Très agréable

L’emplacement, l’accueil et le cadre

Temps de recharge sur le petit déjeuner perfectible, ceci étant dit la manageuse en charge de ce dernier est très agréable conviviale, efficace très avenante.

perfect for a break from winter.

The rooftop terrace and central location is hard to beat. Well equipped gym, excellent breakfast.

the place may need a few cosmetic touch-ups and the breakfast would benefit from some variation for those who stay longer.

Perfect for a weekend in Sitges

It’s in town, proximity to go everywhere

Having to pay for the spa when we booked the premium suite. For that price it should be included

Too expensive for what it was

Breakfast was nice. Good selection.

Very noisy one night and so it was impossible to sleep. Over an hour of screaming and shouting outside the hotel at 3am until 4.30am when the police were called. Room tatty. Disgusting mattress. Exposed wires, missing handles, shabby furniture. Fag buts all over balcony area.

Great central location. breakfast was very good. roof top sky bar had a chilled vibe. rooms are well equipped

outside of hotel control was the bins being emptied in the early hours of the morning. we were in room 315 and the bins were on the ground below us.

Great Accomodation in Sitges

The hotel was luxury compare to others in the area. All amenities were modern and clean. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and only a few blocks from the shops, bars and main attractions like the church. There was housekeeping everyday. The spa was a nice treat.

They need to improve food choices for breakfast buffet. They need more staff in the retaurant and skybar to keep up with the number of customers.

Feb.is a dreary but it happens to be my birthday month so to have lovely hotel with a sky bar. great

Great attention to guest's . we had a junior suite. great value for money. The older lady that was in charge of breakfast for most of our weeks stay was incredible & I told her so. When she was not there, not so good. Alec on the desks more than helpful. A great stay.....loved it.

Bathroom lighting is a problem in most hotels. lights nead to be facing you, not overhead, It applies to men as well as women

luxury experience and a comfy friendly stay.

the bath was amazing ! the staff were super nice and the bed was super comfy. Only stayed for one night and my partner and I were sad to leave.

Far from 4 star, more like an american highway motel with bad quality finishings.

We liked the location and the sky pool/bar view. The staff theoughout were very friendly and they let us have a one hour later checkout.

This hotel had seen better days and needs some refreshment. The edges and corners in the bathrooms were dirty. The walls in the shower of the spa had some brown residue that could easily be cleaned off. There was a broken towel hook barely hanging in our bathroom. The handle on the closet door had a bad repair job. I was wondering why my bed was so wobbly for the two nights i was there and on the last morning when I checked between the beds for any of my items I saw that there was a corner leg broken! Outside the elevator on our floor there was some leftover tape marks on the carpet. Basically, the materials and finishings are very used up and bad quality. This hotel seems to sell itself as modern and 4 star but this was true when it first opened. Now it is more like an american highway motel. Again, super friendly staff but maybe they need more budget for repairs.

Great hotel in a fabulous resort.

Location was good and staff were helpful and polite during every interaction.

Would have liked a balcony, didn’t realise how much we would miss not having one.

the sky bar is top notch, comfy beds, and attentive service.

the bathroom in the room had a few small issues: extremely difficult to regulate the water temperature in the shower, shower and sink handles are a bit lose..

Excellent hotel, faultless, superb location, large, comfortable beds, great AC, friendly helpful staff - we'll stay there again when next we visit Sitges

still a great hotel but could do with a bit of an update

fantastic location and good facilities

the staff at the sky bar are not as friendly and helpful as in the rest of the hotel. the rooms are starting to look a bit tired in places - could do with a refresh.
