Le rapport qualité prix, l'emplacement, le personnel, la propreté.

Emplacement central , vraiment super

Si j'avais une chose à dire sur ce que je n'ai pas aimé, c'est peut-être la rue où l'hôtel se situe n'est pas accessible pour ce parquer . Mais vraiment rien de grave, car des parkings sont accessibles à proximité .

Ok for a night.

Rooms are okay, clean and spacious unfortunately our room was a bit smelly.

Air conditioning not working and it was very hot!

Stopover on the way to the beaches

The rooms are small but are equipped with a little kitchen containing a double stove, small dishwasher, washbasin and a fridge too, so technically they are apartments. The beds are narrow but nice hard, very comfortable to sleep in. The light can be completely blocked with the blinds.

We booked parking, but it happened to be overbooked so we had to park on the street in front of the hotel, in the paid parking which was still okay because we stayed only one night. The breakfast was very simple, and in case one has lactose intolerance, it's limited to a bread roll and some marmalade, so you might be better off getting something from a nearby café.

We took the stay because they have parking garage, but was no space available

There was a problem when we did get out if the room , our eyes and trouts were hurting becouse somebody use pepperspray 😩

Handy location.

The location. Only 3 to 5 minutes walk to train and bus stations. Patisseries frommagerie, cafes, and groceries within minutes and a nice restaurant almist directly opposite.

Lack of cooking utensils and poor positioning of light switcges. There was a loud noise several times a day, in the pipes I think. Definitely not the wind as they duggested when I mentioned it.

Happy - Value for money

Bike Friendly - able to store bikes safely/secure in garage. Elevator no wait. Beds comfy. Shower good. Extra kitchen facilities. Right in centre of town. Good internet. Value for money. Excellent Italian restaurant right across the street. Quiet at night.

Depressing view with internal window on some sort of level where any could walk into your room through the window if left open. So we didn't leave it open. For one night, it was fine but might struggle if over a few days. Other than that though, no concerns.

A comfortable and pleasant apartment in the centre of Valence to spend a few days.

It was in a great location with everything we needed. The staff were especially friendly & helpful.

The small door knobs on the room door- almost impossible to use with arthritis.

Room was clean and tidy. Location was very good close to all amenities.

Heated towel rail in room didn't work and the wall plug cover was missing with wires and connections exposed. Had we more time we would have asked for this to be rectified.

Friendly staff talking perfect English. Also, location is perfect

Foul smell out of the shower. No towels in the room. No shower gel or shampoo (empty bottle). Noisy fridge
