Close to foodworks
We were too far from amenities block. Sites were small and difficult to access.
Wifi was often weak and intermittent.

The location is good
Parts of the cabin were bit outdated.
Bedroom was a bit rank. Need to change light bulbs over from white as they are too bright.
A shelf in bathroom would be useful.
Kitchen was quite good with a recent upgrade. Short of some utensils.
Could do with a detail clean. There were a few cobwebs.
Only one key per cabin which was a bit annoying. Pretty unusual to not provide 2 keys.
Room was expensive for the standard of the room I felt.

Harry at reception was quick to respond to initial issues in the cabin after checking in. Harry brought some clean towels, bath mats, hand towels, toilet paper and a bonus Easter egg, thanks Harry 😊
Rubbish bags left in the kitchen dirty towels and bath mat in the bathroom, not enough clean towels, no toilet paper and floor has not been swept as there were long dark hair all over the floor. Beds were not made, no quilt cover for the main bed so had to make do with 2 sheets - 1 on top and 1 underneath, not sure if this is the usual way!

The location next to the river was pretty
There was mould on all the blinds, holes in the wall covered with tape, everything was filthy, when we arrived all the windows were open and it stank of bleach which was strange as it was filthy I imagine they tried to remove the mould from the blinds with it. There was no where to store any luggage or belongings it was advertised to fit 4 adults but there’s no way. Two people could barely walk around the room. The shower pressure was a trickle and there’s about 3 minutes of hot water all up and even that wasn’t exactly hot.

The location was superb I am disabled and the walking distance into the town and down onto beach was fabulous, the guys/ladies were doing a rescue competition in the water and it was great to be able to sit and watch.
Nothing, everything was exceptional

Goo location and landscape
our site (we have a swag) was fairly fair from the toilet. it’s not ideal when it’s cold/ raining outside. we have noticed that the cabins were much closer, which didn’t make sense to us.

location. the lovely board walk with a cafe near the beach. the extraordinary supermarket. we stayed in our own camper trailer. the facilities were very clean.
the first night, a Thursday, was completely sleepless with roadworks all night. Friday and Saturday Lorne becomes something of a party town. it’s a pretty tight site. we were perched on a corner and had no outside space for sitting around.

Loved the location and the cosines of the cabin.
I wasn’t happy with the cleanliness. there was mould behind the bunk bed and in the shower and the sheets weren’t made on the bunk. The price was also very high for the size and quality of the cabin.

The room was clean and we were able to use the kitchen facilities with ease. It was quiet and were right by the river with lots of ducks. We enjoyed driving up and down the coast from there along the Great Ocean Road. A lovely township and we went to the Erskine Falls which was easy to get to by car.
There could have been more information about the laundry facilities as in the machines only $1 coins and you needed at least 3 each for machine and dryer.

Close to grocery store, cafe and pizzeria.
Cabin 1 was RIGHT next to the grocery store. It just felt like we were in an odd place. The cabin was outdated, but the other cabin was updated and nice! we also found the locations to be a bit confusion following just the maps as we were unaware that there were 3 separate park sections. we drove around quite a bit!

Had everything we needed, comfy bed and kitchen space. Right next to the supermarket.
Parking space wasn’t clear which caused a bit of confusion to begin with. Staff helped with this though.
