Todo la limpieza, el personal , la habitación y las camas muy cómodas, así como el desayuno

Lo único que salto la alarma de incendios de madrugada y no había nadie en el hotel y no sabíamos a quien llamar

Alarma de incendio

Camas cómodas y limpias.

A las 3 de la mañana saltó la alarma de incendio y no había nadie del hotel que acudiera a apagarla, salimos bastantes huéspedes de las habitaciones ya que no sabíamos qué pasaba, llamamos a un número de emergencia y nadie acudió. Estuvo casi una hora sonando las alarmas y después no pudimos descansar bien. La verdad que por esta parte bastante decepcionados ya que es un hotel de 3 estrellas y debería de haber alguien para estos casos.

Bom pequeno almoço, funcionarios simpaticos, WI-FI fiquei num extremo do hotel sinal era minimo e falhava. Falta uma cadeira para poder trabalhar na secretária, o banco e desconfortavel. O Facto de ser encostado a estrada ouve-se o transito no silencio da noite.

Soucis avec le parking.

Chambre exceptionnelle , j' ai juste pas réussi à mettre le chauffage en route. J' ai eu froid.

J' ai fait un accident en arrivant dans votre parking devant,il faisait nuit et je n' ai pas vu la marche et la voiture a eu la roue avant droite qui a descendu et lebasde la voiture a souffert . J' ai signalé à l'accueil pour sécuriser pour les prochaines personnes. Apparemment il y a eu d'autres personnes qui on eu le même problème. Il y a des marques sur cette marche.

Pleasant short stay

The easy & flexible check in, staffs and the restaurant all met our expectations. With free parking, close to Aveiro and an hour drive to Coimbra.

Nice and quiet hotel. A little outside of town. But for us with a car was perfect

Superb

Or room was good, only the shower had some minor issues. Staff was really nice. There was plenty of parking in front and across the street from the hotel - we left 6 times in total by car and didn't have any problems finding a spot when coming back in. I liked that the breakfast was optional - we didn't take it but it was nice to have the option available. If you don't have a car, the bus stop is right in front. Really great value for the money.

Shower head was a bit leaky, so the water was loosing pressure.

it was ok for the price just for 1 night on my way to Guimarães !

good room, very clean, there’s a restaurant downstairs (I head a nice soup when I arrived ), there is a simple but ok breakfast (cheap), staff very kind and helpful. there’s a free and safe parking.

the location … also when you put the address at Google maps it takes you to a another place. I had to call the hotel to get help!

Nice staff. Great dinner menu for a great price. Soup, nice entry and desert €10 New bathroom with stream shower. Nice, so for us a 6+ overall

The beds weren't that comfy,they could use a new carpet and the chairs in the restaurant were sunk in. Time for new ones.
