From arriving at the hotel we soon learnt that wasn’t enough parking spaces, no one told us about the overflow car park

On paper great, not so much in reality.

The location and a pitch side view for my football mad son was great

The temperature of the rooms! Pitch side room, couldn’t open the door, no window and the room fan/air con system didn’t work at all. Hottest time of the year and got no sleep as the room was just far too hot. No floor towel in the bath room and no seal on the bottom of the shower screen meant the bathroom flooded when showering. Had to use our own swimming towels to mop up the floor.

Perfect for Lytham festival and cousino

Great location for south area

Sadly this part of town is a little less clean than the north - But it is in a great location for the station and water park

No windows to open for fresh air, massive damp patch in corner ceiling of room, bathroom door handle cam clean off as poorly maintained and new door needed , staff blunt on arrivals and didn’t really care that room was in poor quality for what was advertised

Basic. Poor general customer service.

Location was good. The building was fairly quiet. The size of the room was good.

It needs a little updating. Damp above the window, furniture chipped, bath took a long time to drain. No gluten free breakfast option on the second morning even though we’d been guaranteed. On booking I’d emailed the hotel to tell them my 6yr old was coeliac and needed gluten free. I received an email saying there would be food. He had 2 slices of bacon and an apple. I asked to speak to the manager when we left… 3weeks on, still waiting.

Disappointing

The staff were really nice and helpful

The room was disappointing. It was really tired and dated and wasn’t clean. There were holes in the doors and everything was shabby. The sofa bed was awful and was not able to sleep on it and the shower didn’t work.

Shower very dirty with black mould on disable seat in shower and other fitting. Also the room was very drab and old looking

Absolutely fantastic value for money

I booked the hotel for my partner and his dad as a gift for his 60th birthday and they both loved the experience of staying in the hotel as it was attached to the stadium and they had tickets for the football that day

Check in time could’ve been a little earlier to be able to check in before the match

Felt room was needing a little bit of work done as bathroom floor cracked and bathroom door needs tidied up

First room stank of smoke and wasn't cleaned, changed rooms and it was two single beds as opposed to queen and made up couch, cleaner but found pyjamas under couch when we made it into a bed ourselves. Card only which I didn't realise when booking

Enjoyed overnight stay

The staff are very friendly. The room was spacious with good lighting and comfortable bed. The bar/restaurant is nice and the bar prices very reasonable. The breakfast was not buffet as not enough guests and it was amazing.

staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was really good and plenty of it (self service). Bed wasn’t to my liking,

spacious clean room (225), all facilities were serviceable, breakfast lounge was nice and for those interested you can take in the view of the pitch whilst eating breakfast

Bed was (mattress) extremely firm, pillows terrible.
