On the positive side, the breakfast was good, and the hotel's location next to a bus stop was convenient. Unfortunately, these few positives were overshadowed by the negative aspects of my stay, particularly the unprofessionalism and dishonesty of the staff. I would not recommend staying here.
I recently stayed at Torre Saracena, and my experience was far from satisfactory. The rooms were outdated, and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
The most frustrating part of my stay, however, was the issue with the hospitality tax. My friend paid €50 in cash to cover the tax, which should have been €25 for the room. She paid €25 each for the two of us so she even should have gotten money back. When I checked out, the staff at the reception claimed they never received the payment, despite 12 witnesses seeing my friend hand over the money. They had a horrible attitude throughout the entire situation and were completely unhelpful and at the end I paid 25 more so they just stole the 50.

Worst property definitely a s(am that shouldn’t be on booking
This was the worst property I've ever stayed at. The staff was extremely rude, and the place was filthy. The property was infested with mosquitoes and had many steps, making it inconvenient to navigate. The shower was incredibly small and leaked water everywhere.
They falsely advertised having a minibar, but it didn’t get cold, which was a significant issue as my grandmother has diabetes and needed to store her medication. When we requested a refund, they refused, causing us to lose our money and find another place to stay. This property should not be allowed on booking platforms.

There was a sewerage smell continuously
Breakfast was cold when meant to be warm
Beds mattress hard as a rock.
Tiny rooms
Bathroom was way to small for 3 people and price paid
The view from our room was amazing
Access to the platform 200 stairs down to the ocean

Excellent location- bus stop literally outside the hotel doors- you could get to
Amalfi, positano and Sorrento within half and hour.
Staff were really lovely- so friendly and accommodating- it was my daughters birthday and the manager provided ballloons and candles for a birthday breakfast .

Praiano is an amazing location and beautiful views from the hotel and room we stayed in! It was a very close drive to Positano but away from all the crowds. There were so many nice restaurants within walking distance and close to marina di Praia beach. The staff were all lovely and very helpful.

Beautiful location, easy to get to and explore from.
They really treated us for our honeymoon and went above and beyond!
No kettle in the room unfortunately and a little bit moldy in places (just needs a bit of tlc). But very lovely and comfy otherwise!

Excellent place. Good choice out from crowded Positano. Great seaview. Own parking is exceptional here. Excellent staff.
Equipment is little out date and basic, as almost everywhere here. Breakfast should be improved.

the property was in need of some updates.
the mattress was very uncomfortable, firm and it looked to me very old. the bathroom was small with no space for any of my toiletries I brought. the hairdryer was old and was getting hot after 1 min of drying my hair to the point I couldn’t hold it in my hand.

Perfect location for our vacation. Hotel is conveniently located just outside a SITA bus stop allowing for easy transit to Positano and Amalfi. Additionally, the set of stairs leading to Marina di Praia beach are very close. We were able to walk from the property to the beach as well as many excellent restaurants in Praiano. The view from our room and from the terrace where breakfast was served was stunning.
beds were hard and uncomfortable

Stunning views from the room, the manager upgraded our room to a bigger suite. Facilities were clean, goo continental breakfast choices. The property had an old villa charm, I wish we stayed there for longer.

It was the perfect location and had a great view of the sea. Loved the area and the staff were super friendly.
Breakfast was really good and enough to keep me going all morning.
Balcony was small and closed in. It was also above the smoking area so got the smell from that.
Shower was adequate but it was also quite slippery. I had to borrow a mat from a friend in order to avoid fall

Great hotel. Lovely clean room with view over the sea. Nice and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast on terrace overlooking the sea.
Quite a lot of steps down to the room, but that didn't bother us as we were on a walking holiday!
Bus stop just outside with regular buses up and down the coast.

I really like the location but if you read my review please avoid this hotel they're stealing money and asking you request to make you cancel the reservation. No late check-out is available and not 24 hours reception. This hotel is not safe we've been locked out and no one was there to help. IT IS NOT a SAFE hotel. please please make more research before booking it. there are lots of reviews on other websites and the manager deletes bad reviews on the booking.com to make the rating high
Not a safe hotel.
We had lots of issues with the property manager.
the photos are not accurate and please if you agree with me after your stay write a review to avoid people making the same mistake.
we've been locked out of the hotel and no one opened the door.

Great Location with parking (10 euros per day) and a bus stop in front to go to Positano and other villages. The staff was very available and kind. The jacuzzi with the amazing view is definitively a plus. Very romantic. The breakfast was great in terms of quality and choice.
The room was a bit simple and strict with a very small and dark bathroom. Perfect for a couple of days but not an entire stay.

What was incredible was the family atmosphere, the friendliness and the warmth of the staff, who truly understand hospitality.

It provides parking space for the cars
The Rooms were of an old season. The bathroom was very small and the shower barely could fit someone, only if he is very thin. The recommendations about restaurants were very low quality as well. Maybe for a very low budget trip. But the hotel was very expensive for what it offers. Far from Positano and other nice places.

I came here with my sister for a week long vacation and this hotel exceeded our expectations. The price is right, as so many other hotels are soaring in price compared to this.
We are celiac, and they had an incredible gluten free breakfast (included in our stay) for us. They even had soy milk behind the bar for cappuccinos in the morning. Upon arrival, we were met with a free aperitivo while they checked us in.
The hotel rooms are spread out so you have some privacy. There are many stairs on this property, but if you’re going to visit the Amalfi Coast, I think that’s just part of the equation. They carried our bags to and from our room, which was an amazing gift for us. Room was perfectly clean, had an amazing ocean view, and stocked with a safe and mini fridge.
If you want to go down to the ocean, follow the stairs all the way to the sea. You can jump off some rocks right into the water! They have a ladder for easy in and out access. We brought a speaker for music and it was like our own private beach party.
Easy access to Path Of Gods Hike (get ready to climb to the start), Positano and Amalfi. The bus stop is literally outside of the hotel and tickets are around 2 euro per person. It was VERY easy to get around by bus and you could be in either city within 15-25 minutes. We were here in May, so I imagine the traffic will only get worse as peak tourist season arrives. Something else to note- you can bring your suitcase on the bus! They have storage under the bus for this. Good to know for budget travelers!
This hotel made our stay worth it. If you want to be further away from crazy tourists and general chaos, this hotel is it. Quiet, easily accessible, stunning, a little adventurous if you’re willing to jump off the rocks into the sea, and a very sweet and attentive staff. We will definitely stay again!
