Great location, with everything you need.

Very well equipped probably morethanyou need, very well located, and secure.

Getting in was a nightmare. The digitally instructions are counter intuitive and miss out an important step. Although they say there is a 24 hour telephone line, they never answer it, instead they try to do everything via WhatsApp. In the end, by luck the maintenance man happened to arrive and showed us how to do it.

Piękny, przestronny apartament. Dobrze wyposażony- pralka, zmywarka, żelazko. Lokalizacja w samym centrum. Aplikacja do otwierania drzwi działa idealnie.

הדירה מרכזית ואיכותית מאוד, נקיה ומרגישה חדשה, היינו שמחים לאיכות גבוהה יותר של שירות.

המיקום מעולה ביותר. הדירה סופר נקיה, מרווחת מאוד ומאובזרת היטב.

זרם המים במקלחת חלק מאווווד, פעמיים נגמרו המים החמים באמצא מקלחת. מי שמפריע לו רעש שיקח בחשבון שמעט רועש מתחת לדירה. העובדה שאין קבלה וכל השירות הוא דרך וואטסאפ מעיק מאוד לפעמים.

Хорошее расположение, удобное заселение, персонал всегда на связи. Чисто

Ужасная звукоизоляция между апартаментами. Закрыв окно, вы не слышите шум с улицы, но вы слышите все, абсолютно все разговоры за стенкой.

Schitterende locatie, in een prachtige stad!

Locatie is geweldig!

Kamer voor 6 personen aan de kleine kant, er waren slechts 4 eetkamer stoelen en duurde 3 dagen voor 2 extra stoelen. De slaapbank kraakte erg is aan vervaging toe. Inchecken is volledig digitaal maar moeten wel veel privacy gevoelige gegevens worden doorgegeven en kost aanzienlijk tijd

Sehr gute Lage im Baric Gothi Viertel von Barcelona.

Man muss sich aber bewusst sein, dass es aufgrund der sehr zentralen Lage am Abend es noch lärmig ist da enge Gassen und viele Leute.

Lots of space, good facilities, clean and modern. Convenient location just at la rambla and old quartier. Family of five lived here confortambly.

Very noisy as it is so close to la rambla. Airplugs a must for sleeping.

Malgré les inconvénients nous avons passé des bons moments

L’emplacement est excellent

Malheureusement, il ne dispose pas de lit pour bébé, ni de lit d’appoint, Les deux chambres étaient trop petite, la première chambre avec un lit double de 140cm , la deuxième trop étroite avec deux lits simples superposés, - j’ai leur demandé de me fournir 3 couvertures pour mes enfants, j’ai reçu par la suite deux seulement

La comodidad. Nos hospedamos en el apartamento Parc Güell. Tenia todo lo que necesitabamos. Me encantó. La atención al cliente, increíble.

Great location and very clean and equipped with modern Kitchen and plenty of storage for 2-3 people

This apartment has great location, it is minutes away from Cathedral of Barcelona, Very clean and great security with three locks to the apartment. It is located at the center of the City. The apartment has 3 balcony windows that you can walk out and enjoy the urban style living!

This apartment is not suitable for 5 persons. There is only one toilet. one single bed bedroom and double bedroom. The other two persons have to sleep on a Safa bed. Also, the street is very crowded and very noise until mid night. We have 6 day stays and the door key which use a Door open app expired 3 days earlier. The wash machine equipped is Europeans Style in Spanish, and there is no English instructions been provided. It is not user friendly for people from Non-Spanish speaking countries

Infelizmente tenho muito que enumerar O primeiro motivo porque não gostei deste alojamento foi o facto de nunca ter sido possível contactar uma única pessoa deste alojamento. Nem por telefone nem por mensagem nunca obtive respostas. Reservamos para cinco pessoas mas roupa de cama só havia para 3. Fiz o pedido por mensagem e naaaaada. O quarto pequeno tinha um barulho ensurdecedor não se conseguia dormir nem de phones. Não consigo atribuir nenhum ponto positivo. NÃO RECOMENDO

Amazing location. Level of finish was excellent. Loads of storage. Nicely decorated.

Slight problem when it rained very heavily - water came in through the gaps in the closed windows causing a large amount of water inside, which we had to mop up.

Outstanding apartment, close to transport, Restaurants and facilities. Very quiet and spacious and air-conditioned. Also wonderful lift for access.

Very long and involved on line check-in, having to upload documents , and digital access key ( which did not work with any of our 3 phones). Then asked yet again for documents which had already been sent, once we went to get keys. Only 2 rolls toilet paper for 3 people for 5 days. Needs a clothes airer, to make it easier to dry washing.

The location was great.

The management team were the worse to attend to complaints. We AC was not working when we arrived to the apartment, and the management team failed to fix it during our stay and we had to suffer through the night die to the heat. No one from the management team came to look into the situation in person they kept sending technicians to look into the electrical issue the unit had, but no one came in person. All they cared about to get their money and when we needed someone to come for help they did not show up. This basically ruined our vacation, since we expected to come to a cold apartment after along day touring the City. The Fridge door was broken and the stove kept turning off due to the electrical problems that the unit had. In addition to the flies that were all over the unit.

Short Holiday during summer

Everything was amazing, very easy to check in, the team is extremely helpful and the LOCATION was super good. For families with teen kids were super comfortable, you might think it will be noise, but the window isolation does an amazing job.

Honestly nothing, we just had a small issue with the A/C unit, but the team was able to sort this out fast. All was good

Location, location, location. Best location you can find in town. Apartment was clean and well remodeled. I especially liked the balconies and the wall decors.

The registration process was ridiculous! Never have I been asked so many questions and photos for every single guest of my party and I've 10 of them, across two continents. It took my a while and a lot of stress to be able to check in online. For example, it first asked for photos of ids from my guests which took me a day to get from my friends who were in a different time zone. Then they asked for photos of my guests holding the id!? I've been to five-star hotels and never got scrutinized like this. Second of all the rooms look much smaller in reality and one of the rooms was actually a closet that had the AC vent. So it was very stuffy and I had to apologize to my guest.

Loud noises lots of activity bugs and flies all over

When We arrived we had to walk about 15 min to pick up the key and come back. Communication with them with WhatsApp takes long time to answer you walking on the floor barefoot it was lots of dust on the floor. We couldn't sleep there because the noise was very loud we could hear everything sometimes people yell in this street there's ice cream place open late at night and people go there make lots of noises around 4:00 in the morning is always loud noise you can hear we did not sleep well there we don't recommend this place

The shades they could not completely close so early in the morning the sunshine inside the room he asked them to fix it. The maintenance guy came took the part was working, I never came back again so we had another shade which was working not working because he took the part with him. It was bugs everywhere on the floor on the ceiling and we have video

Good location to stay in old downtown Barcelona

Top location in the old centre of Barcelona and close to Rambla Modern appartement Very clean and modern bath Modern AC Shops, bars, beach, sightseeing all within walkingdistance. Sagrada is in 35 min walking distance or you use the bus Make sure to check on the right size of the appartement. Ours was supposed to offer space for 6pax which would not have worked. We were 4 and it was a bit too small, but we only stayed 2 nights. Pictures on booking are misleading, they show all appartements and for me it was hard to find which would be ours. Be aware that you are downtown so it is loud outside and sleeping with open windows does not work (too hot in summer anyway). But the aircon is not noisy at all so you can keep it on during the night.

Online checkin did not work and got to a point where it annoyed me. Finally the staff offered offline checkin, but this worked out fast & easy. Had to request 3 times before I got the deposit back after 10 workdays.

Beautiful apartment in excellent spot

Beautiful apartment in an excellent spot! Very modern and tidy. Highly recommend.

There was only one mirror in the bathroom. A full length mirror would be great. It would be better if the card could be charged following any damages rather than paying for it up front and waiting for money to come back into the account. Lots of passenger details to fill in organise prior to staying.

Nice place with great location

Modern apartment, well equipped with great location (gothic corner)

The sofa bed was broken. We got in very late ( one in the morning) and they sent us someone to fix it (and that was very positive). However, he wasn’t able to fix it and left, leaving the problem up to us! 2 of us had to sleep on the floor that night. The sofa bed was replaced the next day.
