Superb

Good value for money, quite close to lift to Kasprowy wierch, always a free space for a car is a big plus. You get clean sheets, there is clean shower, toilet.

Squeeking floor, shower cabin is very small, you can hear quite clearly people in other rooms.

Nice quiet place , highland style.

Visited off season- end of May. Authentic highlander style property feel. Room was small on the very top floor with a little balcony. Perfect if you go there to hike and just need place for the night. Off the main road with good parking space and nice little yard. Quiet at night. After checkout you can leave your car on property if you still want to explore. About 20-30 min walk both to Zakopane downtown and to the entry to National Park in Kuznice.

Though we enjoyed our stay there, we are on taller side (5’8’’ and 5’11”) and the traditional style single beds with headboard and footboard were comfortable but a bit short.

Beautiful room described as small twin but had plenty of room, little fridge for our milk. Great view, comfortable beds & lovely warm room.

lovely location, but I wouldn’t stay there again

I loved the location of the property and the breakfast.

Unfortunately I didn’t like the fact that it is lacking soundproofing and practically you don’t have privacy. You can hear the next door guests using the toilet, coughing or talking like there were in the same room. Also the room we were given had a very small shower you couldn’t even move in so it was very hard to use it. The beds were ok, however, even though they were clean, choice of pillows ( feathers) made them smell really bad and were very worn out. They really need to upgrade them with ones that can be easily washed and sterilised. it was definitely not for us.

Good for person with hearing difficulties, but for this price everything was like on photos.

All of utilities like kettle, cups, hair dryer. Clean and tidy

Although house have thick wooden walls we’ve heard everything from upside and neightbour rooms-even snoring. We’ve found earplugs what is good idea from hotel but we didn’t used them because of headache.

Friendly guesthouse

Friendly and familiar guesthouse. Clean and comfortable room. Quiet area. Close to tourist routes. Quick net.

Maybe have to pay for TV channels?

Very nice Zakopane holidays

The place was beatiful, clean, with amazing breakfasts nice people and it is a great location to get to hiking trails. I would totally recommend.

Great room with a spectacular view of the mountains. It was quiet at night which meant we could open the windows to sleep and enjoy the cool mountain air.

The house was nice and clean and the staff was helpful. It was more far away than town centre than we spect so we have to rely on taxis. Overall it was good quality price :)

The occupants of the next room were somewhat noisy

Exceptional

It was so nice to finally arrive, the trip having been postponed due to Covid since 2020. It was well worth the wait. It is in a perfect location close to Kruzniec for direct walks into the Tatra; minibuses towards Morskie Oko and also very close to the 2 local bus routes 11 and 14 which are extremely good value and very reliable. Breakfast was varied and tasty with an excellent choice even for vegetarians. I would highly recommend this property!

Very good

I liked coziness and charm of the place. Wooden finish of the room was very warm and welcoming. The room was small but sufficient and smartly organized for two people.

It was pretty noisy, we could easily hear what the neighbors were watching in TV.

Location close to the national park Everything was absolutely clean Breakfast had lots of choices safe parking on the premises Mini fridge in the room for storing food. Nice balcony at my room :)

sound insulation between the rooms is far from perfect. (But I was so tired after a full day of hiking in the mountains that it did not disturb me personally, I slept very well) Breakfast starts at 8 a.m. A bit late for people who want start early for serious mountain hiking.

Great value for money

Service at the place was exeptional. We managed to receive all special request we asked for. They got very clear COVID rules as well. Very close to trails - waking distance. I can totaly recomend. Posibility to rent boaed games or xbox to room. Hairdryer in each room.

The road to the place is narrow and two cars cant fit. Once I had to wait for 5 min for the other car to move.
