En general estuvo bien pero deben revisar las calefacciones en las habitaciones

Limpio , habitaciones cómodas

No funcionaba la calefacción en mi habitación , así que hacía frío en el interior, sabiendo que me alojé el día previo a la nevada en París , mucho frío !

L'hôtel a retondu à notre besoin de proximité de l'aéroport. Rapport qualité prix correct. Calme.

Baby-foot disponible en libre service, ce qui a beaucoup plu à mon fils.

Le petit déjeuner aurait pu être plus varié.

Déçue par cet hôtel...

C'est un hôtel pas trop cher situé pas très loin de l'aéroport d'Orly. Le petit déjeuner est assez copieux.

Il y a beaucoup d'attente à l'accueil : j'ai attendu une vingtaine de minutes avant d'avoir ma chambre. La chambre est climatisée mais très légèrement et on ne peut pas régler la clim. Le volume maximum de la télé était bloqué à 10 ce qui fait que l'on entendait presque rien, notamment avec le bruit de la clim.

Pas acceptable

A l'accueil on ne me donne pas d'infos concernant le pti dej à mon arrivée. Ensuite le jour du départ il n'y a pas grand chose pour le pti dej.

La femme de chambre qui viens frapper 2 fois à ma chambre pour pouvoir la nettoyer vers 9h du matin alors que je libérait la chambre avant midi.

Needs better communication and attention in the bathroom

It was difficult to find, they didn't answer the 2 emails sent days before and my family and other passengers ended up in another hotel with the same name in the middle of the night. It was closed and the only way to get to the right one was by calling the hotel through booking.com. the bathroom needs better cleaning

El desayuno y la atención 24 horas en recepción.

El trato en recepción, hay algo de los franceses que no tolero. No les gusta que un extranjero intente hablar francés. Sinceramente es desagradable, mientras que, en general, los hispanohablantes nos sentimos muy contentos si un extranjero se esfuerza en aprender y hablar en español.

Good, comfortable hotel near Orly airport.

Good spot near Orly airport. . Rooms were small but efficient, beds were comfortable. Although the rooms are small the hotel has areas inside and outside that are designed for guest to use and are very welcoming and comfortable areas. A very pleasant, well priced hotel near Orly airport. Breakfast was also very good.

The hotel shuttle as advertised by hotel is a generic shuttle used by other hotels. This was not a problem but it does mean that you have a walk of about 10 min. To reach the-main door of reception after the drop off stop. This is important to be aware of esp. if you have mobility issues, a large amount of luggage or are travelling with children . There is a gate that you could access from the main road, which would reduce the walk , however it was locked and when we called we were told to walk around. This is unfortunate. .

Nearly missed my plane die to staff stupidity.

Hotel is fine for an overnight stay before a flight. BUT…

When I arrived at the hotel I asked the woman at the reception for the shuttle times to the airport. She gave them to me. So next morning I went down to the front entrance about 5 or 10 minutes early. I walked out to the entrance of the car park to be sure in case the shuttle didn’t actually drive into the hotel. The shuttle Time comes. No shuttle. A few minutes later I went back in to ask at the reception. The same woman as when I checked into the hotel yesterday. I said to her the shuttle didn’t come. She then said. Oh it doesn’t come to the front door monsieur. You have to go out that way. “That way” was a door marked “emergency exit” out to the back of the hotel. Then you have to cross a car park, go out a back gate turn right and walk about 50 meters to the shuttle stop. Absolutely Impossible to find if you are not informed. I said that to her and she said “it’s not the hotel that decides where it stops it’s the shuttle company”. I said it didn’t matter where it stopped as long as the guests knew and asked her why she hadn’t told me the night before when I asked the times. Like “attention monsieur the shuttle doesn’t come to the front of the hotel” and given me the directions. She just shrugged her shoulders. As far as she was concerned it wasn’t her problem. She was totally unhelpful. I’ve traveled the world this has to be one of the stupidest (I don’t really want to say people so I’ll say things) that has ever happened to me. 30 minute wait for the next shuttle. I nearly missed my plane. Luckily I had allowed extra time to get there. Fawlty towers.

Great Location for Orly Airport

Perfect location for one night before catching a flight. Super easy free shuttle bus to the airport. And located right next to McDonald’s which is a bonus

Price. Air conditioned rooms with proximity to McDonalds.

Rooms were dusty and front desk service was not friendly or welcoming. Many times we were bypassed by staff behind the desk.

Worst experience in my life. My plane was delayed, therefore I arrived at the hotel after midnight. To my surprise, the people from the reception told me I had no reservation ! I showed them the confirmation email and they told me I could not have a room because I arrived the day after (after midnight) and they would not refund me ! After loosing my time with them they finally provided me with the card for my room and when trying to open it it didn't work so I had to go to reception again... But that is not all, the fire alarm kept ringing through the night because someone apparently smoked in the room so I couldn't even sleep well !!! Definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone !

I would recommend.

Rooms were excellent. spacious and clean, we were very impressed. Dinner was available when we arrived about 7:45 and breakfast the next day was available until 10am 12 midday checkout The football table kept the children (and adults) entertained

Clear directions where to catch the free shuttle would have been beneficial A kettle and coffee in the room would have been good There was an unfortunate confusion over the bill for dinner, which I brought up in the morning.... which the management dealt with

Low cost

No hot water kettle to boil water to make hot drinks. We had to go down to the lobby bar to get 2 cups of hot water ever morning and night.
