The property is just off Al Arenal which is the main hub of the city. The complex itself is small a beautifully kept. There is an upstairs terrace looking down on the internal courtyard for communal use. Security gates are excellent. Miguel was very helpful giving pointers about his beautiful city.
Liked everything

la persona que nos esperó, para entregarnos las llaves personalmente, es el más amable! y fue una grata experiencia!

He came personally and handed me the keys, gave me a map and told me what to do while being in Jerez, overall very clean. Close to everything and the need to get to, beds are comfy, this place doesn’t lack anything.

The apartment was very good localized in a beautiful patio in the heart of Jerez. We were meet by the host who gave us amazing introduction to Jerez with many recomendaciones (very kind person).

great location
4.5 / 5.0
Well located (central yet very quiet), squeaky clean and simple yet practical. Miguel was very kind and keen to go an extra mile to help with any doubts.
Nothing to complain about :-) The price for a solo traveller on a budget was a wee bit on the higher end, but it would have been great value for money for two people.

Though the patio was nice, the apartment itself wasn't very pretty, basic furniture, uncomfortage camp-like beds, white hospital-like lights... Not the place where you really want to hang out.

Perfect location in the centre. Excellent and very friendly service. The apartment was more than we expected and impeccably clean. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you Miguel Angel for your warm welcome and advice on what to see and do in Jerez. Would recommend this place 100%!!

Absolutely fantastic apartment in the centre of Jerez. At arrival Miguel showed us the apartment and gave us extensive information about things to do and places to visit. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything one might need. Best stay of our trip!

For history lovers, this is perfect. Arabic style building with private inner courtyard, reminiscent of the long history of Moorish occupation of Jeréz.
The apartment is tiled throughout, quite comfortable, has a washing machine, basic kitchen, nice shower, and there is a sitting area above the courtyard. We barely spent any time there though because… the location is fantastic. Right next to Alcázar and the Cathedral, Plaza del Arenal which has a 24 hour parking lot and multiple cafes and shops, in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. We walked everywhere: to see flamenco at Tabanco Cruz Vieja, tapas and sherry tasting at Camachuela, breakfast at Grenier, a farmacía open on Sunday, a tour at Tio Pepe, and more. Our host, Miguel, was very responsive and helpful.

It was beautiful, fully equipped and clean. Our host was very kind, gave us tons of tips for what to see, where to eat, not only in Jerez but in Cadiz too.
Not to be mentioned.

This apartment has a perfect location. Near all the main attractions of Jerez de la Frontera. You can explore the city on foot from there. The host is also a very nice guy.
I would certainly change the locks (or put some oil) of both doors. It took me always a lot of time to open the doors, because the key wouldn't move.
From the apartment I could unfortunately hear all the guests coming because the front gate is very loud.

The property was in a good location to the centre of Jerez.
Our host was very knowledgeable and explained all about Jerez and the local bars and restaurants.
The apartment was very clean and tidy with all the amenities needed to have a meal out or have a meal in.
Our host messaged us to make sure we were okay on arrival and he messaged once we left. Super friendly and efficient.
If you are super picky maybe the pillows were little to soft but this is a personal preference .
The property does not have parking onsite however there is a lot of the options to park nearby and it is very affordable.

Not bright apartment. Small bathroom sink.

Superb location for all the attractions of Jerez. Right in the center of the old part of town with everything within a few minutes walk. The apartment had everything you might need and the reception when we arrived was very friendly

I did like the patio and the location which is at waking distance of many gear things like the Cathedral, Alcazar and many tabancos (local bars full of local cuisine).
That the property did not have its own parking space.

The manager who received us and gave us the keys was very helpful. The apartment was well supplied with what one needs for a short stay.
The location was a very easy walk to local attractions.
Internet connection was a bit weak.

Didn't really get to meet our neighbours but very quiet and respectful. Liked that only few minutes walk into town for parking and plenty of nice bars and restaurants.
Plastic settee/chair very uncomfortable to sit on in the heat. Could have had blinds in lounge windows as very light in daytime. Bedside light and small table would have been nice.
Miguel was excellent host so helpful. Couldn't do enough to make our 3 night stay enjoyable.

Miguel is great and responsive, very friendly as everyone said, ready to answer any questions. The compact studio flat is complete with a kettle (amazing!), Moka, paper towels, laundry detergent, washing up liquid, cutlery and cooking utensils all ok quality. The AC also worked fine.
In the future, maybe they can change the shower or the curtain so that the water doesn't spray on the floor. If you sleep before 12, it might be tricky as the neighbours can be up until then. Although, I asked Miguel and they were quieter the following night. Just something to bear in mind. Wi-fi only worked in the lounge, not where the beds are.

The location is fantastic , we parked our car and did everything walking.
Miguel is a very nice guy and gave good tips for Jerez

The manager tried to help me, he called a taxi for me on the phone.
He explained how to find the sights in the city, showed personally.
Fulfilled my requests. Gave me the better apartment after my complaint.
At first I was instilled in a very cramped and uncomfortable apartment.
Water in the kitchen unceasingly flowed from the tap, pouring everything, everything was
wet. The toilet in the washroom was the size for a small child.
There were no instructions on how to use the washing machine.
The chairs are shaky, unreliable. The kitchen knives are blunt. The table is very small
and uncomfortable. For all this I was immediately charged 520 euros.
No phone in the room. It seemed that the number was cluttered with furniture, nowhere to go.
after my complaint I was given a significantly better room,
well equipped. But the TV was faulty. The manager himself does not know his city very well, he could not tell
me, where to find a computer for public use.

Excellent service from Miguel, our host, and a very nice little apartment in an excellent location. Will come back!
Nothing.
4.4 / 5.0
The apartment is a small but cosy with all needed comforts: A/C. fully equipped kitchen with small fridge. So far so good but the real gem is the location very close to the city center and the old walls. Tio Pepe is just around the corner! We also like to thank our great host, what a wonderful, cheerful, helpful human being.
This apartment met all our expectations.
