It was perfect for a family. The apartments were clean and well serviced. The breakfast supplies provided in our kitchen on our arrival were gratefully appreciated. The staff were so friendly and kind. Loved being able to use the facilities at the hotel as well.
4.1
Great location with walking distance to many places .. clean lobby and room
No bidet (shattaf) although it was showing in the photos that they had which was a major disappointment for me.. house keeping is only every other day not what is expected for a 5 stars hotel .. nobody informed us about the 500$ deposit which was very inconvenient and badly hurt my budget…

Amenities of the hotel.
Facilities are too old and dated.

We were 3 families and we were all accommodated next door, so the children enjoyed the convenience access.

The appartement/hotel were situated perfectly. A side road of orchard road, with many malls in the vicinity.
They were building a new building in front of out appartement. We could not get another appartement because the hotel was fully booked, which was clearly not the case as the hotel was empty. This was very annoying. Anyhow they communicated the hotel was a building site after we booked the hotel. Furthermore I do not think the hotel/appartement are worth 5 stars. It is more a 3 star plus. The interior is old and needs an upgrade. The shower was broken and we could not get a late check out, even though other guest (all of them) were able to get a late check out.

The room is clean. There is a kitchen in the room, which is quite convenient for a family.
It is a little bit far from the nearest MRT station. You may need to spend 14 minutes to walk to the MRT station.

We had a trip to Singapore in late April, to celebrate my husband's big birthday. It was so kind that Shangri-La Apartments did some decorations in the room and prepared a birthday cake for him. The size of the apartment/room is big enough for our little toddler to walk around and play inside. The location is pretty good, as it's quiet at night. Also, it's not far from shopping malls or subway station by walking. You can take the free shuttle from Shangri-La Apartments or Hotel. Our little one had lots of fun time in the swimming pool. Reception staff and house keepers are very friendly and helpful! We really appreciate their services and help, and will definitely stay there again next time.
None. Everything went well.

We loved the location
The receptionist/concierge could be better. Only one or two staff at the reception were nice, the rest were not really helpful when asked with questions.

A great alternative for families with an excellent pool right on the doorstep of the apartment. Excellent breakfast a short walk away in the main hotel location. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
The rooms are just starting to look a little tired but this is more than made up for by the location, pool, staff and a 2 bedroom apartment with use of the main hotel facilities.

it was our second stay at this property. the location and access to the hotel facilities makes it ideal for our family. Plus the staff (from the front desk to housekeeping) are extremely attentive and accommodating. We are already planning our return.
it’s a little dated, but that also means room sizes are larger and it’s very well maintained.

The staff was amazing, upon arrival they knew who exactly I was and was waiting for us. They made the apartment look amazing, from which I requested it to be memorable experience for my anniversary. Thank you all for the amazing memories.
Nothing I can say at the moment.

spacious, great location , good service, can use all the facilities at Shangri-La hotel; which has a beautiful swimming pool and delicious food.
1.currently there are construction works right outside the window ; could hear the noises. However The apartment did tell me this after I booked, and responded to my email questions promptly
2.ants came in through the kitchen window , although I’ve been told it is common in Singapore

Fantastic home away from home, with great facilities and use of the main hotel facilities. Tennis, gym, on-site cafe and restaurants of the highest quality. Location is perfect for Orchard shopping, MRT, or Botanic Gardens walks. The Service Director Kat Abdul makes everyone feel welcome and made our family holiday very special. The rooms are spacious, even for large families, and it’s great to have washer/dryers downstairs for quick washes. As there are plenty of long-term residents, it feels more of a community. Recommended for longer stays.
Just be aware of construction in the neighbourhood, we were lucky to a get a room facing the road. The pool is being upgraded, but despite this the awesome main hotel pool is accessible.
