Hotel bem localizado e estruturado com equipe muito atenciosa , mas com péssima manutenção e limpeza

Manutenção péssima , tivemos problemas com tomadas que não funcionavam , vazamentos no quarto que demoraram para resolver e limpeza só pedindo para limpar

Ubicación y comodidad de las camas. El desayuno estuvo muy completo.

Algunos detalles de la infraestructura me hicieron notar que deben prestar más atención en cuanto al mantenimiento...especialmente en el baño.

Large full-service hotel in Panama City

Large hotel on the waterfront catering to business travelers, conventions and tour groups. Great pool, amazing breakfasts and very friendly and kind staff. The gym is large and has a lot of equipment. Convenient access to the waterfront and easy to take Uber rides around town. We had a great view of the ocean from our room.

Piscina sin salvavidas y ocurrió un accidente

Las camas son confortables.

El hotel no tiene espacios sociales distinto a la piscina. Desafortunadamente tuvimos que vivir el paro cardiaco de una persona en la piscina y no había una persona salvavidas, había un letrero que decía que si se metía a la piscina era bajo su responsabilidad. Nos parece el colmo que un hotel de este precio ahorre en este tipo de cosas. Esto hizo que la persona que le dio el paro durara un poco bajo el agua. Luego la sacaron unas personas que estaban dentro de la piscina. Nosotros nos fuimos pero al bajar a la recepción a hacer checkout estaba la ambulancia con policías pero la piscina seguía abierta para los huéspedes, esto nos pareció poco cómodo para la familiar. En realidad es un hotel que para su precio no es de buena calidad. No lo recomendamos.

muy buen desayuno y la atencion del restaurant es muy amable. la piscina es tranquila y muy espaciosa

La reserva estaba a mi nombre y cuando nos registramos pusieron la reserva a nombre de mi acompañante, eso me parecio muy machista pues no respetaron mi nombre de reserva y automaticamente le solicitaron la garantia a él cuando yo habia realizado la reserva . El baño de la habitacion es antiguo tiene solo una vieja ducha fija donde el agua se salpica fuera de bassin y ademas es oscuro la luz que tiene es demasiado baja . No hay puertos USB para cargar los aparatos electronicos . No existe un espacio agradable para los que fumamos, hay que salir del hotel al parking rodeado de autos que entran y salen. No se puede sacar la comida del restaurant a la terraza para poder comer en la terraza solo se acepta desde el menu, ademas siendo un pais tan caluroso es horrible que la piscina y terrazas se cierren a las 19:00.

The food and drinks where very good.

Room floor was not clean, balcony Bannister was dirty. The hotel Valet gave our rental car to another guest, 'yes that happened'! 2-3 hrs of our stay was having them track down our car. I won't be returning to the Miramar.

Good

The beds were very comfortable. The restaurant was nicely decorated, large and airy, with relatively good food from the menu at reasonable prices. However, the food at the buffet for breakfast and lunch was mostly cold. The bar staff was very friendly and attentive.

Only one of the two guest elevators was working for the first two days. Signs indicated that the service elevator could be used but it was seldom available and stopped frequently. The bar only opens at 4:00 p.m. and the hotel is not within easy walking distance of alternate dining/drinking venues. The furniture in the room was very outdated. For an Intercontinental Hotel overall we found the standard quite low.
