Lovely weekend in a beautiful city, the hotel was beautifully decorated

The only issue was our room was on the main road and could be quite loud

Location, location, location - and charm!

I selected this hotel because of its proximity to the university campus (Einaudi) but it would work perfectly for sightseeing - it's within walking distance of all the major attractions and well connected by tram and bus to the rail and metro. The neighborhood is charming and full of great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is very tastefully decorated and everything in the room worked perfectly (including the A/C unit that also provided white noise). Bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was VERY helpful (let me store my bags for the day after checking out). You can get by with English and/or French but it does help to know a bit of Italian. I would stay here again with no hesitations.

The shower was quite narrow and difficult to operate. Outside can get noisy in the evening during the summer but shutting the windows and turning on the A/C will fix it.

I was positively surprised by the wonderful, friendly reception and all the people working at the hotel were absolutely amazing! The upgraded room was spacious and beautiful. At breakfast there was the loveliest ever lady to design the breakfast according to my wishes; tastiest ever omelette and everything needed. Was lovely to stay in a smaller hotel with personality - overall a great experience.

Too noisy, both from outside during the night and from inside the hotel itself. We were on the ground floor by the stairs. The breakfast didn’t taste great either, unfortunately.

Nice experience in Torino

The interior and the concept is very nice. There was a balcony in the room.

Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed. A bit away from the city center.

I will never come back to this place

Friendly staff. The parking.

The structure and room are old, need renovations. The bathroom was without any windows. The room had velux windows, so a lot of light in the morning. A lot of noise, we found some earplugs in the room. The bed was not comfortable. The breakfast was very poor but you can order some freshly cooked products.

The service staff at the front desk are very friendly, they can help me with needs and questions

It is very noisy because it is facing the road, and there is also an air conditioner, which makes strange noises every once in a while. I almost didn't sleep all night. In the end, I had to turn off the air conditioner in the cold winter. Falling asleep, but still being woken up by other sounds. Also I only knew that breakfast didn't start until 7:30, didn't know that there was only some cold, very simple food before that. If I had been told sooner, I think I would have bought my own breakfast and eaten it in the room.

Great staff, breakfast and service in a beautiful hotel

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, they brought us everything we wanted. Room was very beautiful with everything you needed, also the things in the minibar were free. Location is great, right in the city center.

Nothing, I was really pleased with the hotel, it exceeded my expectations.

Perfect place to stay.

Fabulous hotel, great place to stay. Hotel has a lot of charm to it. Very spacious and comfortable room. Staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful. Would highly recommend.

staff very friendly and helpful

I had asked for step free access to the room as I use a mobility scooter. The hotel confirmed more than once that this was possible which is why we chose this hotel. Unfortunately there were steps to negotiate in order to get to the Hotel reception. Staff wee very helpful but this made our stay more challenging.

disappointing, definitely not a 4 star place

The bed was ok. Staff was helpful, although only few of them spoke any English. Fine omlette.

The room was extremely hot at arrival. The AC had to be on all day and night, but since it was an attic room, heat radiated from the roof constantly. No real chair in room. The only window was at 3 m height, so no view from the room at all. Very claustrophobic. The shower cabin was so small I could not comfortably use it. No ventilation in bathroom. It took them 2 days and 3 requests to fix wifi in room. Breakfast was very basic, same every day.

1 or 2 English news channels on TV would have been good ....other than that absolutely nothing.
