كل شيء ممتاز والفطور منوع ويناسبنا
البعد عن باتونج فقط وهو اصلاً مميز ببعده عن الصخب

The resort had beautiful and clean grounds and pools. Activities like water sports, table tennis, air hockey etc provided alot of options in case it rained. Breakfast was decent, and as suite guests, we had a-la-carte orders on top of the buffet spread.
There was refurbishment going on at various parts of the resort but there was minimal noise or inconvenience, except that instead of having breakfast at a separate restaurant nearer the suites, we had to go to the main dining at Marketplace.
The poolside restaurant had limited menu options and food was not great.
4.1
The hotel is big and pool was nice, as well as the beach.
Food choice at breakfast was poor and same every day.
4.1
The breakfast was a bit over crowded but good choices. The pool was great and the beach was great too except for crossing the road to get to it.
Nothing to complain about yet!

The beautiful clean beach

It’s over price and no store near by to buy food to eat. Restaurants at the hotel are way over prices to buy a foods.

All the kids facilities, various pools, proximity to the beach and how clean the beach was
Stairs in our 2 bedroom house, I would prefer it to be single storey

Staff were excellent in all departments throughout our stay. However, we were not advised at initial check-in regarding the need for a cash deposit on our room account in order to charge services to that account. That caused some difficulty on the first night but was sorted with a senior manager at Reception the next day.
The "footprint" of the resort complex is enormous and the circulating water taxis were excellent and allowed easy access to different parts of the complex.
Dining at the variety of beachside restaurants was excellent with something to meet every taste and budget. The nightly "happy hour" was appreciated. The breakfast at "Marketplace" was excellent and was managed by excellent staff. Housekeeping were excellent, very detail minded and helpful.
No complaints. Major renovation was underway in some areas of the resort but there was no disruption to our stay.
We would have appreciated more information regarding services and facilities in the local town which was accessible by shuttle bus. We would have used that service if our stay had been longer than 4 days.
Minor amenties (tea and coffee facilities) in the room were disappointing and not consistent with usual provisions in quality resorts.

We love this resort. The pool winds through the entire property and is amazing and there is a stunning pool right on the beach as well. The property is located right on the beach for lovely walks. The resort is located in the most attractive surroundings in Phuket and we always spend the majority of our time at the Angsana when visiting Phuket. The 2 bedroom suites are great for a family and so spacious.
It was the quite season but we are regular guests and have enjoyed the busier times with more activites in peak season as well.

SMooth check-in and out. Friendly and helpful staff. Peace and quiet. Good F&B selections .. a bit pricey but value for money. Nice beach well maintained. Good conference facilities. Sheltered connection links between buildings.
Sunken bathtub in room not safe for elderly. Room lighting too dim ... need adjustable control. Shuttle service to the malls could leave 1 hour earlier .

The villa was magnificent
Breakfast was very good.
We only had dinner once at one the restaurants: food was very bad and very expensive.
4.1
scenic , deluxe room with river view was so comfortable and well presented , breakfast was really good and included in price . staff couldn’t do enough for you so nice and welcoming , the pool choices were really good and had a massage at the spa which was incredible but a little pricey
drink prices and quality were excessive as there were not many other options nearby
service charge and VAT added 20% to every order unusual for Thailand , wifi in the room was intermittent, we ate at both restaurants for steak bbq and Thai buffet not worth the money they were charging both times overall other than breakfast I wasn’t a fan of the food quality

Breakfast was of good standard and large selection.

Good facilities, professional staff, nice breakfast
Hard to get a bed beside the pools from early on

Exceptional service and a truly wonderful resort. Extremely clean, and a very happy and welcoming environment. We were fortunate to be offered an upgrade to a beachside residence room, which was truly outstanding. Not enough superlatives to describe our stay. it was encouraging to see maintenance teams actively working to renovate rooms and the general conditions of the property.
if I was being picky, a better choice of free children’s activities would have been very welcome (kids club is a paid extra). that said, with the pool and close proximity to the beach, we had alternatives

So close to a quiet beach! Restaurants nearby are really good, perfect for families
I didn't like having to walk back to reception after waiting 15minutes for the buggy to come pick me up.

Location is great, but the beach is located a bit far, as the hotel is very big! Hotel is nice for stay and has a fantastic longest pool I have ever seen!
Breakfast is very crowdy and the diversity of food is not good enough. Coffee ordering is a big problem because the staff is not working well and fast.
Overall the hotel is very old and facilities require restoration!

the bathrooms were dirty and the restaurant food was not great

Great for 2 families with kids, we booked 2 side by side two bedroom island duplex rooms, great facilities, pools and beach were all superb
one restaurant took forever bringing food, some people finished their whole dinner before others were served

My room has direct access to the pool from balcony. Love it! The service is very good. Every time there was something not working, the technician came to fix it pretty fast. The facilities in the resort is good for family. The kids club is very useful for parents. The spa is pleasant.
Food choices are limited but can go outside of resort to find food if necessary.

The access to the beach is absolutely amazing. The general looks of the hotel, with it's lagoon and landscaping, is simply beautiful. Staff are very friendly and do everything to satisfy guests. Especially housekeeping did an amazing job!
The hotel is in need of some major renovations. Public toilets are usually dirty and should be cleaned more often. There is no shuttle bus available to go anywhere, and taxis add up to quite a lot of money if you go to nearby shops or restaurants every day.

Stuff were very friendly and clean
pool is beautiful and clean
we got skin cuts while playing ball in the pool...
4.1
The most valuable thing the resort has is it's exeptional staff.
Always trying to do the extra mile, very helpful and good with the kids.
There were ants in the kitchenette
The wifi was really bad (very slow and often disconected)
4.1
best stay ever, victor and the team in general went above and beyond and we couldn’t thank them more. .
