Worst hotel ever

Nothing

Old hotel and it shows. But the worst thing is the smell of cigarettes everywhere, even on the non-smoking floor, likely because the ventilation isn't great. They provided an air purifier in the room that looked like from the 80s (photo) and it gave out a smelly air that is probably the residue from thousands of smelly rooms. I requested a room change and another purifier but they had nothing so I checked out early & got a refund. Never staying at an APA Hotel again.

ห้องพักสำหรับ3คน กว้างมากกกก วางกระเป๋า 29 นิ้ว ได้ 2 ใบ แล้วยังมีพื้นที่ว่าง ห้องน้ำแยกแต่ละห้องเป็นสัดส่วน มีทั้งห้องชักโครก ห้องอาบน้ำ และห้องอ่างล้างหน้า บริเวณชั้น1ของโรงแรม มีสำนักงาน Toyota rent a car สำหรับเช่ารถ สะดวกในการรับและส่งรถเช่ามาก แนะนำเลยค่ะ

จองห้องสำหรับ3คน สำหรับเตียงเสริมท่านที่่3 ใช้โซฟา แบบพับได้ ซึ่งโซฟาตรงบริเวณที่พับนั้นเป็นเหล็ก อยู่ตรงกึ่งกลาง เวลานอน ตื่นขึ้นมาปวดหลังมาก ขอให้ปรับปรุงจุดนี้

excellent location, easy access to metro walking distance easy access to trolley walking distance helpful staff, clean room, I could stay again, Sapporo is beautiful,

I wish staff could speak a little more English language.

Ok value for money

A bit off the busy area, away from the busy crowd

The curtains didn’t block the light. Sunrise in hokkaido is early. The room was quite lit by sunlight by 4am

Old hotel but still comfy and nice to stay

The room is spacious and clean.

The location is a bit far to station. I tried coin laundry at the hotel, the dryer machine was not working, each cycle was 30 mins. I tried it 3 times, means 90 mins and my clothes were still wet.

We booked the family room which was spacious. The toilet was split into 3 individual areas so 3 people can use it at the same time. Location is very convenient as it's near the subway station as well as the streetcar station.

Would be better if there is 1 or 2 front desk staff that can communicate in English.

Good for short stay.

It is very convenient, just a few minutes walk to Tanukikoji Shopping Street.

The building is a little old but rooms are well kept and very clean

Very spacious room. Nice arrangement of room furniture.

The staff behavior at breakfast was not kind. Continuously reminding us of closing time even though we were about to finish it. It gives us an awkward feeling while eating.

Great Location

Really friendly staff. Room as advertised, standard for price, clean and pretty big. Fantastic location. Would stay again. Heart of the city, short walk to most tourist location

Room size which I booked was great - bathroom is seperate to shower which was great

TV cannot be moved from its stand so it’s in a angle so in order to view it need to adjust the sofa and sit in an angle. Room window curtain was bit long so in morning sun comes right on the pillow which makes it difficult to have nice sleep
