Hotel sencillo con falta de mejoras pero personal muy amable.

La atención de todo el personal de 10, todo el mundo muy agradable y amable. La animación muy bien, son encantadores. Quizás metería algo más en el miniclub para que los niños se animaran a ir y no solo a las actividades que se hacen.

Todo el hotel necesita una reforma, los apartamentos, el comedor, la zona de piscina... se nota que tiene muchos años y falta de mantenimento 100%. El tema de tantas palomas además no ayuda porque hay zonas que se veían muy sucias aunque la zona de la piscina y las hamacas la limpiaban. En nuestro apartamento la tv no funcionaba y aún avisando estuvimos toda la estancia sin que lo arreglaran, tanto eso como el teléfono por lo que no podíamos comunicarnos con recepción dijeron que era una avería pero en 1 semana no hubo mejora. Que siendo hotel 2 días no limpien la habitación, miércoles y domingo es la primera vez que lo veo. EL buffet no está mal pero en los desayunos faltaba más variedad y sobre todo los horarios, están orientados totalmente a los extranjeros y los españoles andamos a la carrera para poder llegar antes de que cierren. El todo incluido de bebida porque de comida no por lo que o vas al buffet o te toca luego hacerte (textualmente) un sándwich frío en el bar.

Druzinam prijazna namestitev.

Zelo prijazno osebje. Solidne in ciste sobe. Animatorji za otroke so top. Raznovrsten program ob vecerih. V popoldanskem casu razlicne animacije za otroke.

Hrana je bila okusna,kljub temu pa bi lahko bila malo bolj raznovrstna.

We will definitelly come again!

The hotel was great for kids. There is a nice kids club, activities all day long and evening programm as well. The food was great, I would value like 4 star hotel. Kids could have ice cream, take drinks alone as much as they wanted. The room was really big-two big rooms incl small kitchen and a balcony.

The beach in Sa Coma is a bit busy, but with white sand, great place for kids. You can walk 10min or take a shuttle from the hotel.

Very nice hotel

Excellent location, excellent entertainment team and facilities provided were good. The pictures on booking.com is exactly what you get

I thought the manager and older female receptionist was very arrogant and rude, we had a problem which booking.com sorted, but the staff were very unhelpful....the other staff members to be fair were very nice, The kids play park is bit dated but to be fair we couldn't get them out pool anyway!

Excellent value for money and would definitley recommend for a family stay

We loved the staff, who were always enthusiastic and willing to help. The value for money was great, all inclusive for the price we paid was very competitive.

Vegetarian options could’ve been better as well as labelling of food. Me and my friend are limited in what we will eat and some things were mislabelled and only discovered as including certain meats upon inspection and then that food was wasted because it was on our plate. Only complaint!

It is not near of any pub or disco but that was not a problem because the hotel have so good animation at night.

very good family’s holidays!

really liked children first approach everywhere in the hotel, incredibly good animation team and very good evening programmes with guests -magician, exotic animals, gymnasts.

a bit too much noise in evening events so you are not able to go to bed before 11p.m. however all the sounds stop at 11p.m and nights are really quite.

Exceptional

A perfect family place with the most friendly staff I've ever encountered. The pool is nice with guard really watching everyone. The food was excellent especially the desserts and surprisingly pizza. Salad bar was quite refreshing and all the dressings were amazing. There is always something to eat even for the pickiest of eaters. Rooms are big and spacious. Air-conditioning works like a charm. The shuttle to the beach is also a plus. I will definitely be back in a few years, if not for anything else for the desserts. Thank you to all the people in the kitchen. You made an excellent experience even better.

Only downside and it's not the resorts fault is the fact that even so that reserving the sunbeds is forbidden, people put the towels on the sunbeds before breakfast and just leave them there. You get a cascading effect of people leaving the towels even though there are so many sunbeds. Again it's not the resorts fault but some people just culdn't pour water out of a boot with instructions on the heel.

It was fun

The place is very nice, the apartments are clean, staff are welcoming and friendly. Lots of activities and program for the children and adults as well.

The food could be better, but with the price I think it’s also ok. But at the pool area, there are people who are using floats, I think it is ok but when there are a lot of kids in the pool and there are some people using them and big ones too, the lifeguard could have said something, because there a re a lit of kids in the pool and the kids are jumping in and out of the pool and having those people with floats big floats there while there are pots of children jumping in could be dangerous.

It is a good place for families with kids but a bit far from the sea. The hotel staff is great and friendly. Good coffee)

Too cold atmosphere in the restaurant. Do not expect a big variety of food and you will not be disappointed. The breakfast is poor and can be improved very quickly: only one type of eggs , no fresh bakery at all, limited fruits. Several days during our stay the dinner was not good and several days was quite good …

Probably wouldn’t go as an Adult only holiday as entertainment not great for adults.

The location of the hotel is great as very quiet and close to the beach. Room was comfortable with everything you may need. Pool was very clean. We really liked the food as it was a good variety every day

Although we have came with a 1 year old baby, we were given a room just next to the stage. Animations were starting from 8:30pm till 11pm and it was super loud. Also there was a mini disco for kids every day but again just from 8:30 so it was too late for many children. I also was hoping for a little bit of understanding when it comes to babies in an all inclusive otpion. My daughter was having a nap from 12-14. The lunch was available from 12:30 to 14 so we were almost never able to get her to eat. I have asked of I can just take some bits for her to the room, which unfortunately wasn't an option. Stuff said that there will be some snacks later on which were bread, ham and cheese so not something that my daughter would be happy eating for her lunch for 7 days

The staff was very helpful and positive All meals were delicious - Good choice of products A lot of activities for kids and kids chairs in the restaurant

Room 6 was very noisy The windows went outside of the street and we could hear all noises from buses, cars, and motorcycles And it wasn't convenient to go upstairs with baby and stroller

I really enjoyed it. Lovely atmosphere and happy staff

A clean and friendly hotel with a mix of nationalities. Continental breakfast was fab but not a lot of choice for cooked. Still nice but repetitive. A few really nice choices for dinner on some evenings and the vegetables on rare night we had them were cooked to perfection. For the price we paid the food was really nice

Having to keep your own cup and reuse it regardless of what you were drinking. You weren’t allowed to leave cup at bar or reception so going out for the day your expected to climb two flights if stairs to your apartment to put your cup away 🙈

Mixed review, staff are the stars.

The fantastic staff that we came accross we give 5 stars. Overall, not much really stood out to like about the hotel itself, the facilities and location, nothing really stood out!

Food was generally very bad quality (ie, pork knuckles and other cheapest products available only) with no hot snacks etc in the day just what looked like left over cake, bread, cheese and ham from the breakfast and lunch services, you had to make up your own sandwiches etc without facilities to do this hygienically but the offerings were so poor anyway we never bothered to take up this very basic offering, ice cream for kids was not real ice cream and was disgusting, again no options for adults. A single plastic cup is issued to each guest at check which is used for drinks around the pool and also you have to use it at night ie 24hrs per day with no washing facilities to clean your (oliver lol) plastic cup between drinks so you have to take them back to your room to clean them yourself hmmmm. Rooms are over average in decor and room facilities / comfort which was good, although they can smell of sewage at times, yuck! On reflection, we wish that we went with our original choice for this holiday but was impressed with the booking.com ratings for this hotel, but in our opinion we strongly feel that we were misled by the ratings which was the decider on booking this hotel. Cant fault all of the staff, they are very welcoming, professional and generally lovely genuine people, they can only work with what they're provided with. Drinks were over average also with good choice for a 3 star. This hotel was not expensive, but was also not cheap either when you consider what you get for your money and location.

a short break in the sun - 4 days away - shame it rained for 2 days!!

changed rooms easily enough due to not being given an apartment room. this really wasnt a problem for the hotel and the staff were most helpful with this. given 2 plastic cups on arrival for the all inclusive drinks - no longer one time use - which is a brilliant idea and saves cups blowing into the pool and disgarded rubbish. all clients at the hotel were friendly also. the room was clean, beds clean and the hotel quiet. not on the main strip but 800 meters away - i understand that there is a shuttle bus but we chose to walk which was fine. near to a large supermarket too which is a bonus! also really good wifi in every room

nothing - it was extremely good value for money in our opinion - we had a quiet room at the back i imagine near the 'stage'area it would have been a bit loud..

Clean ,good value .spacious rooms .modern room.good 3star . Brill staff involved kids. 10-15 min walk to beach with nice walks surrounding it
