Great location, nice and clean (they clean the room every day), friendly staff, great breakfast (although the same every day), which is free and totally worth it!
I liked everything!

The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was always same and it's was not good (eggs and salami).

The hotel is about an easy 20 minute walk into town. The beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas were right across the road. My family loved our stay here and we would definitely stay here again .

The worst breakfast we ever had at a hotel. Water storages past a certain time with no reserve tank for guests. no generator to help with power outages.

Nice breakfast, comfortable beds, clean facility, friendly staff
We thought we could see more of the ocean from our room. The water was cut off 1 hour before we checked out.
4.5
Clean and simple room with comfy bed and good bathroom. I liked sitting out on the balcony admiring the sea view and having a line to hang up wet swimwear/towels. The breakfast was good and the courtyard where you could eat it was peaceful. I felt it was good value for money and a quality two star hotel.
Not a massive problem but the walls are quite thin, so you can hear people in the rooms either side.

Excellent location with views of the bay. Room and breakfast very good with friendly staff. Agios Nikitas is beautiful with a superb choice of tavernas.

Great view, lovely staff, clean, great location, balcony was awesome. Nice big room with pleasant decor
Limited breakfast - more fresh fruit would have been nice
Bed was quite hard

The location is very strategic and accessible even with public transportations. The view from the hotel is outstanding and the room is clean and spacious. Also the staff is kind and always available to help. The breakfast provided is rich of different choices and the breakfast area is cozy. I could not ask more.
Noise. Maybe the walls are a bit thin or the people from the other rooms were shouting often, but during my stay I could hear anything.

The view of the room was very nice (we could see the whole village Agios Nikitas and the sea) and the hotel was very boutique like with a lot of flowers. Also, the small terrace for the breakfast was lovely and we felt really safe covid wise.
There are only a few parking spots reserved for the hotel, but with a little bit of luck you can find free spots on the street.

Really clean and comfy. Very close to the city beach (which was way too cramped for our taste, though), and very close to many restaurants.
Everything was really nice, hotel looks like something out of a greek fairytale. But the noise is unbearable almost. You can hear EVERYTHING! In the morning when the breakfast starts, forget about sleeping in, because the banter downstairs will wake you up. Also there is no private parking - if you come with a car, this will be a huge issue. We had a lot of trouble finding a free space to park our car, we sometimes had to walk more than a kilometer to get back to the hotel.

Great place to stay in Agios Nikitas! Very nice personnel who were always happy to recommend things to do or prepare frappes in the heat of the afternoon for us. The location is very good, since the path leading to the beach is just around the corner and a nicer walk than going through the main road up the street. Very practical clothesline on the balcony to hang up your towels, swim suits, etc. Air conditioning worked fine and the shower had good water pressure. Breakfast was also good (cheese, ham, omelett, sausages, greek salad, watermelon, croissants, greek yoghurt, jams/honey, cereal, cake, bread, etc.). Booking.com guests have nice rooms at the hotel. :)
The rooms are very poorly isolated and you hear everyone outside. It's impossible to sleep with the balcony door open before midnight, as there are many people still outside on the streets or courtyard. It's usually quiet between 12-7am, so anything before/after you will need earplugs. Parking: there is a designated parking space (for 2 cars) in front of the hotel but that's it. You park on the street along the main street, cars are parked on both sides. It always looks very full but we always managed to find a spot close by even in July with lots of tourists. There are very few beach umbrellas to borrow, but you can find them everywhere at the mini marts for cheap (15€ with UV protection).

Everything else was fine
noisy in the morning

Room was spacious, authentic and nice, with a sea view - you could hear the waves. It was regularly cleaned and towels changed. The beach is really close. And I really recommend Agios Nikitas as a base for the stay in Lefkada.
Breakfast could be improved. There were same options everyday, even for the warm meal.

The rooms are clean and comfortable and location is good for restaurants and local beach down some steps 5 minutes walk. No loungers at beach. Not suitable for disabled persons. Lovely staff especially Effie the manager who is very friendly and helpful. Car hire recommended to fully appreciate this most beautiful island. Kathisma beach is 10 mins drive away. Main town of Kefkada is worth a visit for its beauty.
Too many steps to some rooms

I traveled a lot in my life, but this kind of courtesy is one of a kind! I forgot my bag in the garden, and one member of the staff took great care to send it home.
Incredible kindness!
