We loved the location right on the ocean and the ease of access in the resort. It felt homely and incredibly welcoming. We were in an accessible room and the facilities were splendid.
Staff couldn’t do enough for us and every single one went out of their way to make our stay perfect. There were activities on offer and a gym which Mr L used almost daily (he loved the aircon) The manager, Caroline was fantastic, always had a cheery smile and time for a chat. Nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment was very good, and enjoyable.
Food was exceptional. Beautifully presented and so tasty particularly the fish.
We preferred to sunbathe by the ocean rather than the pool which is just our preference. Pool area very clean and well maintained plenty of loungers and
Staff happy to serve you at your seat.
The rooms were cool spacious and very clean.
All in all a wonderful place to visit and can’t recommend it highly enough.
There was nothing for us to dislike

location, piano bar. staff joviailty for most part. standard of meals.
staff attitude made the resort better
standard of spirits..
constantly missing ingredients for cocktails.(bananas and mint and more). fruit juices tasted like squash.
got given an 'upgrade' to a sea view but the room was much smaller than one booked (realised when given access to original room last day). areas to rear of resort had rubble piles making it look a mess.
bathroom had no storage, or towel rail. towels had to be piled on loo seat during day.
resort needs designated smoking areas as anywhere outside is free to smoke leading to fumes all around.

Sehr gute Küche, freundliches Personal.
Sandstrand neben dem Hotel ist öffentlich und hat daher keine Liegestühle. Es gibt aber Liegestühle am felsigen Ufer direkt vor dem Hotel.

Food was generally good. However the frequency of buffet can be improved. Reservation menu should include more vegetarian offerings.
Maintenance of grounds/landscaping can be improved. Some contemporary plants can be added. Was expecting a beach

Great location on prime sea front. Good variety of good each day to suit all tastes.
This was our 2nd visit to this location & the reason for the return is the staff & people you meet.
Some members of staff need customers focused training. As this lets down the other team members who go the extra mile.
Bar area needs a revamp.

It is a very friendly hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would return there.

Club Barbados was Ok but probably not the best place for me as I only wanted breakfast and did not want to stay around the hotel. It was a little to busy and loud eg music in the evening for me but I think to be fair they did what they did well for much of their clientele. I also had and have an ongoing issue with the high resort tax which was imposed and not communicated by their staff accurately. My credit card was taken on registration and they said nothing was taken from it but that was not the case.

Nothing! Very dirty especially outside and pool area. Dirty curtains in room, dirty cups, glasses stacked outside rooms by every other day room servicing and not removed.
Everything. Also charged double for resort fee. When you complained say about no beer, gin or tonic, bad service, other issues, general manager just said, leave it with me but nothing ever done!

the manager was always available and extremely pleasant and helpful. food was excellent and plentiful. all the staff were fsbulous
although all inclusive did not include bottled water in room. didn’t have any branded drinks and all post mix mixers. I like a Gordon’s gin or beefeater but got local gin local scotch post mix tonic . coke etc I feel paid far too much for holiday approx £450 per night for 2 people

Swimming pools and access to sea. Free watersports
Restaurant played noisy music. No salt and pepper on tables. Towels not available close to pools or even all day.

It’s a semi modern property in an exclusive area of great beaches, shopping, with good medical, police, and other necessary services within a very short walk. The food is especially good for an all inclusive and the service and staff are great. This isn’t appropriate for someone looking for a luxury resort, but if you don’t need fancy it’s a very quaint and nice place.
The location is key.

Food was good. Good quality furnishings. Rooms were a good size. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of staff.
No beach to speak of.
Too crowded.
Rather overpriced.
Poor quality red house wine.
Rough seas for four days and not sure how unusual this is as the previous week had two and a half days of red flag.
