L'espace dans le logement et l'équipement.

Le logement est situé à côté d'une rue très bruyante. Nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit, le petit-déjeuner servi en chambre, omelette froide et Petit déjeuner très moyen Le lit est trop mou, inconfortable. L'éclairage est insuffisant. Piscine pas propre. Ce logement n'est pas a la hauteur du prix facturé. Je ne reviendrai pas.

Very relaxing and great staff

Excellent staff who were very friendly and very accommodating

Maybe a few maintenance issues, outside pool lounger chairs need updating and bathroom faucet needed to be tightened. Otherwise it’s a nice property. Rooms were always clean and tidy

There were too many mosquitoes everyday- i feel sick because of the mosquitoes. and the private pool wasn’t clean at all.

All in all our stay was pretty much perfect! The hospitality was perfect!

The greeting was amazing. They were there to meet us with drinks and a face cloth. Payment and key handover was simple. Very welcoming! The location was also good as you are close to shops, markets and day beaches, only 5 minute drive. The hospitality was amazing, rooms were very clean and the bed was extra comfy! It was hard to get out of bed! They also had 24/7 security guards at the front desk!

Amazing Experience at Alam Bidadari Seminyak

The staff were exceptionally friendly. Never was i turned down for a request. The villas were clean, the location is superb, there is a 24*7 supermarket right in front of the location. The staffade the one week stay magical

A lot of mosquitos, even though they fumigate they premises every Thursday. You will need to keep one or 2 mosquito repellents handy.

the bathroom cloaked when taking shower. The door locked difficult to unlocked and open the door. The curtain not easy to pull up. Received a call from receptionist at 12.33am and disturbed my sleep to return a clothes iron.

Pool looked dirty, rats were running on the fence, breakfast was only ok, during heavy rain roof was leaking in few places. Was completely ignored when reported at reception that my ring went missing from the table

Front desk staff Agung was awesome. Nothing was to much to asked and she was very helpful. Made it possible to change villa because of some noise from the street in the first night. Breakfast was okay and the staff was very friendly and tried there best to accommodate the orders.

For the money paid it was a good overall value.

This is a lovely place to decompress and get away from it all, while being near so much.

We loved the look and feel of the private villa and its private pool. It was a clean, comfortable, quiet relaxing place. The room was pleasantly furnished and well appointed.

We didn't like the fact that the location meant that we couldn't walk to the beach or to the main areas with restaurants, but required us to take taxis. While the taxis were quite cheap, the location was not very convenient for us.
