All hotel rooms have nice ocean view. The hotel location is very convenient for food and transportation. The hotel front desk staff (Philip) was very helpful and adjusted/shortened my reservation which was affected by a typhoon.
None, everything was good and meeting our expectations.

The rooms are huge and comfortable with sea view. The toilet is big with a big bath tub. We can enjoy the bubble bath there. The swimming pool is heated. You can listen to the music while you are swimming. Because you can listen to music through the water. I was flattered. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. I will come back for sure.
No shuttle bus from pier to hotel. Need to take taxi to the hotel.

Absolutely wonderful stay. All the staff were great but John, Phillip and Sally really went above and beyond and made the stay great. Many thanks to them.

The room is spacious and clean, with a wonderful view facing the Macau Tower. I love the large bathtub in particular. All staff are very friendly. The swimming pool is amazing. There is a casino within the hotel. We also tried the Macanese breakfast (room service) with discounts (you may ask the staff about the members' discounts) which is amazing.
The location is not the most convenient but I knew it before booking so it is fine.

Everything in the room was nice. The double bed was great, and the silk-like bed sheet was super cozy. The big hub is perfect for bubble bath!
The gym equipment is not sufficient and a bit old, but it is a minor problem.

Amazing hotel with exceptional views and top tier spa/pool. Restaurant staff were very welcoming.

the location is very accessible by private or public transport…
we have to go out from the ground floor and use the lift in the next building to go through the restaurants and they don’t have connecting room for premier suite and deluxe room..

Good Hotel with great view. I booked it on purpose for watching the fireworks and it worked perfectly. Japanese restaurant was good but pricy.
The reception is located on the top floor, so to get to your room you have to take an elevator to last foot and then take another elevator to your room - too complicated and you can't get to your room from the entrance (street). Storage of the luggage is also on the last floor, which is logistictically uncomfortable if you plan to grab your luggage on the way to the ferry or airport. Gym is ok, swimming pool was crowded.

The room
The experience at the Bar 38: cocktails were very bad, I ordered a Mojito and it came up a Virgin Mojito without any taste, it was only lime, mint leaves and tonic water with ice. Guests were smoking inside the bar in the indoor area. Staff didn't want to give us a table and made us go around between outdoor and indoor. Finally they sensed that we were about to leave and showed us a table near the stage and said that it was reserved but they were pretty sure that the other customer wouldn't show up …
Cleaning staff asked us if we needed our room clean, we agreed and came back from the pool to see the room in the exact same mess.
The access to the hotel was insane. There's no Vallet parking and we came up from the car park from the lift to Ground 0. There you go out of the door and they ask you for the health code. You need to step out that door to go to the main door and there again they'll ask you for the health code. The lobby isn't on that floor, you need to catch the lift to the 38th. There you do your check in and after that you take another lift in a different area that brings you down to your room . If you want to go out of the hotel this is also the procedure but in reverse.
We wanted to try Aurora restaurant, but on our first night it was closed due to CNY . And because it was still CNY on the next day, they told us that some parts of their menu were not available.

Our room was exceptionally clean and big. The hotel prepared the room for my husband's birthday by preparing some decorations and a birthday cake as well. The room had a tub, bath salts to use and a TV to watch while you stay in the tub. They cleaned our room when we went out for dinner and the room attendant helped organize some of our belongings like combs or toiletries.
The swimming pool was noted as heated but I felt it was a bit cold so we didn't stay at the infinity pool for too long. It was also a bit difficult to order food or drinks at the pool too because they told us we could only order in-room dining but the menu had no drinks and there was no number for us to call. The staff didn't understand English but they did their best to order the beverages for us.
