Quiet
Ducted heating turning on and off all night too noisey
4.1
Breakfast was more than adequate.
Dead flies on window sill next to dining table.
4.1
Everything was just beautiful from the cabin we stayed in to the food in the restaurant. Staff were so lovely
Only downside is the drive in. 8 km on a narrow gravel road. But totally worth it when you arrive
4.1
Staff very friendly and helpful. Lodge meals outstanding. Environment quiet and peaceful. Cradle Mountain walks only half hour away.
Internet access patchy but resort is remote so expected.
4.1
Clean and warm and food was great.
Stairs in the property were tough for older people
4.1
The location of the stay is amazing. The staff were super courteous.
4.1
Wilderness location
Only one bathroom in the 2 bedroom chalet ( had 2 teenagers with us)
4.1
Location is lovely beautiful -great onsite walks to waterfalls and lovelly setting. A short drive from Cradle Mountain.
Breakfast and dinner served on site - but no lunch provisions available. Also no TV in your room - which would be nice after a day of being out and about.
4.1
Self contained resort with adjacent walks
Lighting in the room was very dim, no good for reading. A long way from cradle mountain and the main road.
4.1
Surrounding and natural beauty.
No internet and wifi.
Needs more cleaning in rooms and lounge.
Road needs to be paved not gravel.
There needs to be more information about the location as if pple going to the accomodation.
Such as 2km more for property or accomodation so that pple are confirm they are going on right road.

Amazing dinner, best garlic bread we have ever had, breakfast was fantastic staff Amazing
4.1
The cabin was amazing! Very relaxing surrounded by magnificent forest! So peaceful!!!
4.1
Nice location, comfortable & warm accommodation, plenty of activities in the surrounding area. Twin room cabin great for family. Overall a good experience.
Disinterested front of house staff. Cleanliness of cabin not at the standard expected for a high-end establishment. Soiled undergarments found in upstairs wardrobe upon arrival. Advertised games room poorly maintained, equipment damaged /broken.
4.1
Rooms were nice, clean and cosy. Meals were lovely. Our requests for accommodation set up, porta cot, cake etc for my husband's 50th were all catered to without any hassle. Staff were helpful.
Access to staff/drinks around the fire after dinner. Staff were scarce as soon as dinner service was over. Would have been nice to relax by the fire and enjoy the log cabin ambience.

unique and natural
everything
4.1
Breakfast was nice
A bit more information on how to get there as our Nav gave a false information maybe a bit more warning and bigger signage would be good.
4.1
it was so quiet
location but it was worth it
4.1
The staff and food were exceptional!! The nightly feeding of the wildlife was a highlight for my son.
the central heating in the cabin was a little loud as it kicked in. the 8km unsealed driveway was annoying to get in and out.
4.1
perfect location, enjoyable walks around the accommodation
The couches have aged and very uncomfortable to sit on
4.1
Room was well equipped.
Heater worked well
Dinner service was good.
limited vegan options at dinner
breakfast service was slow - we were delayed getting away
4.1
Lovely wooden structures.
the 7+ kilometres of winding dirt road to and from the property. Expensive and yet no daily room service.
4.1
Breakfast was one of the best on our trip.
The long one lane metal road into the property was unexpected and frightening.
4.1
spa bath overlooking the bush in large bathroom. Comfortable bed and seating area - room was large too. Staff mainly helpful. Environment and walks beautiful
Food choices a bit restrictive by the 3rd night - and too far to eat elsewhere
4.1
peaceful and beautiful
the road down was pretty sketchy and I wouldn’t want to stay in drier years if bushfires were a risk
4.1
beautiful, special place just as good as it was last time we visited 23 years ago. we’ll be back.
4.1
Everything. The cottage, the location, the games room and especially the walking tracks.
Nothing.

luxurious, isolated, private, welcoming,
the road into the retreat
4.1
Room we had basket of selected coffee and tea / milk
Restaurant for dinner was great well priced and animal feeding after on deck outside. Breakfast included also at restaurant once again great selection and exceptional
Although gave us an experience never to forget and part of the wildness experience the 8 km road in is very scary
4.1
the staff we encountered were friendly & helpful & made the stay, location was interesting
limited facilities, cold room, no wifi, poor coffee at breakfast, a long way to get to a limited hotel reliant on isolation asa retreat
