Pleasant stay, highly recommended

Everything. Staff went out of their way to be accommodating and make our stay a pleasant one. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good, modest but healthy and filling. The surrounding area is also very quiet and peaceful, within walking distance of shopping area and local amenities.

Absolute worth for money in the peace and quiet of Maroussi.

The hotel is located in a quiet street of Marousi within a walking distance from Oaka. The rooms are comfortable and fully equipped with what you can expect from a hotel room. Though old, the rooms and especially the bathrooms are partially renovated. The breakfast didn't have a buffet, but we were served a beautifully put together basket with goodies which were just enough for a good breakfast! We had our breakfast outside, at the little garden at the entrance of the hotel in the peace and quiet, and it was very beautiful.

Some amenities like shower head and hair dryer were too old and could be replaced with some newer ones. Also, the windows and doors didn't have screens for bugs, so that could be changed as well.

Recommend

We stayed 2 nights for the concert. Overall we had a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay very comfortable. They were always ready to assist with any requests. Location is very great for us, very close to the Olympic Stadium, we reached there without needing to use public transportation. The breakfast also was sufficent. I would recommend for its excellent staff and service.

The cleanliness could have been better. While the room was generally clean, there were a few areas that needed more attention.

- the staff is very friendly and helpful; - while the room could use refurbishment, it was better than expected.

- there is no selection for breakfast and what is offered is a nutritional disaster - a ton of sugar and nothing of nutritional value; - the wifi is of a very poor quality, it constantly drops connection, I had to use mobile data all the time.

Quick visit in Athens

Very nice location close to main roads, the ATHENS mall and Marousi downtown. The neighborhood is very safe. Very easy to park the car by the hotel. Friendly staff. The breakfast was nice enough, provided individually and itvwas composed of preselected elements. The room was clean enough and it was prepared according to the check in timings.

One small refrigerator in the room would be usefull.

The helpful staff, comfortable bed, quiet surroundings and free breakfast made this a very nice place to stay.

The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The bathroom was recently renovated and well done. There was even a small balcony - a nice touch.

I couldn’t get the air conditioner to work.

Can't wait for our next visit

The staff were so helpful and friendly.The room was very nice with a big balcony with a table and chairs to sit and relax. The housekeeping was done every day to very high standards. There is nothing negative I can say about this hotel, it is exceptional value in an area we needed to be in. Thank you so much to all the staff for everything. Can't wait to come back later in the year. Compliments to the owner/managers.

There was nothing i didnt like the staff are extremely hard working and nothing is too much.

Very poor

location is great, stuff are 24h and they were always helpful and friendly

the room was really bad, nothing compared to the pictures, the bathroom was kind of destroyed. Of course, one could take a shower, use the toilet and wash hand. But the toilets cover was broken, the water flow from the sink tap was really strong, the one half of the shower door was missing and the shower hanger was broken. it was really noisy, especially the noise from the hotel entrance the room itself was bearable but soon things like lights, electric plugs will be hanging from the walls.

Nothing at all. Only the location looks good for someone who wants to be close to the airport.

Unfriendly customer service, no sound isolation in all rooms in the hotel, coakroaches luring around and inside the sleeping rooms.

Passable

Balcony. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast, served directly in your room. 24h reception.

Poor bathroom: very small, one door missing from shower box, no bidet, no power outlet. Questionable door lock: it didn't feel that secure. Guests have to make their own bed, as the sheets are left folded over it.
