Összességében meg voltunk elégedve vele, kb. ezt vártuk az előzetes vélemények alapján.

A környék önmagában se nem jó, se nem rossz, üzletek, 0-24-ben nyitva levő szupermarket közvetlen közelben. A belváros viszont egyszerűen megközelíthető a közelben 2 perc sétára levő metrótól.

A szobák alapvetően jók voltak, de tényleg csak alvásra valók. Két személy részére az asztal kicsi volt, elsősorban az asztal alá helyezett hűtőszekrény miatt.

It was spacious and clean

Hey coming from an international flight our SIM card didn’t work we could not call the emergency line or the staff if we had a problem we couldn’t call anyone because no sim we have North American phones can’t buy one. we had two problems we couldn’t order a taxi and we couldn’t call the facilities to book laundry so I got angry I was there for 3 days after a 10 day journey and couldn’t wash my clothes also the app I used to text someone for info ..did not give me any details and no info on laundry on the web page I also felt trapped and like surveillance isn’t my thing so felt like someone was watching me even when I’m cooking or smnth is not a good feeling and if the power went out if I’d get stuck in the basement or the elevator not ok ! We also noticed the door has been tampered with on the key pad this made me feel insecure with no staff around as we thought someone broke into the building or it wouldn’t work when we got home late.

Nice clean place for affordable price.

The room was comfortable and affordable. The hotel is close to a Metro and bus station and easy to find.

I had to ask for external help to open my room’s door because it required strength.

No staff or facilities to rate. Key code access. Room fine, as expected. Room clean. Corridors smelled a bit. Quiet enough. 24 hour supermarket close by. An OK budget option.

There is a lot of room for improvement...

Hand (and dish) washing bowl clogged... Window handles cumbersome and weak. Matresses not impeccable. Only saw one staff member nearby, when I was going to leave. No Finnish, English or standard language to explain the faults. Carpets on corridor ouside the lift were filthy. Main door locks too complicated.

Best budget option in Helsinki I could find

No frills, all I needed for a night. Rooms are equipped with a microwave, water kettle, plates and cutlery. Bidet shower in the bathroom. A bit on the outskirts, but by far the most affordable option to find a single room for one night in Helsinki.

Guests must verify their identity online before arrival (not sure if that is a legal requirement – if there is one, this is probably the only way to do contactless check-in). The bidet shower in the bathroom is nice, but mine had a long hose that went across the whole bathroom, so I could not turn the water on and off from the toilet. Putting it on a separate faucet (rather than integrating it into the sink) would have been a better idea. Two windows, but only one had handles to open it.

Dirty and worn down, bad value for money

Located near one of the metro stations. Good public transportation. The airport is far away, but can be reached within 1 hour with only one change. The city centre is just a few stops away. Multiple shops in walking distance. Pub, café, restaurant nearby.

The first room was noisy and did not look at all like the pictures. The second one was silent, nicer looking but filthy. The duvet smelled like sweat, the fridge smelled like yeast. I could find hair on the bed, rice and sticky food/beverage stains on the floor. The whole place is worn down and dirty. The sauna was out of order based on a note on the door.

Felt unsafe

The location was ok, close to the metro station, and there was a 24/7 grocery shop nearby.

I never saw any staff members, and I often felt unsafe because of many drunk guests. I'm not even sure if all the people hanging in front of the entrance were hostel guests or some local people. The room wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived, and the shower was leaking. There were no bars on the window, and our room was on the 1st floor. So, I was afraid to leave the window open for the night - someone could have climbed in. As there was no AC either, the room would get very hot at night. I had to choose between safety and comfort.

There were too many junkies at this property. The cleanliness is an issue. There was no microwave lid, The window blinds were broken, The beds were not stable, the cooker was not working, etc.

I believe it deserved a higher ranking than what I saw before booking the place. 7.8 is not fai!

I was a nice stay. spotless place. in a good location. not very close to the center though!

there were two separate beds instead of one double! we put the beds together but it was not very comfortable yet. I guess if you are not on good terms with your partner, it will be a great option!

The accommodation is cheap and also the comfort of the room answered that. It's good for sleep only.

Easy check in, plenty of space for parking.

The sofa for third person wasn't ready even if we book room for tree and the sofa itself wasn't in best condition.

Bad

There was nothing to like about this facility at all. It is a scary place once inside.

The location is really bad. The facilities are terrible. No soap in the shower. Plenty of hair in the sheets. The furniture condition in disrepair. I think there is some sort of drug or prostitution ring because there are many unsavory characters always lurking about in the lobby and just outside of the entrance.
