We had a great time - the location, right on the gulf and a short walk in HOA property across the street to lemon bay, was excellent The condo had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and was a nice quiet place to enjoy our stay. We hope to return at some point.

The stay and experience is one to be remembered. Next time I will book my vacay longer. Once you get there you don't want to even think about leaving! If you're looking for a great Florida beach vacay,book this! I am a Fla native and I rate this 10+

You can’t get any closer to the beach!! Very clean and updated. Lots of beach gear to use. Kitchen had everything you need to cook. Bed was comfortable. The only problems we had was the red outdoor light shining in the bedroom window. There is a window blind but a curtain would do the trick. You can hear the people walking around upstairs so you won’t need an alarm clock. The bathroom could use an exhaust fan as it gets very humid and steamy in there when taking a shower. Still had a wonderful stay!!!

The beach house was spotless and set up nicely, and we loved our stay. The only thing I can think of is there was no extra bedding in the closet, as it was stated the description but overall, I would recommend this beach house and will definitely be staying in it again. Absolutely amazing very nice place to stay right on the beach!!!!!

My husband and I have stayed at a dozen or more VRBOs across the state of Florida. Our most recent stay was probably one of our most favorite to date! The private beach access was perfect, and the beach was beautiful. The condo was clean, neat, tidy, and had all of the amenities one could ask for. Access to the condo was easy, and the owners were quick to respond with questions.

Original description made it sound like the pool was in close proximity to the unit along with being able to watch the sunrise. Not so. While the walk and crossing the street to get to the pool was not a huge distance, it was further than we wanted to walk. The Gulf was beautiful, the sand was HOT and rough walking on it barefoot. All in all we had a wonderful time. Weather cooperated and we returned home to a 25° temperature difference. We are already talking about next year.

I have family that lives in Englewood, FL and love to visit the area, but my husband and I really wanted to be right on the beach for this trip to maximize our time there. This rental fit our needs of being right on the beach, affordable, and having access to a pool. The condo is a comfortable size for a couple and was clean upon arrival. As others have stated, the sea grapes in front of the condo block out the view of the ocean, although the beach is only steps away and the sea grapes do create some privacy. The pool was easy to find, clean, quiet, and a nice size and temperature. Would stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

Super location! Updated kitchen and bathroom. Clean and well maintained. Great for 2. Reasonably priced too. I do wish the plants in front could be trimmed as there really is no view of the ocean from inside or on the front porch.

We had a great week on Manasota Key!! Accommodations were great!! We had everything we needed at this place. Spent all our time outdoors enjoying the beach and the water. Only wished we could have enjoyed seeing the beach while we drank our coffee on the porch. Everything else was great and would highly recommend this property.

I booked this last minute as an add on to visiting friends near Naples because I wanted to check out the Englewood area which I had not been to in many years. I could not be more pleased with both the accommodations and the area! This unit has been nicely updated and is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. It has everything you need to stay in and cook if you want and is just a short walk to a convenience store, a great seafood market and several good restaurants if you want to go out. Manasota Key is still like old Florida (thank goodness!) and is just beautiful with a very nice walkable beach and other nice beaches and parks a short drive away. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive to any questions during my stay. I would certainly not hesitate to return to this property and can highly recommend it to others, although I'd prefer to keep it a secret :)

Great place! Great beach location! Short 10-15 minute walk to several resturants. Perfect size for my husband and I. House was decently equiped-appreciated the pay-it-forward philosphy of the guests. Visiting at the end of December the weather was pretty windy coming off the Gulf. The mangrove bushes shielded the wind creating a comfortable paito for lunch and sunning. Even had a turtle scuttle across the patio area one day. Would not hesitate staying here again if in the area.

This one bedroom villa was super for my husband and I. We loved where we were on the beach! Walkable to the restaurants! Easy to access driving. The villa was clean and comfy. The kitchen was well stocked, which is important as I do make breakfast. King bed was comfy. We had great neighbors while there! Would come back to this unit if possible in the future!

First vacation without the kids-this couldn’t have been more perfect! Location is KEY-the beach at your doorstep, couldn’t have asked for anything better. We took great advantage of doing nothing but relaxing during our stay. Condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Would highly recommend for anyone just looking to have a relaxing time at the beach!

It’s been over a month since we left, and I meant to put this on much earlier. We had the time of our lives during our stay. My husband who is not normally a beach person, was as ecstatic over our accommodations as I was. I had hoped for a view of the ocean from our porch, but the greenery had grown up, so instead it made it more private which was wonderful. We had a minor blip with the TV in the living room, but it was worked out with our host. Our home away from home was just that. The laundry room was quite convenient, and we couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable, clean, fantastic place to stay for a week.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, the place was clean and the bed was comfortable and the owners were very responsive. You can’t see the ocean from this unit due to the growth of the shrubs(or whatever they are). Would have been nice to have known ahead of time so we could’ve decided if we wanted an ocean view, but it wasn’t a big deal. The water was really clear and we found a lot of shark teeth and shells. There were also a couple of friendly turtles hanging out on the path to the beach.A few restaurants close by, stores with in 5-10 minutes. An excellent ice cream place 5-10 minutes from the unit, Made in the Shade. We will definitely be back.

In search of beautiful waters and restaurants within walking distance for our Anniversary trip, and this place was it. Good communication with the owners from the beginning. Probably one of the best VRBO folks I've rented from. My only issue/ not issue was if there's folks upstairs it can be a little noisy. All the restaurants as i said was with in walking distance about ½mile. Thanks so much for the use of your Beach Sweet Beach. We had a WONDERFUL time and hope to book again real soon. Thanks Dan & Amy 31yrs celebrated on another amazing beach.

This was truly one of the best vacations I’ve ever been on. The house and location couldn’t have been any better! We spent all day on the beach and enjoyed the quietness and relaxation that the private beach offered. Plenty to do in the close proximity. Not a care in the world at this place! My wife dug for shark teeth and found so many. I fished for most of the day right off the beach and caught plenty of fish. I can’t wait to book this again!

For those whose biggest daily decision is wether to go to the gulf or pool first - this is your place. You are literally less than 50 steps to a beautiful, clean and uncrowded beach. The condo provided everything we needed except the glitz. Restaurants within walking distance, grocery stores are a10 min drive.

The location of the property was perfect! Our family enjoyed the area and all that it offered. As a few others have mentioned, if you're staying on the bottom floor it can get a little noisy when you have neighbors above you. We never had any issues with this but you can definitely hear them walking around. Our only downfall was that we originally expected a sleeper sofa, but unfortunately we just had a regular sofa. It all worked out and certainly didn't ruin our trip. Just a small bump in the road. 🙂 See ya next year!

We had a great time, the view from the upper units was better but it worked fine. The unit was nicely redecorated. The beach was great and uncrowded. We did find a few sharks teeth. We will definately be back.

Property is clean, neat little remodeled 1 bed unit. The seagrapes in front have grown higher than the rental photo portrays obscuring the view of the gulf from the lower level porch and the inside meal table as shown in your current photos. I suggest they be trimmed or a new property photo be used to properly represent the actual view. No communication issues--always prompt in addressing my questions. Great location and overall, we had a really great stay here and would definitely rent again. Also loved that we could walk 40 steps from the door and view those beautiful Manasota sunsets every evening. Breathtaking!

We wanted to get away to celebrate our 30th anniversary and birth of first grandchild. Spent the week walking the beach, collecting shark teeth, soaking up the rays, and spending quiet time together without interruption. No cellphone service inside, but we didn’t mind.

My friend & I had a lovely time staying in this Gulf side condo. It is one bedroom with a comfortable-for-sleeping couch that suited us perfectly. We had a beautiful view and enjoyed being just steps away from the beach. A beach umbrella, beach chairs and pool ‘noodles’ were available. We could walk across the street to sit on docks on the Bay as well. Our host, Pat was welcoming and readily available. We will definitely be back & recommend it highly!
