Room was okay.
The checkin was not good. So many signs all over the place. Just way to visually busy.

The accommodation is set inside a Mediterranean style single level mall called the Galleria.
Amazing decor and atmosphere. Incredible experience!
Be aware that downstairs houses a cinema and many restaurants, if you're sensitive to noise, the place can be noisy well past 10pm as people leave restaurants and the chefs close.

Location is excellent (close to my daughters business).
The lift, very inconvenient to have to call someone. The sensor lighting needs to be greatly improved. Bad lighting at night time. Sensors didn’t always work

Loved the atmosphere....felt like I was in italy.
The entertainment was great ...George Vumbaca was unreal.
Toilet weren't clean !! And also need more toilets around the place....

The whole place was amazing - needed a tour guide. The concept is great but nothing open on Mondays. I took photos to show friends.
The sensor lights came on far too late. We had to find our way in the dark. We are in our 70’s and had to carry our bags upstairs. Italian restaurant was excellent. Staff were the best. Little girl in Reception was helpful. No coffee shops open for a coffee. Could not find the bakery. We walked down to the shops.

room was really nice, and comfortable, and the hotel location is good
during our stay, nothing was open, we expected resturants, bars etc, but were really dissapointed that these were not open in the week, only at weekends

Our room was huge, and beautifully presented in art deco style, clean and tidy. There were even fresh frangipani flowers on our towels. The night manager was very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The spa was lovely, our bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Everything we needed - fantastic restaurants (check out Yusu, the Japanese restaurant in the front of the complex, it was amazing!), relaxing spa and the beach only a few minutes walk down the road.
Nothing that was in anyone's control - I had a slight allergic reaction to whatever the spa was cleaned with, but I should have known to rinse it before use (was too excited to hurry up and fill it!) I do have very sensitive skin so didn't want that to detract from anything else. If anything I appreciated the spa had been cleaned!

The staff were amazing and the location itself gave you alot of options for activities during the day and for dinner at night. A short walk to ettalong beach and the main strip.
Felt much better staying here than a corporate run hotel chain, the facilities may not be 100% perfect for a family with a pram but the staffs friendliness makes up for this.
Felt great supporting a local business and I hope they stay around for years to come.
The rooms were a bit dated and the balconies didn't provide the most private experience as they had doors which led to the neighbours room

Market area good close to the beach and shopping
Air Con average and noisy Fridge and it inconvenience that you only get one key to your room it makes in hard if your partner is going somewhere else then you . You have to make sure you get back at the same time to let the other in

Location - close to beach. Alot of restaurants underneath the resort. Clean rooms. Plenty of space on balcony.
No room cleaning daily. Needed towels and rubbish to be taken out. Pool hours were short.

Its fantastic and very enjoyable
I want to pick something out however we can’t, if you have to mention may be you have to sleep a bit late , because a bit noise down stairs are all the restaurants otherwise it’s all good .

The room was clean and comfortable. Restaurants on site were great. Definitely recommend Bar Toto.
The description of hotel clearly states the shops are open every Sat, Sun and Monday. Stayed on a Sunday to have the next day looking around to be told the shops are only open on public holiday Mondays.

Our stay which was for my Birthday was just amazing. I would definitely go again. Loved it

The fact that my husband was unwell to the point he was hospitalised and my son came down with a tummy bug the day we were supposed to arrive which stopped us going and the resort didn't seem to care.

location, markets
Room 3 was near the stairs - very noisy. I was woken in the middle of the night twice, by noisy drunk people on the stairs. the room was quite small compared to other rooms.

the quirkiness creates a great atmosphere
the shops downstairs
the location
access to the reception and parking could be more prominent but nothing a phone call didn’t fix

There were great restaurants downstairs. The pizza place is amazing.
The rooms were very loud, no insulation on the ceiling so normal rain sounded like hail. There were many cockroaches in the bathroom. There were people outside screaming till 10:30 at night and children outside screaming at 7:00 in the morning. Barely anything downstairs is open during the week. Super thin walls. The mattress was springy. The bathroom smelt musty. The hot water ran out almost instantly.

There was so much to do at the hotel eat, drink and so many little shops. Such a great place. We will be be back.
Parking was an issue.

Comfortable room. Location with shops and eateries and live music in the complex was great.
A fight in the room next door to us - shouting, banging, full on disturbance with police being called.
