (maybe at the back of reception).

Amazing private tropical oasis

Honestly the whole property felt like a tropical oasis, it was absolutely beautiful and I wish we had stayed longer than 3 nights! My partner and I had recently got engaged before our trip to the Billi and Rachel so kindly upgraded us to the King room with aircon and all I can say is just WOW, the room was breathtaking and the aircon was definitely needed so we are eternally grateful. They even popped a bottle of bubbles in the fridge for us which was just the cherry on top of the whole experience. We will for sure be back in the future ☺️

There wasn’t anything not to love! They even have laundry facilities on site which was a bonus with us travelling WA

Tranquil stay

This was a really nice resort, it’s set amongst beautiful gardens with very peaceful surroundings. The communication from the Billi was appreciated especially since we were arriving early, they messaged me that our room was ready and we could check in. Staff were very friendly and really gave a personal touch. We had a two bedroom villa which was lovely and clean and had everything you needed for our stay. We all said what a great sleep we had in our beds.I loved that they had large bottles of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel etc to use instead of those small tubes you normally get in hotels. Pool was very inviting however absolutely freezing so unfortunately we couldn’t use it.

Loved everything about this resort, pool was a little small and in winter (we stayed in July) it was freezing so you could not swim in it. If you have children this may impact on your stay.

Overpriced. But this is Broome.

overall grounds and room were well presentented and well equipped, especially in the kitchen.

Locks on doors especially rear door was difficult to operate. Not great, with all the security warnings provided. The so called Glamping tents were very cold (it was unusually cool temps at the time). Plenty of bed linen, but very heavy when all on bed, so uncomfortable. So, poor value for the money.

A very pleasant and relaxing short stay.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the tent was very nice with greenery all around and fresh air wafting through. Room was very clean. The grounds were lovely and very well maintained.
