Just a pleasant stay in a prime location. But is overpriced overall.

The location, the cafes and the restraunt of the property were good. The top floor mountain view room was nice, hotel is clean. The Staff were very polite.

The food is way over-priced. I was charged around 700 for just plain khicdi, raita and two papad. A Rs 20 mineral water bottle is Rs 180 inside the hotel. To be honest the food is not even the worth the price. Food needs to be better in taste.

Great cosy stay, in a great location.

Location is great, right on the main road. We had a room with look over the town and valley. Good restaurant and bar in the same building.

Breakfast provided to the room was not good. Dry pastry.

Very good

Location is fine if you need to get access to nearby spots as a traveller. Being on the mall road you won't get nature's touch or mountain view. There's just a city view. And also vehicles are not allowed on mall road so you can roam around anywhere. There are a lot of shops for eateries and brands to shop from.

There's no mountain view. No bonfire, not such a happening place to chill. There's just a bar(over-priced)

Location, cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff, multiple restaurant options, good view, large rooms

2 single beds joined instead of 1 large king/queen bed making bed a little bit uncomfortable due to slant in middle

Being on Mall Road, it is good but rooms needs to be upgraded, it seems more than 10-12 years old.

Location of the room, adjoining cafe/venue.

Rooms were quite old, they need revamp. Small balcony was not cleaned. Gym was dirty. Bathroom was stinky and old styles.

eguipment such as sleeper water coffee spoon not in room have to call It should be available before check in and maid room cleaner take a knife from my bag this knife I buy from market. It.s not right.

Location is very good as it is at the start of mall road. View is also very good.

Water is lukewarm at best. We booked a room with a large balcony but we the balcony was not large at all. The hotel looks like it needs a bit of sprucing up.

Superb

Warm welcoming staff. Hotel needs a bit of renovation though. The tiles in the master bathroom are coming out and need to be fixed. It would be nice if the cushion are replaced as some of them are ripped. All in all a very comfortable and hassle free stay. Enjoyed my small get-away. Thanks

They dun have fan n ac in the room because these days it is required due to the increase in temperature. It was 35° temp that time so it was difficult for us to live without fan n ac
