Clean and comfortable, and good value.

Well designed room. Very clean. Balcony with view towards harbour. Located close to shops and highway.

Parking was a bit tight but not a major problem.

Enjoyable stay.

No breakfast provided but plenty of café not far away. Also a microwave, toaster and dish washing facilities are in the room.

A great place to stay!

Everything about this motel was exceptional. The staff were always helpful and you knew it wasn't put on. I would stay here again and regret not staying longer than the 3 days we were here.

There is nothing I didn't like about our stay.

Good location with water views

Good location. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom with plenty of hot water. Kitchenette adequate but crowded. Nice views from the upper floor.

No sink in kitchenette so had to use bathroom for water which was a bit inconvenient. Lighting in unit particularly in sitting room was vey poor.

Happy and helpful reception staff. Clean. Reasonably well maintained.

The car parks are not allocated to a room number so my car park was taken by someone else on a busy night. I had to park my car on an adjoining street. Simply numbering car parks with people's room number would have gone someway to fixing this.

A new mattress (Very Hard) and a clean mop on the floors. Very sticky, Kitchen and Bathroom.

A pretty location and the room was very spacious and comfortable! We enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Great place to stay.

Nice clean rooms with good heating which was useful since we visited in the coldest winter for a while. Great little kitchenette. Nice and quiet location. the staff were really helpful

Not a reflection on the property but it is annoying that a tourist town like Merimbula does not have a taxi service to the airport.

we were happy with our one night stay

the location was very handy and good value for money . the room facilities were very adequate

the bed was not that comfortable and room was close to the front ( because the sitting area was at the back to get the view)

Excellent. We will be back.

Everything. Check in, the room was spacious and well laid out, with separate bedroom/bathroom area. Big lounge, 2 eating/seating areas, good view of the bay.

The only problem was people smoking on adjacent balconies continuously. The occupants of the room under us were smoking inside their room with the door open. We needed to shut our door and stay inside when we would have preferred to be on the balcony.

Motel location was great, easy walking distance to various eateries, restaurants, supermarkets, pub and Sapphire Club. Family room was large and very clean. Bed, aircon and bathroom were great. Pool was very clean. I will stay there again. Only negative was that the manager is a St George supporter ??!, but he is nice and helpful.

Very good

We were greeted warmly and friendly, and the Gentleman was very helpful. Great place to rest up. Close to everything. I recommend this place.

I did not like the sound from the upstairs balcony door. It was loud and disturbed me. But at least the people were not going in and out into the early hours.

the bathroom and locality

the cigarette smoke drifting over the balcony , made the balcony out of use on one day and evening. a suggestion is to increase the number of steps on the pool ladder.
