Location good

The best location in Kep. The staff and manager was very helpful and friendly. The mattress is very comfortable. Will come again next time.

Kep is split into three parts - the town, the beach and the crab market, which are spaced quite a long way apart. So you need to stay by the crab market if you want to enjoy the best of the seafood and the sunsets. Mealea is right by the crab market so probably the best location in town. It’s a nice, comfortable place to stay, very leafy, you almost feel like you’re in the jungle! Lovely room, all very clean, and lovely, helpful staff who are always there to help.
Breakfast is a bit limited and repetitive but is OK so good for a couple of days but after that becomes a bit boring!

The location the pool and the staff.
The air con was average and the bed was hard.
5.0 / 10.0
The vicinity is great. This used to be one of the best places to visit but went backwards
Messy outside with people having meals next to the sea. Bad smell from the dustbins and the swimming pool was taken over by myriad of children
8.0 / 10.0
The location the pool and the breakfast. Beautiful view.
Lack of a restaurant.
4.0 / 10.0
Place close to beach and market.
Staff or hotel didn't inform the people who stay there to:
1/ take shower before getting into the pool.
2/ guests make lot of noises in pool and kitchen.
3/ should advise guest to be quite while staying or entering the place.

staff very friendly and accommodating
lack of maintenance in the rooms due to reduced use due to Covid. rooms need additional lighting in the bathroom area.
we rented a suite. The entrance proved to be an obstacle due to uneven walking surface which resulted in a fall and injury.

Room was good sized. pool was clean.
NOT near a beach. The sea is across the street but there is a seawall not a beach. NOT bungalows. The room smelled of insecticide, ant poison. Room was not well cleaned. Overpriced.

The staff were friendly, helpful and warm. The breakfast was good.. Nice location and beautiful gardens!
The room was dirty and had black mould on the walls.. room smelt of damp and mould. Mini fridge also filthy! Wi-fi was non-existent in our room. Our room was #12 which was the most expensive room on the resort but the only nice thing was that it had a plunge pool. Feel like we over paid for our room!

The bedroom was spacious, the little terrace in front was nice (with a table and some chairs), the swimming pool is a nice addition, the tropical environment with the plants/trees was great. The staff was very helpful when needed: they booked a taxi (Kep-Kampot) for some friends just 2 hours before their desired time the evening; they jumped on their moto to get me some change for a one hundred dollars banknote. The breakfast, included for me, was nice too.
The only downside was my bedroom was near the generator so it would make some noise until 10pm. But, after that, it was quiet again.

Nice medium sized pool with an ocean view. Lots of flowering trees and plants. Walking distance to many seafood restaurants.
8.0 / 10.0
It was very quiet and I could work on the porch of my room
The restaurant was closed because of COVID-19 but there are plenty of eatery options around
8.0 / 10.0
The staff especially the guardian is very kind.
The breakfast is very light and with poor bread quality so not good value for the price of the bedroom with jacuzzi.
