Ontzettend lieve mensen die er werken!
De badkamer kon wel een upgrade gebruiken en het was erg heet. Maar dat was het enige

Free parking, quiet surroundings, very nice staff.
A reasonably-priced property in the vicinity of Rova del Garda
Okay, rooms are older but are very clean.

friendly stuff, very good breakfest, overall hotel is good
eveything about hotel is good, but location for me was really bad. You need at least 35min walking to get to old town and you are walking by busy road and it is not nice at all. This hotel is nowhere. No caffe or restaurants around. My felling was I was in pesent village not in Riva del Garda

Friendly staff, nice breakfast and we had a room with a view of the waterfall.
The bathroom had a weird musty smell and the room was really cold although it was still quite warm outside in mid-September.

Very helpful and friendly staff, great place to stay near the lake
No AC

English of receptionist was very good, she helped us to organise our come back to Desenzano, offered to hide bikes inside the building. The room was cleaned everyday and towels were also changed. In the bathroom was soap and body wash. The breakfast was very good and you could sit outside with view for Mountains. There is small parking for cars.
The password to WiFi didnt work, there was no key to lock the bathroom and in the room for 5 people where only two electric socets, one already taken by the fan.

lady at the reception helped us with everything
bathroom furniture worn out, bad smell, dirty shower
blocked sink in shower
flushing doesn’t stop after using
Most uncomfortable bed i slept in since I left DDR
would be acceptable, if the price would be half or less

Really nice place to stay. Girls at reception were very helpful and sweet. We were late for check-in so they gave us detailed instructions for self check-in. To the beach, it is quite a walk but you can get a taxi for about 10EUR to get there if you don't like walking. To the nearest store is about 5minutes walk.
Can't say anything bad about this place, we had a great time.

The breakfast was lovely in the little garden surrounded by the mountains!
the check-in took quite some time and the place could need a renovation. Not super fresh.

The exterior is pretty and photographs well - but that's misleading.
The hotel behaves as if by pricing itself below the cost of other hotels in better locations, it is not accountable for its poor quality of service. This is delusional. In some cases, repairs need to be made - shower-heads and snagging doors need to be fixed, and old, uncomfortable mattresses replaced. (Telling us that these are not the responsibility of the hotel but of the company from whom the hotel rents the premises, is not adequate.) In other cases, the unfortunate location, next to a noisy factory, means that if you keep your windows open through the night (because there's no air conditioning), your ability to get to sleep may be disturbed. (Again, the hotel tells us that in its opinion, sound pollution is not a problem and that we are mistaken in what we experienced.) There are also no local facilities. The hotel does not offer evening meals, and nor do other local establishments, which means one has to go into the town. Nothing about this is convenient. But the hotel, in its replies to us, refuses to accept criticism, accuses us of being troublesome in raising issues, and tells us we would not be welcome to stay again (as if we would want to).

Staff was very friendly.
The room smellt really bad, especially the bathroom. As if someone smoked that before… There were hand towels in the toilette.

Spacious room and location is next to bus stop. Friendly staff and easy to communicate with.
Breakfast
WiFi weak

Breakfast was very good, some more vegetables would be nice to have.
The restaurant was not open and there was no such information on Booking.com
It was not possible to buy anything to drink beyond the short timeframe from 3-8pm
Kitchen utensils (knives, forks, plates) at breakfast were mostly dirty…

nice location away from town centre . quiet area.
nice breakfast enough choices. nice setting on the terras and view of the surrounding mountains and waterfall
no restaurant although advertised. .rooms dated . bathroom needs some repairs.
they allowed a bus to park in the limited car park so guests needed to park away fro the hotel
not quite value for money

Location was good, not so far from city center and if you want to see something awesome, there is a waterfall only couple minutes away by foot.
If it's hot summer time, better search rooms with conditionier.

Supernice and helpful host! The breakfast was delicious with lots of nice cheeses, hams and pastries! The room was perfect with a nice view of the waterfall and mountains.
The hotel is a bit up in the mountains and very close to the nature but it’s also possible to walk up and down to the centrum in 20-30 minutes!
Highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel itself comfortable, stylish in traditional rustic style.. Good restaurant with local specialities: recommend the strangolapreti and carne salata).
not easy to find without a functioning satnav - ours turned itself off for some stupid reason as we reached the area and had to be navigated on the phone by staff

everything was clean. little further from the lake. without air condition it was very hard to sleep. however you get what you pay for :)
