La atención ,amabilidad y buen servicio, todo muy ordenado y aseado

Good location in a quiet street, several lively bars and a big supermarket an easy walk away. Room was very clean, air con and ceiling fan were available. Hot water in the shower only in the mornings. Tiny wardrobe and desk available. Towels provided. Very basic bed sheet and cotton cover available.
The room was very small, the bed only just big enough for 2. There was no fridge available. Water was provide at 1 dollar for a tiny bottle. They should not be profiting from selling water because Salvadorean tap water is not potable. Breakfast was adequate, with no choices. Glass tables on a marble floor made for noisy mornings as the breakfast tables are immediately outside the rooms. Phone was ringing in middle of night with no answer.

Confortable beds and silent area
Bathroom area: extractor didn't function, and shower door damaged.

Very nice small hotel in San Salvador in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are some good restaurants nearby and a short Uber ride to the city center. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good too
A shower was a bit outdated and tired

Mini fridge was nice, comfortable bed. Ruko TV
No hot water, no breakfast like they said they had, gate was always locked and you had to find a employee to unlock it sometimes there were no one around, and took awhile to get in and out!! Staff was rude

Friendly and helpful staff, near restaurants and cheap local eateries, safe neighborhood
Far from tourist attractions, not walkable to the Historic Center. ( Had to take Bus # 26, 30-minute ride. Frequency of this bus route is very limited). NO hot shower. Outside picture of this place in Booking .com is not correct.

The location is perfect! Walk one block in every direction and you'll find shops, bars, and restaurants. It's also 15 minutes walk to Metro Center. It's also clean. The staff was very accommodating to my request. They let me check in early and check out a bit later. Wifi was good in my room.
None.

It was a last minute booking for me so I only stayed a night. Safe, you had to buzz to get into the property altogether. I came very late so it was nice that there was a 24-hour front desk. The guy who checked me in was very nice as well. My room was big and the bed was comfy. AC. I'm pretty sure I also got a free water on arrival as well.

Very secure. Front desk staff very helpful. Near small shopping mall with lots of chain restaurants
Rooms were cramped. Overall atmosphere a bit depressing

The breakfast was ok
The staff can’t speak English. I should not have been allowed to book this hostel, the location was really bad for a solo traveler, my tour guide advised me not to leave the hostel unless I had a local with me, which meant I had no food options, and the reception staff spoke no English. The aircon, WiFi and electricity went down in the morning. I went out for the day and came back and they had moved all my stuff from one room to another. My clothes had been creased and my old rooms door was left open, I had left my passport and spare money under the bed, which they had left in there and not transferred to my new room. There was dogs barking all night, very noisey. Not a nice place to stay!
