Roomy. Lovely the heaters and lights left on for us. Liked the high ceilings. Was warned about the construction work but could not hear it in our room which was wonderful. Location was great with lots of good food options and quick walk to new world. The TV was on with the app page which was a lovely touch.
The cold tap in bathroom takes effort to turn off. The mattress topper in room nearest kitchen needs replacing as flat where people sleep and puffy at centre of the bed. The shower head was facing up and towards shower door so inadvertently flooded bathroom when first turned on. Suggest it is left facing down and away from shower door for future guests.

The location was excellent. Apartment was spacious. When we found washing machine not working, they took our clothes and washed and dried them for us.
Building work outside we were warned would start at 7.30. Woke us up one morning at 6am!
Curtain in one bedroom barely covered window.

Excellent location. Very comfortable for 5 friends in 3 bedroom apartment. Handy to have full fridge & kitchen as well as all the restaurants & take aways just downstairs. Perfect spot to walk everywhere & be able to return & chill out. Have stayed here on 3 separate occasions now & will keep coming back.
Had to travel a bit further for parking as the Wilson car park previously 2 min walk away, used on previous stay, was no longer there. Using Parkmate meant we could top up the car for 3 nights from a distance so it wasn't too bad. Short term parking outside apartment allowed us to unload luggage easily enough. A couple more hangers in the wardrobes wouldn't go amiss.

Location, size of apartment and facilities
The ability to leave bags on site after checkout rather than needing to take them to another location.

Plenty of towels and a fan in the windowless bedroom
Chairs were dirty and worn. Building site next door, building felt old….

Good size 2 bedroom apartment in a great location right by bus stop, bars and restaurants yet was still quiet
The apartment was very hot with no airconditioning and 1 bedroom didn't have windows that opened. Dishwasher didn't work

The location was great handy to everything
the apartment was fantastic! Very roomy great kitchen, full laundry the only thing that let it down was the lounge suite, it was very badly stained really needs to be replaced!

Location was great. Beds were comfortable and bed linen and towels were clean. Toiletries provided were good and they provided a selection of teas/ hot chocolate and coffee and milk. There was a washing machine and dryer and powder provided too although we didn’t use these. We didn’t use the kitchen either but it looked fairly well equipped.
The apartment (4) is in desperate need of a deep clean and carpets and curtains need replacing/repairing. Parts of the carpet were heavily worn and fraying and could create a trip hazard. Most of the curtains didn’t actually seem to fit the windows and were half hanging off the rails. The shower was good and strong but it looks grimy on the outside and needs new grouting. The sofa and chairs were disgusting with a lot of stains on them - made us not want to sit and relax on them. They either need replacing or given a deep clean! The tv however worked very well and had Netflix.

The apartment was spacious and could easily accommodate two couples or a family who were interested in having self catering options. The laundry facilities were complete, including washing powder, allowing us to do a full load of washing. The apartment was clean and neat. The beds were large and comfortable. Although the entrance faces onto a busy street the apartments are at the rear and very quiet.
The apartment was just looking a bit tired in some aspects. The carpet had worn patches. The windows could do with a clean (there was an active building site next door that may have raised dust in recent times) and the lounges just looked well used.

Thé location is close to the ferry and muséum.
Thé place is not cleaned properly, a little bit outdated, and has no parking nearby. The location is not suited if you are travelling with a car.

Friendly staffs, very good location, bigger than what in the photos, more than enough towels.
Definitely visit again!!
Doesn't have luggage service which I had to use Te papa museum luggage service. It was bit hard to carry all bags and walked to the museum with raining day.

Location was amazing and even though this place is located in a busy neighborhood we didn't notice any noise at night
Property was overall a bit dated, looks way nicer on the pictures. It was clean and tidy but just really needs a bit of a refurb.

Excellent location but we got caught out (our fault for not reading the fine print) but there is
NO ONSITE PARKING. We were very lucky to park right outside the door as the apartment is surrounded by restaurants so there are people and vehicles and a bus stop right outside the entrance. Perfect for the traveller who uses public transport or wants to walk everywhere which is the perfect place to stay at:)

only good thing about the property was the location was excellent close to everything we needed
the furniture we had in our room was filthy didn’t feel clean couch has stains all over it and seats at the table couch also had bad body odour of sweat and P.O we had to glen 20 while area rubbish bins were rusty and had no handles and the bed pillow cases had dribble stains all over was disgusting

The Courtenay Apartments were located right in the heart of Courtenay Place - the center of the Wellington's night life. The heaters and lights were on in the Apartment upon our arrival, giving all of the rooms a welcoming cozy feel from the start.
No car parking was available on site. However, a small public Wilson Parking car park was only a few minutes walk behind the Courtenay Apartments on Alpha Street. Overnight parking was available there, from 5pm to 8am - for only $8.00 (July 22), so not too bad for Wellington CBD.
