Overall was lovely experience, especially if you are with kids. Food selection (fish) not great.

- The natural botanicals, greenery and plentiful shades - Aquapark for older and smaller kids - Quite a bit of activities for kids during the day and night - Relatively decent beach which was clean during the morning - No major huge factory building for tourists, but rather small houses in lush green setting - German animation team for kids arriving from DACHa area

- Food selection was modest, at times repetitive - Fish selection is quite poor and not tasty at all, which is odd as Antalya is on a lovely sea - Bathrooms in apartments are a bit old - Cocktails selection and taste are not great, and waiting lines are a bit crowded - Quite a few folks didn`t speak English or very low quality

Almost perfect stay with the children.

The food was fantastic. All pools were very clean and children friendly. Aquapark on the territory and beach activities were very enjoyable too. Evening activities were lots of fun. The staff was helpful.

Some personal doesn't speak English - only German. I had an issue with the booked dinner one night, but the staff was able to resolve the issue and apologized. Photo services are very expensive, even though photos came good.

Ожидание от 5 звёзд было больше,есть с чем сравнивать) Алкоголь местный,коктейли просто никакие,пиво только разливное,если хочешь выпить что-то приличное заплати.Корона в бутылках 6€😂 Для детей все раскраски ,машинки,прыгалки всё по 5€ ...каждый день плати,либо малыш расстроится! Это не AI in, конечно. Контингент ,в основном немцы,русский персонал не знают!

Not bad hotel, but be prepared that you might be deceived

Good infrastructure, normal food and beautiful grounds

The restaurant The Flavour greatly marred our impression. It was our son's birthday, and I had booked a dinner at this restaurant. The app did not indicate that its services require an additional fee. The food was very mediocre; moreover, the menu listed a first course of noodles, but we were served rice. For dessert, instead of rice pudding, we got crème brûlée, and my child was supposed to get a chocolate cheesecake, but they brought a donut instead. But what shocked us the most was the bill of 38 euros at the end of the dinner, which the waiter claimed was for the wine. The most unpleasant part was that no one warned us that alcohol was charged separately, and the menu did not list the price per glass either. Only at the end of the dinner the waiter informed us that the wine was not included. This is not our first time staying at all-inclusive hotels, but we encountered such a situation for the first time. Usually, it is clearly communicated beforehand if certain restaurant services, whether specific dishes or alcohol, are not included in the accommodation price. Not only was our child's birthday spoiled by rather mediocre food, but it was also very unfair to present us with a bill without prior notice that the restaurant was not free. I would suggest adding this information to the restaurant description in the hotel app to avoid unpleasant situations like the one our family faced. When I expressed my frustration that the restaurant description in the app does not mention that alcohol is charged separately, and that this seems deceitful, the staff did not respond in any way.

Disappointing

Location, nature, sometimes food. I liked that in the middle of a day you could find some bites to eat, even if they were not a really good quality. Good wi-fi.

The staff. We had a kid with us, so fee days in advance, we asked if we can have a late check-out or an extension of the stay. All we could hear was "come tomorrow". As a result, after constant pushing to tomorrow, we were left without a room, because as they said " there's no room available" is the hotel with 500 rooms....everything was booked? Lol. And there was a "special" treatment at the check-in as well. There's this person, who checks your passport and then decides if you have a good room or no. Kinda racist. Seams like if you are not German, you get different types of service there. Drinks were all mixed with water, you never have anything without it. And entertainment was really boring and plain. Same actors, same movements but different music.

Beach, pools, water park

We had two vegans in our group and their experience was mediocre. There was a vegan corner and vegan options but only a few and they were the same every day. Plain pasta was marked as having milk, then we asked the staff said it did not contain milk, but all sauces did. When requested , the chef did make some nice options ( pancakes, sorbet ice cream , brought out hummus ( why does hummus need to come out in request in Turkey??) And avocado - but when there are multiple options if everything else it feels frustrating that you have ti ask for basic vegan options. At the last breakfast there was cereal but no nondairy milk. There was a beans and corn salad - in the vegan corner - marked as having eggs, milk and fish ( it had nine of those)... Another frustrating thing is that while the club is full of adverts for green credentials, you can only get water in plastic bottles, and lots of them. Even when I asked to get a refill if a plastic bottle, the barman through it away and gave me a new one

Awesome hotel for kids

Great hotel especially for children. There is everything you need: water pools, aquapark with the slides that are interesting even for adults, nice beach with free banana ride. In contrast to other hotels in the area this one has great kitchen. The food is tasty as well as sweets. Turkish restaurant on site is great as well. Thanks to the customer relations team for making us a last minute reservation there. The hotel has great park and walking area so you're never bored. And the speed of wifi is great as well, I was able to upload 4k videos quote fast. Great cocktails as well. Thanks for the holiday, we will come back.

The only small downside I would say is that the person who carries your luggage for 2 minutes quite actively hints to leave tips, as it seemed to me, so on the way back I just brought my luggage myself :) it was easier overall.

wonderful!

the resort was beautiful and the children loved it! Staff were so friendly and we will definitely be coming back!

there was no availability at the fish and grill restaurant until the 14th august. it would be great if there were a couple more a La Carte options (formal). Quite often there were older children/teenagers running up the smaller water slides and running around the children’s pool with lack of care or attention to the younger children. there should possibly be an age restriction.

My kids: “ Mommy, this was one of our best vacations ever!”

I loved my overall experience and the energy of the place was fantastic! The staff make the place! They are all top notch and I felt like a VIP over my entire stay, humble, yet friendly and extremely serviceable! I give the the guy cleaning the pools and the pool showers by the snack bar- I can’t recall his name but so kind and always there to serve and make our stay more enjoyable a 10 for his good vibes and a big thank you!

Kids pool was great

Beds were small for 2 adults, I got a room.on the top floor with my 2 year old toddler and being heavily pregnant although requesting on the lower levels. Didn't like that slides were closed during lunch time. The special restaurant served the same stuff as the buffet. In the main restaurant we're many flies and it was very hot. Juices are full of sugar and not real fruit juice. Everyone is reserving sunbeds early in the morning so tough to get one.

They gave us 2 handicap rooms, bathrooms & showers flooded water into the room.... simply a flooded experience. Despite asking and requesting to change the rooms they claimed that they all always fully booked. Food was plenty, but more or less quantity Vs. quality every single plate

the staff very bad about reception 6 girls talk together ,no speck english no understand any thing . There is They don't do any specials for the booking site for booking. Children are free up to 8 years old. I had a 3 year old child with me. They knew I couldn't cancel, so they had to charge me $300 dollar

No magic in this resourt

It was ok normal nothing is not expected I like the landscaping The food was ok but the drinks are boring

When I reserved they said all inclusive but when I went there not really everything was included they have 4 restaurants not included in the free package The water slides are boring not that fun The ladies working in room cleaning didn’t speak english The shows mainly for the babies not even kids We arrived little late at 4 pm the check in time is 3 so we assumed the rooms are ready, but they didn’t prepare the rooms and they kept us in the reception waiting for 1 hour. There is no AC in The reception it was a disaster They considered my 13 years old daughter as adult and they charged me additional 320+ euros After I went to the room, I asked for additional towel card because they gave us 4 cards and we are 5 persons The lady in the reception asking me to go back to the reception to collect the card The reception from the room is 20 minutes walking its very far I asked her to send me the golf car to go to the reception she said no its for checkin or check out Then I asked her to send me the card to my room and that what happened They didn’t know how to treat the guests

nice room, very clean and comfortable. Good mattress, but not very good pillows (we like the low). good territory, very beautiful, a lot of plants, turtles)) I easily managed to arrange the birthday surprise for my husband, it was wonderful!) thanks the team!

Not enough choice in the restaurant, uncomfortable system of presentation the dishes (waiting behind the glass when the staff will pay attention to you…) Bur there always was very good choice of salads and fruits. but staff was perfect! I’d recommend to expand the variety of kid’s menu, add simple chicken soup with pasta for the lunch, also just boiled vegetables like broccoli or something like this… dietary meatballs,… but thank you for the several kinds of porridge for the breakfast, appreciate a lot.

Awful experience.

Nothing. It was awful

The hotel is a poor condition. We arrived late at night and were forced to change rooms four times because of the humidity, sewer smell, neighboring hotel sound. Finally, the room we moved in the middle of the night was surrounded by drilling and roaring garden machineries and worker in the morning up till 2pm. The hotel rooms are small, ucomfy and old. Master beds are small, balcony is ridiculously tiny, bathroom appliances are super old and dated. The food was below average. Alcohol variety- poor. Grumpy bartenders and no smiles at all from the day stuff. To sum it all: we were about to spend two nights there, but left after one night without even asking for refund..I would say we were running from the hotel. And the most "amazing" part of it is that the hotel was 80% empty due to the end of the season closing, and they simply couldn't afford to give us normal room which makes me assured they simply have none.
