The building, the host, the neighbours, the location, the view!
The mattress wasn't very confortable and the appartment could be cleanner, but it still worth to stay there.

Location is just perfect. You couldn't believe that you are right next to historical center, it is so quiet. All the shopping possibilities and restaurants are very close. The view from the window is just so beautiful. The owner was really nice and helpful. Just for a tip, don't go there by car. The traffic is impossible and parking is not the cheapest.
The bed was quite hard which didn't let me have a really good night's.

Basilia was lovely and greeted us when we arrived. The apartment was spacious and had a balcony with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Despite the uphill climb and 66 steps to get to the apartment (which we were warned about before arrival), the location was great. Just beyond the busy noisy main street, where it was quiet, but not too far to walk to the beach. There was also a TV and access to laundry which was nice.
There was a "king" bed (2 singles pushed together) that was not that comfortable and a pull out couch that was full size and a little more comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with the basics and there was a little fridge.

The host was so kind, accommodating, and the stay was amazing!
I will warn that it is a very steep walk up with about 4-5 flights of narrow stairs.

Location is awesome. From the terrace above the rooms there are views to mountain and sea. we were in 2bedroom spacious property with air conditioning that was really useful as it was warm.

Steep street followed by very difficult climbing stairs . Very hard mattress, very noisy air conditioning, poorly furnished aparment and very lacking kitchen. Misleading picture about a non existent garden area. Cleaning lady complained because we ask for 1 extra toilet paper roll!!

We loved the location (if you are person that does not like stair then maybe this place is not for you), the property was very close to downtown. The owner was very nice and very helpful.
The place need to be updated. The beds were very uncomfortable so as the pillows. The top bunk bed is not safe for small children.

the views and how pretty the property/grounds where/
the aircon didn’t work great and felt it was actually making the room hotter.

The owner was very polite and made sure we knew where everything was before leaving
Bed was hard but apart from that the apartment is exactly as described. It is a fair walk from the centre up a steep hill and 106 steps which gives you a good work out every day :)

Very very clean and hospitality was super.
Needs a little updating but mainly the queen bed mattress was terrible and the pillows were bad also. A new mattress and pillows are desperately needed. Owner definitely needs to invest in those two

Our hostess was lovely and the balcony was such a luxury.
Lots of stairs - but this meant we could eat more pizza!

Very close to the city centre....if you're ok to walk up steep steps to get to your place. The host Basilia is very friendly.
Very overpriced for what you get. We had to pay 25 euros a day to get "cleaning service" and no one came during the 2 days we were there (ie to make the beds, give new towels, take away dishes.) We were very disappointed to pay an extra 50 euros for nothing. The convent is pretty run down and needs updating. The pictures are very deceiving.
