Harikaydı

Güleryüzlü ve sıcakkanlı bir şekilde karşılandık. Odamız 8.katta ve sagrada familia manzaralı mükemmel bir odaydı. Otelin konumu diagonal metroya otobüs durağına çok yakındı. Yürüyerek her yere ulaşmak da mümkündü. Casa battlo ile casa milayı her gün gördük, otele çok yakınlar. Bebeğimiz için yatağına ördek oyuncak bile koymuşlar. Çok mutlu ayrıldık.

Perfect for a city break

The property is in a prime location, you could nearly walk to everything you want to do!

The rooftop bar was closed while we were there which was a major shame as it has a great view. The air conditioning in our room also wasn’t good but worked in other rooms. We were given a fan for this however.

Our stay was perfect, we will return in the future!

Everything was fantastic. The location was superb! My trolly was broken, but within 1.5 hours the maintenance staff fixed it to perfection! Well done. The manager was courteous, extremely professional. We had a perfect stay, thank you, gracias!

Caro, sucio y poco serios (mentirosos)

La ubicación y que tiene parking

Es baño estaba sucio, la praxis del director del hotel. El baño estaba con pelos en la ducha, manchas de cal en el suelo y la puerta sucia. Por una habitación de 334€ sin desayuno y 1 noche. La moqueta levantada y la habitación con escaleras. Entramos en la habitación más tarde de las 15h, no estaba lista , y teníamos que salir antes de las 12h. Pero no queda aquí la experiencia. Les pongo una MALA reseña por que es lo mínimo, era para poner una queja y pedir la hoja de reclamaciones. Me llama el director del hotel tras mi comentario disculpándose y ofreciendo un descuento con reembolso. Y que reconsiderara mi comentario. Entiendo que les hace daño y que un fallo lo puede tener cualquiera. Y lo quito no me gusta jugar con el pan de nadie. Pues aquí viene ya la tomadura de pelo. Que no me realizan parte del reembolso por que mi pago fue en efectivo, siendo que tienen mi tarjeta y hicieron un cargo de 50€ que luego devolvieron a modo de reserva. Me siento totalmente engañada y que se han reído de mí. Soy asidua de los hoteles de la zona por motivos laborales les recomiendo otros hoteles a varios metros como Hotel Paseo de gracia, Hotel Condes de Barcelona, Majestic o en Rambla Catulaña a escasos metros el NH Collection todos con una tarifa más baja con Roof Top todos y hasta piscina. El Majestic puede ser más caro pero el servicio y prestaciones están años luz de este hotel y la diferencia no es tan alta. Ruego que se abstengan de llamarme o ponerse en contacto conmigo vía email y volverme a coaccionar. Gracias

Keine richtigen Handtuchhalter im Bad, 1 von 3 Aufzügen ständig außer Betrieb und die anderen beiden mit 3 Personen schon überlastet. Wer vor 2 Uhr ruhig schlafen will, sollte nicht Zimmer 806 wählen, man hört auf dieser Seite die Terrasse bis zum Schluss

Location is the value

The location is the best, you can walk to many stores and places. The room size and space were perfect for our family. The breakfast was sufficient.

The only thing that we didn't like was the design and privacy of the bathrooms, also there was a wired odor coming from them!

horrible noise problem, roof top noise is inside the room. as there were no windows! do not ever stay at the 7th floor!! could not sleep and was not informed by the stuff about the noise

Well, I though that I’ve seen everything until I stepped into the luxurious, warm, fancy hotel I’ll have to start by sending a gift wrapped heartfelt special thanks to Ilona who made our check in as perfect and memorable as it should Such an elite highly trained individual she was, yet so friendly and professional And extended thanks to Giancarlo for the tremendous service Rooms Super spacious, beds are comfy. Modern yet so heritage interiors and a breathtaking view over the worlds top brands An experience of a lifetime indeed

If you are looking for a comfortable, nice and good located Hotel, then this Hotel is meant for you :)

First of all the front desk team is super friendly and they give you all the information you need, in any case you still have a question, just call or ask them and they will help you out :) Second was our Room :) it was very clean, spaceful and we had a very beautiful balcony :) you will find everything you need in the room from toothbrush etc to room slipers. Third and absolutely stunning was the Rooftop of the Hotel, Bar 83,3. It has a stunning View over Barcelona, while enjoying your drink or food, you will have a good look at the Sagrada Familia etc. What was also very good was the location of the Hotel. You have s lot of Taxi's in front of the hotel or just profite to take the metro just a few meters away from the Hotel.

Everything was just great, from the beginning to the end of our 4 day trip :)
