海边离看海豚近,其它一无是处
很多,我订了一间300多万的卢比,配两瓶矿泉水,我在拿3瓶,结果要3万,我给5万了,第二天还要找我要钱,彻底无语

Nice room
Not really clear information About the free transport to the small city, they offer a free transfer and give some restaurants and then they charge money because it is out of the city

The resort is just spectacular. Beautiful well maintained gardens, with meandering pathways between the well designed apartment blocks and villas. Right on the beach with a lovely restaurant offering gorgeous sunsets. All staff are so polite and helpful. Breakfast offered a big variety of options.
Our accommodation was the nicest place we have stayed in many years. Spotlessly clean, with every facility you would ever need, absolutely top quality. We would not hesitate on coming back to Tjhe Lovina in the future.
Absolutely nothing, it was fabulous.

Nice staffs.
Beach front.
Clear view to the beach.
It's better if the staff informs the safe and comfort route how to reach the hotel.
We came to the hotel through a short cut road.

The staff were all amazing and the service was excellent! The room was very large and comfortable. The decoration was less typical of Bali then the other hotels I stayed in with no real charm, but it was very functional. The breakfast was varied and very good, the restauant on the beach was also very good. They offer yoga classes and have a compact gym. The facilities are excellent and the grounds lovely. The hotel is made up of a large amount of villas. There is a shuttle service was very practical. A hotel I highly recommend.

It was organized and really clean. The bathroom had a warm water option and the beds were really comfortable!
The TV was placed in front of the bed instead of the TV room and the beach was a bit dirty.

Rob the Owner from Australia has done an amazing job. Sandra, the Guest Manager is also exceptional.
The room was amazing. The dinner was outstanding. Room service was polite and efficient. The hotel is perfectly situated for dolphin excursions by boat. The swimming pool is a good size and great for burning off calories from excessive consumption. The massage spa is brilliant too. Thankyou Eni for the candle wax ear treatment which was incredible. The band were good too. A great place to witness spectacular sunsets from also. Great breakfast over-looking scenic rice fields and mountains. Lots of wildlife to observe. Facilities are cool too. Highly recommend. By far the best hotel in the North of beautiful Bali. Almost Nusa Dua standards!
Communication issues from members of the team. Guys, it's either YES, YES or it's NO, NO but NOT Yes/No or No/Yes. Case of the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing methinks!
When the customer is talking to the Guest Manager, please try to refrain from pushing the invoice forward while simultaneously tapping your fingers rudely on the desk.
Rob, please introduce yourself as the Owner from the outset to avoid future confusion as I earnestly believed that you were an interfering guest exacerbating an already stressful situation that could have and should have been avoided. Consumer Sovereignty - "The customer is King" (even if they are wrong and you are right they pay towards your business...you don't pay them! Negative reviews can cripple even the biggest of businesses!
Anyway, like you said Rob, s--t happens and good karma is restored to Bali. So no need for security.

Staff were wonderful, dining was wonderful, rooms were wonderfully spacious and well designed/appointed. The shuttle bus was very useful, awesome to use the paddle boards, snorkeling equipment and kayaks all free of charge.

It was amazing … right on the beach . Enjoyed the restaurant breakfast lunch and dinner . so tranquil . Divine . I had my own plunge pool in villa but there are two other pools .. I originally booked for 3 nights but extended my stay it was so good . I also swam with the dolphins and snorkelling. so close to other beautiful waterfalls , hot springs and activities .
I loved everything

The people in Bali are always friendly but the staff at the Lovina where exceptional, always smiling always greeting you and nothing was to much trouble. The hotel was spotless and very well maintained and the food was reasonably priced for a hotel and lovely. I would definitely stay there again
Only thing I can think of was the bed was a bit hard for a westerners liking but then later I found out you could get a cover for the bed that made it softer. Perhaps make that option known upon arrival?

location proximity to Menjangan for snorkeling and hotel setting up tours for wild dolphins was excellent. staff was wonderful as was the buffet style breakfast including the egg station chef! pools (had suite private pool also) were clean and location of large pool was great by the beach, restaurant/outdoor bar!
overall loved everything so was a little surprised the toilet lid looked scuffed up and dirty. rest of bathroom was spotless. very much an anomaly to everything else. it does not change my opinion & satisfaction of the the hotel and I’d love to stay there again someday since I was there only 1 night.

Great location, everything very clean, everybody very friendly. nice for a couple days. for me it is a bit „to much“ service when 11 staff-members are serving 8 guests at breakfast but can of course be considered great.
not quite sure why there is a pretty nice equipped kitchen in the room but no mini bar. wonder if people use it, when there is great restaurants around.
value for money not sure.

Everything .. I just wish I could have stayed longer. Initially booked for 3 nights and added an extra night and would have stayed a week if I could have rearranged other travel plans.

Staying at the Lovina Hotel was just wonderful. I honestly could not have asked for anything more. The staff were exceptional, everywhere I went in the hotel there was a smile and a happy greeting. They even knew my name and how I liked my watermelon juice! Value for money was amazing and the staff were so accommodating. I had the villa with the pool, although it rained most days the one day I was there all day the pool was invaluable so dip into! The locals are very friendly and often chat with you if you wish, but if you want to be left alone they respect that. It is fascinating to sit and watch the fishmen in the sea and the sunsets are beautiful. Room service is impeccable...some of the top hotels I've stayed in have not done the rooms ro this standard. Beyond clean and tidy and the fresh daily flower are a lovely touch.
All in all I have stayed at other hotels in Bali before I decided to try the North. I really cannot wait to go back to the Lovina. It feels like I have left family behind...you will not be disappointed.
OK, there is no nesspreso coffee machine! But keeping in mind Bali is trying to be a green country and not encourage use of plastics then that's understandable!
Honestly, there was nothing. Maybe that it came to an end too quickly!!

It is a large resort, very nice entrance in between the fields. The sun bar is at the beach near the pool. We received a nice welcome drink. Friendly explanation of all the amenities. The garden is really nice, you can do yoga for example for free. Desert and drinks at the sunbar was delicious. We looked at the sunset on the beach bags which was really nice. Each personnel was super friendly. Breakfast was oké, lots of choices, fresh cooked egg any style was nice. Location wise it was 20 min walk to the dolphins by beach, but best thing was the free shuttle service. They come and pick you up as well.
Our room was at the far end back of the resort. We had booked the room with views on the mountain and field but we received a lower level room and that did not have mountain view at all, so no terraces either. It looked at the pool, so no privacy when poeple walk by, you can't keep curtains open. Our first room was nice with toilet and shower outside but in the evening not practical because of the small animals that come to the light. Also, it is humid outside so taking a shower doesn't feel refreshing. We asked for another room where the shower and toilet was inside and they helped us immediately. This time we had an even worse view but we were happy to be able to use the toilet at night without any scary moments. The bed was not great since it got a whole in the middle. Bed was big enough that I could move to the middle.

Huge, beautifully maintained property with lush tropical gardens throughout the resort. We stayed in a beach view suite poolside (with an awesome large pool) overlooking the ocean, which was 30m away. It was a fully contained apartment, very comfortable and spacious, great amenities including dual AC and several fans, super comfy king sized bed, cable flat screens in both bedroom and living room, completely soundproofed. Very safe and relaxing resort. The staff were amazingly friendly, helpful and attentive. Would definitely recommend to anyone
The buffet breakfast wasn’t very vegan friendly, however the staff were super accommodating in going out of their way to acquire and prepare us food, which we were very appreciative of and touched by, always being diligent of our requirements. Very impressive

The room is big and the staffs are friendly
We book this hotel because it says it is four star hotel. But i doubt it can reach 4 star standard. 1. the aircon not cold enough and it is noisy; 2. the bathroom is very small and the basin is super high! my height is 1.6m but it is difficult for me to use the basin and don't mention about our boy in 5yo! 3. A lot of ants in the room which make the stay unpleasant. 4. Facility is basic and minimum.
