Amazing hotel, great services

Amazing location right opposite Ovo arena. Staff are all so friendly and kind and polite. Room was clean and spacious. I especially love the breakfast buffet

The proximity to Ovo wembley, and wembley arena is exceptional, its literally adjacent. This is top priotity for avid concert attenders and football games. There are also several coffee shops , grocery stores, and restaurants near by. Lovely lovely location.

Housekeeping wasnt up to par, it wasnt as clean as Id expect it to be.

受付の対応がとてもよかったです。施設設備はとてもたすかりました。自分の予想を超えていました。床だけが段差がないのだと、勝手に思っていましたが、そうではありませんでした。お部屋の水回りいたるところに手摺があってたすかりました。

これは私の使い方の問題でホテルには文句なしです。日本のトイレのような水の流れではなかったので詰まらせてしまい、恥をかきました。それでも嫌な顔一つしなくて、ほんとに気持ちが楽でした。

Big Mistake booking this Hotel.

The location, especially if you are attending an event in the area.

After enjoying a wonderful holiday in London, staying at four different hotels where we had fantastic experiences, our stay here was, unfortunately, a disappointing end to our trip. The service we received from one particular staff member was unkind and left us feeling unwelcome. This was a stark contrast to the warm and hospitable treatment we had experienced elsewhere during our travels. It’s unfortunate that this single negative encounter ruined what could have been a pleasant conclusion to our holiday. While the hotel itself was adequate, this interaction left us with a sour memory of our stay. The hotel has its target audience but if you're looking for PEACE, QUIET, COMFORT and VALUE for your money, please look elsewhere.

Great location for Starlight Express. Lovely sized room and large comfy bed.

There was no room service available as closed at 10 but this was at odds with the information which said you could order a midnight snack…..I rang before 11pm …

Not a usual Hilton standard!!

Good location

Some staffs, especially at the reception are very unhelpful. These people shouldn’t be in the hospitality and should consider a career change where being mean and unhelpful is the norm. While the Assistant Front Desk Manager was very friendly, approachable and of great help. Be aware that the mini bar is locked and you have to call them to ask that it be unlocked. It defeats the purpose of having a minibar in the room. If you reach the hotel at night after a delayed flight, there is no room service at night. Be ready to starve! Not a normal Hilton standard. However if you are coming here for a football match at Wembley stadium, it is the place to be.

Great location!

Perfect location, and great staff. The room was larger than i thought it would be, and just the right temperature. Complimentary bottle of water and tea/coffee was a nice tough. The included breakfast was excellent. The roof top bar was fun.

Because we were attending an event the price of the room was very high - more than the tickets for the concert! You couldn't move anything from the mini-bar of the table top snacks because they were linked to the payment system - this did make me feel untrustworthy. The coffee at breakfast was average - an espresso would have been nice! There were no stairs that I could find - which meant queueing for the lift every time we wanted to move around.

Ein schlichtes Hotel, gefühlt irgendwie nicht "Hilton" würdig vor allem zu diesen astronomischen Preisen, was sicherlich natürlich dem Konzert geschuldet ist...

The hotel was ideally located to access Wembley Stadium and the staff were very professional.

I thought the room was over priced! I was expecting a larger more upmarket room for the price I paid. I thought the breakfast was also very over priced. Not good value for money at all

Idéalement situé, très bel hôtel, confortable et de standing conforme à un établissement 4 étoiles.

Voyage en famille avec nos grands ados pour assister à un concert, l'emplacement est idéal dans ce contexte, et l'hôtel apporte tout le confort souhaité. Chambres spacieuses, propres, et bien équipées. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est tout à fait conforme au standing de l'hôtel : très varié et de bonne qualité. Il n'y a pas de prises de courant européennes dans les chambres mais le personnel de la réception, très réactif nous a fourni des adaptateurs en un temps record. Notre seul regret : un séjour trop court pour profiter de la piscine ! Nous y retournerons si l'occasion se présente.

Sound proof room in a noisy location. Bed linen was lovely and soft. Good pillows and comfy mattress. Good quality tea and biscuits in the room. Complimentary water. Air con. Toiletries were good quality.

Damage to the marble in the bathroom although there was an apology for this. The furniture was a little tired.

Overpriced and not up to Hilton standards. Won’t book again

Bed was big

450£ per night. Zero amenities. No pen,laundry bag, any toiletries. Only pre filled plastic squeezer bottles for soap. A locked mini bar that I had to call three times to unlock for my medicine. Terrible kitchen for room service. 5£ feet for room service yet they ask for tips on top. Check in gave no info. I still haven’t received the invoice.
