We loved our villa, very luxurious and tropical. The children enjoyed the pool on the hot days (which was every day). The staff were so nice every day and came and cleaned our rooms daily also which was amazing. Morning breakfast was amazing with so many options to suit many different people. Having the spa on site was amazing, the staff also gave amazing massages. Having the restaurant on site was also great and very convenient to have room service from the menu to the villa.
The WiFi did not work very well and continuously dropped out and we had to log on multiple times. Was very slow and unable to do much whilst on it which was inconvenient when we were using this as our only communication due to the fact we are from another country.
Even though the bathrooms were very nice, was a little inconvenient when needing to use the facilities as so many mosquitoes, especially at night time.

Location was ok, facilities were nice, as were the staff. The breakfast was simple but tasty and the spa service was great.
The villa was well set out, with a comfortable bed and we enjoyed the pool and outside living area. The room cleaning personnel were also very thorough and courteous.
We didn't have hot water in the shower or bath and water pressure was poor. However in fairness, I did not raise this with reception as the weather was warm, so it didn't really bother us greatly.

I loved having my own pool. The larger pools were also good; usually wmoty so perfect if you wanted to swim longer laps.
The breakfast and room service were great, and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. I enjoyed my stay so much that after a week I extended for another week.
I also loved the frogs and geckos and other wildlife that was around.
Having the bathroom outdoors was really nice but the mosquitos (and sometimes heat) were intense. I still wouldn’t call that a negative though, it’s to be expected in Bali.

Villa was spacious and very private. Pool was lovely and large. The food at the restaurant was excellent. We dont normally bother with hotel breakfast but it was excellent quality. Very tasty
The tv in the room didnt have any reception, which is fine, except i had a chest infection and needed a bit of down time. Tv would have been good in this situation.

El trato del personal y la ubicación.

We loved the spaciousness of these Villas, plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The bathroom was stunning with its waterfall shower and huge eggshell shaped bath. The mozzy canopies around the beds were perfect
The beds were very firm, not innersprung mattresses and the large pillows were quite high.

Villa beautifull
Location not good. Closest coffee shop about 1km. Restaurant on site not great. Breakfast not great. Rats running around reception and restaurant. No Bali atmosphere.
4.1
Great value for the size of the villa, beautiful Balinese decor, clean private swimming pool, 10-minute drive to the airport, 10-minute walk to the beach, vegan-friendly breakfast buffet, great birding opportunities in the villa and garden, quiet and clean gym, very friendly and helpful staff, free mini bar, comfy bed and powerful AC
Everything was great. If I could make a small suggestion, reusable glass jars for water instead of plastic bottles.

The private pool villas are spacious and beautifully appointed, we couldn’t ask for more. The use of bicycles to,get around the resort is fantastic. Room service was also pretty good.
Nothing really. Anything we needed the staff have been able to provide

Staff were friendly and breakfast was nice. Free airport transfer also provided. The Villa was lovely and the whole resort was nice, with a restaurant, spa and lounge. All prices from the restaurant and SPA were fair.
The Villa definitely needs renovation, the toilet is outdoors and needs to be refurbished as I felt unclean in it and preferably toilet should be indoors. Also, aircon needs cleaning as it we left it on all night and ended up becoming sick.

We loved the privacy we had in our villa
The amenities in the kitchen are kind of old and rusty but can be used never the less.

we had villa 71 for 6 nights ( 200 sqm) the villa was nice and spacious, the aircon was working properly, and thus a very nice and dry indoor air.
Pool size was good.
Service was exceptional
the pool water was more green than blue
the kitchen was old and not looking nice and clean. a bit sticky at places.
Noisy. you can hear the scooters and cars and planes until late in the night
breakfast looks like a school canteen and nothing looks appetizing. the worst we had in Bali.

The accommodation was beautiful, spacious, clean. The staff was helpful and friendly and whatever we needed they helped us with. We stayed in the villa for an extended stay (13 days in total) and were completely satisfied. The hotel had a few reviews after Covid that were not the best, but I think they have fixed everything. Personally, I would like to thank Dina from e-commerce service for the really nice and warm way of communication and all the help!!!
The hotel is by the main road, but inside it is not really noticeable. This makes it easy to get a taxi because they are always somewhere close by. It is a slow walk to the sea in a comfortable 10 minutes. There are plenty warungs around and restaurants are also within easy reach.
We don't have anything we don't like. If we were looking for space for improvement, it would be the kitchen facilities - during a longer stay you sometimes want to prepare something and as the kitchen is equipped modestly it is a bit difficult. We won't complain about the outdoor bathroom concept, which is very popular in Bali, because it's hard to do anything about it - so everyone who travels to Bali must be prepared for the occasional encounter with nature (...and by nature I don't mean anything dangerous - ants, centipedes and small geckos).
Also, the restaurant (including breakfast) could work a bit on the menu and its execution.

Private pool
Very poor breakfast, outdated furniture, not properly cleaned, towels are old and have stains. Overall this is far from 5 stars and not luxury at all.

nice villas, clean, great private pool
BREAKFAST!!!
the breakfast was absolutely not fitting to the rest of what was offered and we were really disappointed. especially comparing it with the 4 other hotels we stayed in on Bali it was by far the worst and reminded me of 2-3* hotels.

A lot of space for money. Good value resort. The villa was large with its own enclosed private yard and pool. The pool was larger than you'd expect. The resort is located on a busy road but you don't notice unless you leave as it is spread over many acres. This is a great place to stay for a centralised Bali experience and to have your own space to retreat to. Large open-air bathroom with a rain shower and large tub for that tropical feel, and inside an airconditioned villa room with a big comfortable bed, sofa and sitting area. A separate section for eating with a kitchenette is convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Keeping in mind the value for money with space, the resort lacked a few touches that would have made it special. There are two or three pools however they'd be more interesting with a bar or service. and perhaps some music. The pool chairs were missing pillows (or never had them) and the material was so slippery it was hard to sit on them (they were the same in the villa unfortunately making it hard to just hang by the pool) We had some water pressure issues with the shower. Not tragic but not the sort of shower you'd like to have. There was a lack of wardrobe space so our bags were spread around the room. I was never able to make the TV work in the room. Communication with the staff was not perfect as a few things got lost in translation, although the intent to be helpful was always there. Overall, this is a first-world complaint as the value for money far outweighed these small things.

All great - will recommend to friends. Bicycles were very useful.
Small snake within grounds of our villa. Staff responded immediately and removed snake- thankyou.

Dina who deals with you through booking was absolutely amazing. She helped organise day trips for us with weee cheaper then when we looked ourselves, she was always available by message and any issues were dealt with promptly and efficently to a very professional manner. (That woman deserves a raise - great customer service!). The location was great in terms of access to local areas although traffic made travelling a nightmare (clearly not the fault of the facilities).
Food was average but decently priced - villas are as pictured, gorgeous and lots of space within - some things just need toucing up (ie broken toilet seats, telephones & lamps not working) due to minor wear and tear etc.
All in all though my family and i had a wonderful time and would stay again as well as recommend to our friends 😁.
Food at restaurants & room service very slow to arrive.
