Fora a vista foi tudo péssimo! Estava sujo com teia de aranha por todo lado..o wifi não era bom..o chuveiro não esquentava bem e não tinha suporte tivemos que segura na mão para toma banho!Não tinha churrasqueira,não tinha maquina de lava somente as que as faxineiras usavam para lava roupa de cama..

Goedkoop, maar niet goed.

Parkeren. Krap, maar er was plek.

Slecht internet, deed na 22:00 niets meer. Half gordijn voor het raam, dus veel licht in de kamer. Kamer met het slechtste uitzicht (op de parkeerplaats). Het water was met moeite te zien.

Das Personal war sehr nett, Kartenzahlung war möglich

Ich weiß ehrlich gesagt nicht, wo die 4 Sterne herkommen gerade im Vergleich mit anderen 3 Sterne oder 4 Sterne Unterkünften in Montenegro. Im Bad war es nicht sauber und an der Decke schimmelig, in der Küche waren viele Ameisen (kann die Unterkunft natürlich nicht viel für, aber eine Ameisendose hätte nicht geschadet), es gab in der Küche keinen Mülleimer, das Geschirr war teils noch dreckig oder nass. WLAN gab es, allerdings hat es sich immer nur für 10 Sekunden verbunden und sobald es genutzt werden sollte getrennt. Wir haben zudem scheinbar ein falsches Zimmer gebucht, da wir den Meerblick der Bilder erwartet haben, aber nicht bekamen. Hier also bitte genau aufpassen - Meerblick ist nicht gleich Meerblick. Wir sind keine anspruchsvollen Gäste, bei 4 Sternen und einem entsprechenden Preis darf man dennoch grundlegende Erwartungen haben. Zudem der Hinweis: in Montenegro gibt es nur selten Gehwege und die Autos fahren sehr nah sehr schnell an Fußgängern vorbei. Ohne Auto ist die Unterkunft unserer Meinung nach unangenehm weit von der Kotorer Altstadt entfernt.

It’s was eh!

The room was good, it’s small but very cozy. It has its own shower and restroom and they were very clean.

The property is in Muo another area away from Kotor. You have to walk about 35 minutes to get to the nearest restaurant. The street is not pedestrian friendly. Drivers are careless, they splash you with dirty water if raining, the streets are so narrow that two cars cannot fit or a car and person cannot fit…one of the two had to stop by and wait for the other to pass. I had spiders in the ceiling but nothing I couldn’t handle. I arrived during a storm and the girl was upset I got there early. I honestly just wanted a safe place to park while in the storm. She got frazzled that the room wasn’t clean and I was like “no worries” but she was not very happy about it. They only left a couple of sheets of toilet paper and no replacement so I had to pull my wipes. They need to stock up or at least make sure the toilet paper is replenished. Their WiFi is not good at all so I used my data.

Great staff and pretty view

The view from the room balcony was really nice (sea view). The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The kitchen was good and enabled us to be able to cook some nights. There is a small pool behind the flat too. There is a bus to the center. However, we never used it and walked instead. This took around 30 minutes. If you do have a balcony, you might get a friendly cat visitor at some point :)

There was no bin in the kitchen which I think would be very helpful. The lamps were also pretty dusty. The walk to the town is 30 minutes which is not a problem for us. However, just be a little careful as the road is quite small and pretty busy.

Parking ok, small swimming pool ok,

The apartment we stayed in had only partial view of the lake, and the terrace was quite small. The room was extremely small and not a studio but barely a small hotel room. The apartment was not in front of the Kotor Bay and had no access to the lake.The toilet was not clean and equipment old and needed mentenance. Check out 10 morning.

Cannot recommend

Good thing was that the swimming pool was clean, there was also a big parking area, view was beautiful and the (man) host was nice.

The apartment is not as great as it seemed in the pictures and description. It was a disappointment. -not cleaned well -there was a bird’s nest on the balcony and bird poop on the floor. The balcony was also shared with the neighbors. We had to sweep the balcony floor. -single beds are not beds but rather small sofa beds -double bed was not extra large and it was uncomfortable -bedsheets weren’t actually sheets, they were more like towels and there weren’t proper mattresses either -there was only one roll of toilet paper, we had to ask for more -the sewer in the toilet smelled awful and toilet seat was leaking -the kitchenware were insufficient and dirty, some of the lights didn’t work -we contacted the host beforehand and asked for bicycles. They didn’t have the bicycles ready for us and we had to wait a couple of days, but then we didn’t need them anymore -there wasn’t any private beach -the apartment’s price was different from our confirmation email and the host wanted to charge more than what was confirmed. But at the end they agreed to charge according to our confirmation.

Exceptional

We loved everything! The scenery from our balcony took our breath away! The walk isn't bad as there is alot to look at along the way. It's about a 40 minute walk. If you don't care to walk they are more than happy to call a taxi for you. The pool view phenomenal. I wish we showed up in June because it would've been perfect to stay in and swim for a longer amount of time. They have vending machines and a restaurant about a 15 minute walk away and a convenient store about a 5 min walk away. Loved this place and felt even better the fact it was family owned.

Amazing location just half an hour walk to Kotor old town. Lovely views from the balcony. Really helpful staff who washed and dried some of our dirty clothes. Apartment was huge and good value for money.

No shower gel nor soap. Matresses were run down. Need a car as nearest restaurant or supermarket is 8-10 min away by car.

Pleasant

The studio we had was very comfy and luxurious.

When we arrived it took us 10 min to find someone to help us get our room. There was nothing written anywhere and we just started knocking doors until someone replied. So it was not a great and easy welcome. The staff was practical but not anything to write home about. The stove in the room didn't work at all. Other than that the room was great. But on booking it's sold as a room with a balcony and a view on the lake. The balcony we had was 50x50cm where you couldn't sit together. So even though the room was really fine, the way it's sold does not compare to what you get.

nice family place to stay

nice new clean modern excellent family who helped us to a different room at short notice because we’re too old to walk upstairs. clean room . nice family . would like t stay here in summer .

our only difficulty is in finding the address , not on Google maps and we had some difficulty because the street addressing system in kotor is not well developed . it’s not the properties fault .

Great view, lack of places nearby ruins it slightly

The Location was amazing in regards to the views you got from the various balconies on the property. The young girl who showed me around explained things well.

The apartment is based on the opposite side of the bay to where most things are which is fine to know when booking but one review I read said there are a few restaurants nearby... This is not true which meant I had to make my way back round to the other side to the old town to get something to eat.

Below average

The hosts are nice and helpfull, easy to find, it is relatevely quiet part of Bay of Kotor. Spacious parking. Small store, but good supplied is a few minutes from appartment. Taxi to old town Kotor is arround 3,00€.

The photos in booking.com are not valid. The furniture is modest and old and it needs to be replaced. Although I’ve stayed in a sea view appartment it was on the ground floor so there is not a view as presented in the booking.com. The view from the terrace is 5 metres between two houses in the first row of houses which are in front of the sea. It wasn’t clean. There was dust and fine dirth in the closet and in kitchen drawers. There were hair on the furniture and on the floor, some of the coffee cups in the kitchen were dirty. There is an unpleasant airfreshner smell. Bathroom - no toileters, only luqid soap. There was not even a toilet paper. There is no hanger for towel(s). The hot water instantly runs after 1-2 minutes, which was not a big problem for me because I was alone, but I think that is a huge problem if there are 2 persons. Soundproofing is really bad. I was able to clearly hear conversations of people in the appartment above. To walk to the city of Kotor you need arround 40 minutes. The closest restoraunt to this appartment is 15 minutes away and it is awful. Did not get a payment reciept. This is max 2* appartment.

Beautiful view (but not exactly from your balcony)

The room was comfortable and the view from the shared balcony is really indescribable, but we made a reservation for a room and were directed to another totally different from the photos. A pity, because the place has everything to be a 5 star apartment.

I sent a previous message to the host mentioning that we are on Honeymoon, the experience with the view of the mountains was important, a special situation, but it seems to me that it was ignored. We made reservations for one room and they put us in another. There was a kitchen, but only utensils, no salt or other things. Nobody speaks English and TV never works. Kind of disappointing.
