Beautifully light filled unit in a great location with pool and secure parking.

Loved the pool and location of the unit. The living area was light filled and airy. A great size for a family of four. Felt secure and safe and loved the local facilities so close by. Great secure parking.

The WiFi cut out and couldn’t get back on after day 4 of a seven day stay. Needed a bit of a deep clean and possibly some cleaning products to use while staying. Could use some staples like salt, pepper, oil and dishwashing liquid.

WONDERFUL, BRILLIANT 8 NIGHT STAY ‘however I would not return if my family could not book a ground floor room in the fut

The property was located in a fantastic location, close to many facilities all in walking distance. The staff were very friendly, and the free underground parking was excellent. Our room was spacious with very comfortable beds. Our rooms were fitted out with ‘everything we needed’ (washing machine, clothes dryer, large refrigerator, all cooking supplies etc) we also had a fully equipped kitchen which was very handy. The pool was beautiful.

HOWEVER access to our room was very difficult. I travelled with small children, elders and a lady who had knee problems so walking up many steps to get to the 2nd and 3rd floor where our rooms were located was a very arduous task for my family. We would dearly love to stay at the ‘Montana Palms’ in the very near future HOWEVER my family and I simply cannot stay on the 2nd or 3rd floor we would only book a ground floor rental apartment as the stairwell up to our rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor was way to difficult for my family and I.

Great location to blues festival

Location to Broadbeach blues festival, Cafe, beach, slsc and supermarket it was also quiet and spacious

BBQ light stayed on overnight but managers made aware and changed that. Also my apartment on ground floor only had sheer curtains at front, which meant at night people could see into apartment when lights were on. Again feedback fixes this

Amazing apartment with lovely pool

The pool was amazing. The room was well stocked in the kitchen and had lots of utensils. The BBQs were lovely and clean.

We needed to purchase cleaning items and toilet paper because not enough was provided in the room as it was a self-contained unit. This wasn't a problem we just weren't aware when we did our first grocery shop so just a heads up.

Great place, great value

Great value, so close to the beach, quiet street, Hedges cafe at the end, and a great pool if you don't want the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable, well set up and well located. Unfortunately WiFi access was unavailable.

The apartment is excellent. It is very well equipped for a pleasurable stay. Likewise the pool is superb and the block is located close to Mermaid beach and a couple of good coffee shops.

We were unable to access the WiFi with either our Apple or Android devices. The manager told me that this had been a problem for a number of guests but it appears nothing has been done to fix the problem. If you need to use WiFi I suggest you consider this.

Excellent value for money and facilities, large rooms, easy parking, many appliances etc

Beds are pretty aged, but in line with the value. Block out blinds would be welcome, as you will be up at dawn with the current ones, but these are nitpicks, accommodation was excellent overall

Excellent value, nice garden and pool, close to beach and park, pacific fair and public transport.

Apartment a bit dated, lighting wasnt great with one light not working others flickering a lot. Main bed was a bit hard.

Short walk to Mermaid Beach

Well set up apartment for a longer stay. Good location just south of Pacific Fair with bus stop nearby. Enjoyed sitting on the sunny north facing balcony off lounge room. Nice pool area with high wall which stops any wind. Large two bed apartment runs full length of block with additional balcony off both bedrooms. Other features; fresh air flows through entire apartment, security fly screens, fans, rear balcony has own clothes line, hot water is instant, three tvs and two bathrooms one with bath. Manager Steve was most helpful.

Wifi can get busy in the area. No natural light in either bathroom.

If the place had been cleaned to an acceptable level, our stay would have been amazing.

The location was perfect, close to the beach/transport/cafes. Two bathrooms was very handy. Large balcony to sit in the morning/afternoon.

The ONLY thing that let you down was the cleanliness. That was ver very poor. Going on a holiday you don’t want to be disgusted when walking into the bathroom where you have to stay for a week. There was hair everywhere even in the kitchen cutlery draw. It was repulsive. The mugs in the cupboard were dirty. Dust on the walls and fan. The balcony hadn’t been swept. The entirety of our stay the stair well was not cleaned at all and there was what looked like blood stains on one of the landings that hadn’t been cleaned the whole week.

Great proximity to the beach, good price, nice apartment.

The man at reception was rude on a number of occasions to the other family we were travelling with who were the ones dealing with the rooms. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom which was challenging as we arrived at night, also no other general basic supplies. I think they just forgot to restock after cleaning as the other apartment was OK.

Good location with all the necessary facilities for a family. Clean and close enough to walk to the beach. Would book again.

We booked 2 apartments and one of the fridges were broken. It was fine for us as we mostly used the other apartment for cooking but could see how that would be an issue if you only had one. Also the underground car park is not tall enough to park a van. Street parking was very limited and we had to park 100-200m from the apartments at times.

Great location, handy to local facilities/restaurants/beach. Good quality facilities, properly maintained and layout provided good security for property.

beds could be a bit larger, they are showing their age and mattresses are showing signs of wear and tear
