Un havre de paix splendide

Cet hôtel est un havre de paix où tout est magnifique. Le personnel est super gentil, les alentours sont entretenus et sont superbes. Il y a bien assez de chaises longues et d'endroits où se poser. Aucun stress. La salle de sport est très bien équipée. On a adoré!

Il manque un peu de pression sous la douche (mais c'est vraiment un minuscule détail par rapport à tout le reste qui est parfait).

Un vrai paradis

Le cadre, la vue, la lagune, la piscine, la décoration de la chambre, les divers restaurants, le personnel, les fleurs flottantes dans les pots sur les chemins ...

Certains restaurants de l'hôtel pratiquent des prix prohibitifs par rapport à la cuisine proposée (ex : restaurant sushis).

Lovely boutiqu hotel

The property itself is beautifully maintained and the staff are lovely. Fabulous view from one of the restaurants of the water across to the islands.

Japanese food was a bit of a letdown for one of our dinners, but the other restaurants on site made up for that. Also, there was a lot of confusion initially with my booking, which meant multiple emails and phone calls to the hotel to seek confirmation that they had, in fact, received payment through bookings (unlike what their initial message suggested).

Les activités gratuites et restaurant spéciaux à réserver sont une très bonnes choses. Mais ça l’est moins quand vous restez 3j dans un hôtel et qu’il y a minimum 4j d’attentes pour s’inscrire. Nous n’avons donc pas pu profiter de tout ce que l’hôtel avait à proposer.

Amazing stay: lush, calm and beautiful!

We had an amazing week! Staff was so kind, polite and friendly. Food was delicious, the hotel is big enough so we're not on top of each other with other customers. Food was incredible, everything was freshly cooked and catered for all tastes such as vegan, veggie, meat, fish etc. The hotel infrastructure is also beautiful.

The beach in the Cove got green and quite smelly with loads of plastic waste in it towards the end of the week because of stagnating water - wasn't the best to swim, especially the smell. Perhaps weather related. The All Inclusive pricing is too expensive for people who don't drink alcohol. We had lunches and coffees all week on half board and never matched the all inclusive pricing, we were well below that. Hard to justify the cost of all inclusive.

True paradise for our honeymoon.

Probably the best food at a resort we've ever experienced - the sushi restaurant XO is incredible as well as the other restaurants. The staff were so friendly and the place truly does feel like you're living in a little slice of paradise. We spent the second half of our honeymoon here and we wouldn't change a thing. We also got a free room upgrade which was amazing.

Very nice facilities and surroundings. Rooms are really premium quality. Excellent departure lounge with a private cabin which includes shower etc. meaning you can stay at the hotel until your flight leaves (small additional fee for this service though, which the hotel forgets to mention in advance).

Food was decent (breakfast buffet the best of the choices), but dont bother with the "Peninsula Restuanant", but not near the standards of other places around the globe. This is probably partly to blame on the island itself and the lack of certain produce etc. Do not expect a fine dining experience. Parts of the hotel staff was nice, but we also encountered staff (i.e. at the reception) who could barely help us book a table at one of the three restaurants and who said things that were plain wrong. Really disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. Note, that if you are only there for a few days, you will have a hard time finding availability at one of the three special restuarants and the spa. Also, most of the activities has to be booked 48 hours in advance, meaning this is difficult if you only have a few days here. Also tried to communicate with the hotel in advance, but the response time was awfull (between 3-4 days). Hence, make sure to initiate any conversations with the hotel WELL in advance. Food, wine, drinks etc. are twice or trice as expensive compared to the rest of the island (however the food is also of a slightly higher quality, albiet far from EU/NA standards).

to be honest this is 5 star hotel with really good servic but, we can’t say it’s luxry hotel, the service is really good, they carefully listen to what we need, even the chef came to us and asked if we need something special to dinner.. this is incredible they wanted to make sure if our stay is remarkable …

This hotel is actually paradise!

Everything! The staff were very welcoming and looked after us throughout our stay. Their attention to detail is particularly impressive. There is so much to choose from at breakfast and dinner! They do not sacrifice on the quality either. There are plenty of sun loungers available and plenty of different spots in the hotel to explore. We especially enjoyed the infinity pool overlooking the sea at The Peninsula. We also booked tennis lessons, massages and a catamaran tour which was the highlight of the trip! There are so many good things to say about this hotel!
