Wonderful stay outside the hustle and bustle

The room and facilities are great, couldn't ask for anything more. It was convenient to walk through the (air-conditioned) Sathorn Square building to reach Chong Nonsi BTS station and having a 7/11 closeby. It was always easy to get a Grab/taxi directly to/from the hotel (other locations in Bangkok can sometimes be gridlocked with traffic).

The location was a bit out of the way from the central hustle and bustle, which might some suit some people. At night you may hear traffic from the main road but didn't bother us as we aren't light sleepers.

Would surely visit again.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful in every way. The hotel very clean looked after. The gym is very good as well. Wifi was free and very fast. Location is centralized with a short walk to the metro.

The AC in was 9 out of 10. i wish it was slightly colder.

Single and not European looking visitors , read before reservation

Room was modern Good amenities Bar workers and the first reception worker was nice.

Key cards did not work. Had to visit reception 6 time for a new key card. Each time they did reverify who i am by asking my date of birth and what i have ordered by room service. Almost like they can not believe i have the money to spend there. Key card issue continued until i insisted on resolution (6th time), then my cards "magically" started to work without any issue. For Brunch i wanted to attend to the organization but "kindly" denied at the entry. "Maybe it will be too loud for you? How about a table over here?", Was the word the hostess chosen. Not very subtle at all. Food is overpriced and hamburger meat was full of gristle. Close to 1/3 of that meat was inedible. Hot water is brown , and smelling like rust. Once you fill the bathtub it will look like an ice tea. Definitely a health hazard If you have a sensitive skin, don't plan on going here. They have this booklet in each room and you are expected to read it. They basically give you homework to stay there. Nothing is easy, or accessible. For breakfast for example, don't look around for the omelette station because they don't have any! You have to order at the table. They have this historical looking building in the center, but you will have no idea what to do there , unless you do your homework on the booklet! The "whenever-whatever" desk is mostly empty, and after a while you will just feel defeated at this challenge of a hotel and order Grab instead. Internet is not working, never worked while i was there. Tried to check their "bible" the booklet, but there was no info. Then called whenever whatever desk, ( a ridiculous name ) there were no response. It was simpler to add refill to your tourist card then to connect to wifi here. Tried following days as well but nope, not working. Did not get a response or an assistance as well.

Отель замечательный! Все очень красиво, очень обходительный и внимательный персонал. Потрясающие кровати, подушки и белье, спать можно бесконечно:)) Завтрак достаточно разнообразный, не все успели попробовать, скорее всего что-то и упустили. Рекомендую всем!!

Хотели один раз быстро пообедать в ресторане отеля, но в меню была только тайская кухня, пиццы и бутерброды. Не стали обедать. Но это небольшое неудобство, т.к. рядом и вокруг много разнообразных вкусных мест:)

Great bars, but the overall experience is somewhat lacking.

The public bars are wonderful, particularly the one situated in the old Russian Embassy building.

The W ambience is missing. The experience of staying in this hotel has been vastly overrated. The pool is small and difficult to enjoy due to its eccentric layout. The rooms are great but not particularly innovative compared to the spectacular choices available in Bangkok. The check-in experience was stern and miserable. The Front Desk staff were generally quite judgmental and did not contribute to a welcoming experience. At one point, I was locked out of my room due to a misunderstanding about extending the length of stay. The resolution to that problem was remarkably protracted and unpleasant.

Comfortable with a bit of personality guaranteed at the W

We always like staying at a W hotel. You are guaranteed a comfortable stay with a little bit of personality! Start were so lovely, breakfast buffet was amazing, pool was great and rooms very comfortable!! Would stay again.

TV had basic channels. Would be great if smart TV had Netflix.

Highly recommended

The reservations team was amazing, they were able to arrange a small surprise for me and my other half it was our joint birthday. There were no issues also to arrange pickup from the airport, so easy and steady free with details on where to meet. The room was lovely with such a nice bed to sleep on. Breakfast was ten ten all the way to the point we spent 2 hours just eating everything. Staff was able to help us to exchange money and direct us to places we need to go

I thought the room itself would be a city view and it was very different to what was on the pictures on booking.com there wasn't a great view. As the hotel is right next to the freeway there is a lot of traffic so getting taxis can be an issue at times

One of the best hotel stays I have had.

Great reception, helped me with early check-in. Very responsive customer managers. The room was great, clean and well kept. 7-Eleven just downstairs. Good restaurant. Great breakfast.

What caught me by surprise was their high deposit, after explaining I did understand that high amount, but breaking down the deposit in advance would have been better.

Typical W experience... Indifferent....

Good size and fun.....However....

I am always hesitant with W Hotels as the rooms are totally impractical for grown up people.... No full length mirrors and no mirrors that have any use as they are all tinted.... Basically it is great if you are a Gen Z!!! but not like an oldy but trendy like me...

Playful luxury is what W promises and it is what they deliver! Wonderful design hotel at the perfect location in the middle of the fantastic chaos that's Bangkok. Rooms are big, beds are super comfy and the staff was extraordinary!
